-Self check in with front desk
-Guests must make sure to leave keys and fob inside the unit on the day of their check-out and submit a picture for visibility. Missing fobs will result in a $250 fee under any circumstances.
-Gym / Spa : open 7 days Monday to Sunday from 6am - 10 pm
-Smoking is strongly prohibited inside all our units. Smoking smell and/or evidence of smoking inside premises will result in a $250 fee.
-Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property. Please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees.
-Garbage: Trash chute is located next to units that end with 01 (1601,1701,1801…). Please do not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not to be left unattended in front of doors or stairwells.
-Smoking: Cigaret filters are not to be thrown off the balcony.
-Noise Complaints: Parties are not allowed in the unit as this is a residential building. There should be NO loud or unusual noises after 11 pm or before 7 am.
-The host is not responsible for amenities closures or construction disturbance by the building during your stay. The building will provide up to four amenities access cards per unit. Refunds do not apply.
-Food Deliveries: Food deliveries are allowed at any time
-Dress Code: All guests must be covered up accordingly. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts.
-Pool is closed from Monday - Thursday and reopens Friday - Sunday from 7am - 7:30
-Fire Safety: No gas, charcoals, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit.
-The guest agrees not to hold the host liable for any losses or damages of personal belongings inside the premises.
-The guest agrees not to hold the host liable for any physical injuries that take place during the stay.
-Check out at 11am
-Lost key Fob:$250

- Goran (4/5): This host is running a scam and hides major issues just to make more money - Location This host is running a scam and hides major issues just to make more money. As soon as we walked in, the balcony was completely closed off for construction (not disclosed), and work started at 7 AM with workers literally on the balcony zero sleep. On the second night at 3 AM, we came back and found the apartment door wide open. We had to call security to check if anyone was inside. Extremely unsafe and unacceptable. The host was completely unresponsive. The lock didn’t work, and the pool is closed Monday–Friday also not mentioned anywhere. One of my sisters wasn’t properly added, or they only allow two people to use the amenities, so she couldn’t access the pool or spa. The front desk staff said this happens all the time with this host—they leave it out to charge higher prices. Parking is $58/day. Very dishonest. Avoid this place at all costs

- Jignesh (9/5): Perfect stay if you are in Miami! - With a convenient location and excellent communication by the host, the apartment is fully kitted and has a nice swimming pool and spa facilities. Whole Foods is within walking distance with fresh and organic food. I will definitely book this place again! No parking or storage if you have to store bags if your flight is late. I booked a place through bounce.com which cost quite a bit for a few hours and had to drag the bags to the nearby laundry. I knew this before booking the stay but it's an inconvenience.
