• Lilit (6/5): Expectations didn't meet the reality - I liked the location, it was not so far from the city centre, lake with pleasant views and good restaurants. And I like the staff, Ariana was very helpful trying to solve some issues. But I was very disappointed with the property, it wasn't clean, there were washed plates and glasses just laying on the kitchen sink table as if the past guest just leave the apartment. The apartment was terribley small and unbearably damp. It was hard to breathe and no opportunity to open the window, because it was just looking to a junk yard. Also it was very noisy, especially because of the construction nearby up to late at night. Even the front door wouldn't open because it was blocked by the bed. The dogs that lived in the entrance barked all night long, and slept at daytime as if nothing had happened)))

• SL (9/5): - Location is perfect, close to restaurants, bares & coffee shops. Clean ane equipped cosy apartment. Owner was responsive The are is a bit noisy at night because its central. No capsuls for a coffee machine which make it useless.

• Boàz (10/5): - You cannot understand how central this place is but in a more quiet street. You are in the middle of everything that's happened and you have everything you need around you. Adriana was really kind when I asked her things and the place was really cute, you have everything you need.

• Guest (5/5): Ottima posizione e proprietaria, ma il resto... - Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha aiutati nella scelta del ristorante e consentito di lasciare i bagagli dopo l'orario di check out. La stanza è praticamente su piano strada. Purtroppo quel giorno c'erano dei lavori in strada in tarda notte (circa 00/1.00) e si sentiva tutto come se fossero accanto a noi a causa di alcune prese d'aria che danno direttamente su strada. La stanza quindi non è isolata a livello acustico. Il condizionatore è posto esattamente di fronte al letto, generando alcuni problemi ovviamente perchè fuoriesce l'aria fredda direttamente sul corpo. Il bagno poi si allaga spesso perchè la doccia è accanto al water, senza piatto doccia o vetri/tenda di alcun tipo. Non c'è nemmeno un appoggio dove tenere gli asciugamani.
• Maude (7/5): Séjour au cœur de la ville - Les instructions d’arrivée étaient claires, l’emplacement du logement et l’hôte très réactive. Le logement est très bruyant le soir et la nuit. Les constructions commencent dès 6h le matin.
• Lorenzo (9/5): Best cozy studio in Blloku neighborhood - The apartment is located in the Blloku neighborhood of Tirana, more or less 15/20 walk from the city centre (and the main tourist spots). Nearby you have supermarkets, restaurants (typical cuisine also) and cocktail bars. The apartment is modern, cozy and quiet at night.
• Tubulto (10/5): Jeg er meget tilfreds, jeg fik hjælp af de lokale til at finde opgangen. - Alt var perfekt, værten var meget sød og hjælpsom, hun sendte en video på hvor opgangen lå og hvordan man kunne får fat i nøglen. Lokationen var god, tæt på Wilson boulevard og nær Tirana sø. Tak Det var vejarbejde og det var lidt støj om morgen. Man mon ikke de er færdig til de næste gæster😊
• Stefano (8/5): Good studio in Tirana - Location is nice, host was very helpful fixing an initial problem with the wifi. Check In/Check Out was done remotely but everything run nicely. The studio is quite small but can be ok for 2 people. Parking for freei is difficult/impossible. There are parking options near the lake entrance (500 ALL/5€ per day) but if you walk after the lake there is another parking at 300 ALL/3 €) per day.

• Sedatekmel (8/5): Good location but mind the dogs - The location is good. You can easily find bars and restaurants nearby. The facilities are very good. There are dogs at the entrance of the building, and there’s a bad smell. The dogs bark at night and make it hard to sleep. There is also a parking issue. The host suggests a paid parking option. I parked on a street where parking is free on weekends and paid on weekdays, under a sign. The host confirmed it was okay, so I trusted her. But be careful — don’t rely too much on the signs. Even if you're technically right, the police may still issue a fine. I had to pay a 1,000 LEK fine.

• Joelle (3/5): Disappointing - Good location and easy check in Bed was comfortable Unfortunately the apartment wasn't clean, especially the bathroom. When we arrived, the toilet was in a very bad condition and both the toilet and bathroom floor were totally wet. It really seemed like the bathroom had not received any attention during cleaning. Showering was also quite the experience, since the whole bathroom would always get flooded in the process. Aside from these issues, there were also stains on the bed sheet and layers of dust on appliances like the stove (see the pictures). In terms of cleanliness, this was just a big letdown.
• Piera (4/5): Disappointing - Excellent location, good amenities. Despite the apartment’s excellent location and decent amenities, our overall experience was disappointing due to the way the property was managed. A serious issue arose with the shower, which caused significant flooding throughout the living area. Not only did this soak the carpet and some of our belongings, but it also posed a safety risk given the proximity to electrical outlets. While the situation was far from ideal, it was certainly manageable, and we promptly informed the host in hopes that he would take action—not only for our sake but also to prevent future guests from facing the same problem. Unfortunately, his reaction was unusually hostile and defensive, as if our concern was an inconvenience rather than a legitimate safety issue. From that point on, the tone of our interactions shifted dramatically. Although the property listing stated that payment would be made upon checkout, the host began demanding immediate payment through PayPal, calling repeatedly and insisting that we settle the bill right away. This abrupt change, clearly driven by frustration rather than policy, resulted in additional fees and a general sense of unease. In over a decade of traveling across 26 countries, I have never encountered such a baffling and needlessly tense situation. It’s truly unfortunate, because with just a bit more maintenance and a more professional approach to customer service—not to mention improvements in cleanliness—this could have been a great stay. Instead, it left us unsettled and disappointed. I share this feedback with the hope that situations like this can be handled differently in the future. I firmly believe that the minimum requirement when hosting guests is to take care of basic issues without placing responsibility on them. If the host is unable to manage this directly, then they should have someone reliable to assist—or perhaps reconsider being in a line of work that involves interacting so closely with people.

• Sasha (9/5): Loved this place! - Loved this place. It’s super cute, great to have the kitchen and the location is ideal. The owner is really lovely and directions to get in are easy to follow. Not the quietest of places but fine between midnight and 8am so still got a good sleep.
• Elise (8/5): Perfect - Loved the mini kitchen, the coffee table, the bathroom facilities. The sunshine streaming in through the windows was great during the days. Felt very safe and secure in the area. Kitchen utensils available for use. Good value for the accommodations. Host was super helpful with check in tips, suggestions for Tirana and was super quick and communicative. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby- within minutes. There were some personal items left from the previous occupant, food in the fridge and hygiene products in the bathroom. There is construction going on right next door.

The location was ideal for our plans, near the City Lake and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our time there enjoyable. The Host was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this studio apartment for families looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay, with very good bars and restaurants nearby. The location was perfect and you can access everything just by walking around. The host is very friendly and caring, available at every moment of the day and ready to help.
