- Lonneke (9/5): Wonderful stay at this luxurious appartment. - Everything. It was a beautiful room, and it was very comfortable. There was a kitchen and I could make some tea in the morning. On arrival there was a bottle of water and some chocolates and in the hall there were apples. It was a little furher away from downtown than I thought and the street was very quiet. There was a door downstairs (right under my bedroom) that, because of the wind, was making a terrible noise all through the night and it kept me awake until I went downstairs to check it out and solved the problem for that moment. Maybe someone should take a look at that.

De toegang werkt met een app die goed werkt binnen check-in en check-out tijden. Daarbuiten wordt ie uitgeschakdeld en wordt het moeilijk om bijvoorbeeld de bagage op te halen. Na het telefoneren met de eigenaar was dit evenwel snel opgelost.

De deuren open je met een app.dus na ichcken heb ik het pand verlaten om wat te eten en drinken.'s avonds wil het pand betreden.ik gebruik de app: failed to open the door. deur gaat niet open.staat toevallig die andere gast buiten een sigaretje te roken.die probeert de deur te openen.Lukte bij hem ook niet.Gelukkig was zijn vrouw binnen en die heeft de deur geopend. ook hierbij weer chatten met een "virtuele assistent" .dit keer wel door een echt mens beantwoord maar duurde ook zeker 10 minuten. Luxury Homes legt de standaard heel erg hoog qua accomodatie. de service die verleent word als iets niet werkt is 0.Bij zoeen accomodatie hoor je onmiddelijk en adequaat te reageren.deze manier van klantenservice is ronduit slecht.als er iets is direct contact opnemen om de klant tevreden te stellen en niet die achterlijke virtuele assistent die geen oplossingen heeft. ik ga hier nooit meer heen.

The natural light coming through the glass ceiling in the living room created a beautiful atmosphere, and the private cinema room with the bar was truly special. The design and overall concept of the suite left a very positive impression. After checkout, €100 was charged to my credit card for a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser that was already not functioning during our stay. In order to use the soap while showering, I had to remove the bottle and place it on the bathroom floor. No damage was caused, and the soap was still almost full upon departure. The charge was processed without prior explanation, invoice, or cost breakdown. Charging a guest for a non-functioning bathroom amenity and handling it in this manner was very disappointing. Due to this experience, I would not stay here again.

Très bonne et efficiente clé digitale pour entrer et sortir du bâtiment et de la chambre. Chambre moderne. Capsules de café offertes ainsi que bouteille d’eau. Nous avons demandé un lit bébé qui n’était apparemment pas disponible. La rue entière était fermée pour un événement ce qui nous a posé quelques problèmes pour accéder au bâtiment.

- Jannet (9/5): Royaal, luxueus en compleet appartement - Waarlijk prachtig gestyled en net nieuw, deze appartementen. Heerlijk ruim ook en zeer compleet. Echt lekker zitten om tv te kijken (alle faciliteiten). Centrale ligging op loopafstand van het centraal station. Misschien ook vanwege net nieuw: wat gesteggel over toegangscodes voor centrale deur, deur van het appartement, parkeergarage, bagageopslag en late check out. Bleek niet het appartement dat ik had geboekt, maar dat was al vergeven aan een ander. Uiteindelijk heeft de host, met wie ik via WhatsApp contact had, alles keurig voor ons geregeld, maar al met al was het nogal wat heen-en-weertikken voordat alles lukte en in orde was.

Geweldig uitzicht, mooie verlichting, schoon, groot en nieuw. Wauw. Het was geweldig. Ik zou graag dit appartement kopen :-). Zoals altijd geweldige service weer, dank!

- Jordi (8/5): Very good stay. - Location couldn’t be better as it’s super central. The apartment was very modern, spacious and extremely clean. It smells very nice and the building itself is beautiful too. The bathroom was small but stunning. The pillows on the bed absolutely suck and you have a lot of noice coming from outside, even with the windows shut. I personally did not like the fact there is no staff present whatsoever, but that’s just personal preference. The app you have to use to enter the building works perfectly.

En una de ellas el baño estaba comunicado con la habitación, sin puerta pero tiene otro baño auxiliar en la entrada del interior de la habitación que da privacidad. Todo nuevo, enseres de cocina de buena calidad. El anfitrión muy pendiente a través de mensajes (checking mediante el móvil) Aunque tiene un buen sistema de calefacción que deja regular, la estancia es tan grande que se queda un poco corto. Se podría mejor el aislamiento de las puertas y ventanas

- Steven (10/5): Een absolute aanrader!! Pareltje in de binnenstad! - Prachtig gerenoveerd pand met veel oog voor detail! Duurzame meubelen en smaakvol interieur, ruime kamers, zeer proper. Er is geen receptie, het inchecken gebeurt volledig digitaal. Verliep zeer vlot en via whatsapp is de host steeds bereikbaar, krijg je onmiddellijk antwoord. Er wordt ook allerhande info digitaal beschikbaar gesteld via een praktische webpagina. Zo kan er vooraf een ontbijtmand besteld worden. Zeer centraal gelegen, alles te voet bereikbaar. Vlakbij de prachtige Handelsbeurs, waar het gezellige restaurant Fiera in een feeëriek, mysterieus, historisch kader huist. Niets!
- S (5/5): So much promise, but our apartment did not live up to the sales pitch on Booking.com - access was easy Our apartment wasn't like what was shown on Booking.com, no windows to outside except via bedroom which was on ground floor with people on sidewalk walking past the window. No balcony / outdoor area as shown on Booking.com. Weird long glass window joining up the bedroom with a sort of social drinks / conference room. Fortunately the conference room wasn't used while we were there, but I've never experienced such a room as this before. Lights in living area and kitchen had tripped before our arrival, so our first night was darkly lit. No kitchen-sized garbage can. Small TV. Poor building security. Shared feedback, 4 days later no comment from host.

We had some problems not getting the digital key to our room, just the outer door. With no live people, we were lucky to get a timely online response for help.

Schoon, midden centrum incl garage. Beter is onmogelijk. Oh, en goed en vriendelijk contact met de host. Dank voor de chocolade! Werkelijk niks!
