Très pratique pour visiter Madrid quelques jours en évitant les prix élevés du centre ville. Au rez de chaussé, Tout confort, bien équipé et dans une rue calme. Réactivité par ecrit du loueur.

Good location with metro stop and grocery shop around, very well-equipped kitchen. Tips for the improvements: Not enough toilet paper. Position of the TV should be closer to the bed. The entrance to the apartment is directly from the street. Even it is quite area, people walking in the street are walking around the window/door. Couple of times there were people ringing my doorbell by mistake (happened 3 times). The AC smells musty.
