The property is beautiful and all facilities inside are functi - The property location is convenient and have a high accessibility to the metro stations. Also have choices of restaurants and supermarkets surrounding. The room is decent and spacious enough for a couple to stay and it’s cozy.
• Elena (7/5): Good location - The room is very closed to the Metro and at a few stops from the main areas. Very nice! The place smelled very bad (due to a smelly kitchen) and there are small things missing in the room i.e. hanger and trash bin.

• Liang (4/5): Disappointing - Central position The real picture is way different than in photo. If somebody uses toilette or tower in the night, you can not really to sleep bc of noise. There is no living room, not too light. From given address in booking, no taxt driver can find it. With the price it doesnt deserve to try here.

• Charuk (10/5): One of the best pensions in Barcelona. - What a great stay this was. Great location near the metro, nice view of the hillside and a wonderfully comfortable bed with silk sheets. TV works beautifully with both Spotify and Netflix and the couch and panoramic desk are both a great plus. The place also just has this nice homely feeling.
• Oleksandr (7/5): Good place for sleep, but it’s hard to enjoy the apartment - The owner is a cool guy, very helpful and friendly. Place is clean, good location, good value for money compared to other Barcelona prices. Old place, a lot of people in the flat, walls are not soundproof at all. I could, but I didn’t want to use the kitchen.

• Emily (6/5): decent for the short time we were there but probably wouldn’t go back - location was great, neighbourhood felt really safe -we found SILVERFISH in the bathroom -walls r rly thin and people were blasting music in the apartment above at 6am -i asked the owner about arriving later than check in, a week before, and he said it was absolutely fine and then only mentioned we would have to pay €20 for arriving late a couple hours before we arrived. - no actual window in our room, we just had a bit of glass that looked out onto a really creepy back room of the apartments, (that anybody could access from the kitchen) it was also a very sheer curtain on the window with a massive gap at the top so literally anybody could have looked into our room, we had to hang a towel there.

• Katerina (1/5): Bad - The place was really horrible, it was disgusting & stinking. You had the feeling not touching anywhere and that fresh air never comes in. The mattress was the cheapest of the cheapest and the worst. We stayed 2.5 days, nobody came to clean the shared bathroom. And on top of that there were cats in the apartment. No problem with the cats, but we should know it in case of allergies. Overall, the room had nothing to do with the title : "Charming rooms" nor with the photos, and definitely not Worthing pay 50 euros per person per night.
• Mimouni (3/5): Not comfortable - Near to metro station and bathroom cleanliness Small bed for a couple. Noises coming from other rooms, you can hear also water flush and doors locks all night long. We weren’t informed about finding cats around. Not comfortable if you are looking to have a good sleep.
• Lara (7/5): Great location and quiet place! - Excellent location, 3 minutes walking from metro, around the great neighborhood of Gracia. Great communication with the host and very smooth chek-In! Super quiet place. Some kitchenware could be in a better condition (pot, pan), but still fine and OK to use!

• Yael (8/5): Very good value for money - This was the perfect place for me, as I needed a room to study in for an exam, and was stuck in Barcelona. The owners were very nice and made sure I was comfortable. The kitchen was very functional! If you have a problem with light or noise in your sleep, this is not the place for you. This is an apartment, people come and go and make noise, and the blinds are not very strong. For me it wasn't a big issue but if it's an issue for you, take that into consideration.
• Minjia (10/5): Very satisfied - The person in charge of the apartment was very patient and meticulous in helping me check in. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The toilet was also clean. The transportation near the apartment was very convenient, with buses and subways within a five-minute walk. It only took a little time to get to the attractions.
