- Dean (7/5): -
- Maya (10/5): Fantastic! - Really awesome place! Very spacious, absolutely huge balcony. Comfortable beds, very modern bathrooms and kitchen. Superb location. Would book again. Nothing
- Mohammed (9/5): Excellent - Close to town
- monica (2/5): Shocking - The location is great. The size was also decent. There was no internet, the network name could not be found. The extensive mould damage to carpet and walls. Fifty stained walls, floors, carpet and couches. The accomodation did not respond when contacted. Bathroom door handles broken. Workmen on balcony the entire time making the large verandah unusable and loud.
- Jodie (10/5): exceeded our expectations would highly recommend - the facilities and beautifully appointed apartment
the pool was lovely area also nothing

- Candice (10/5): - Great location. Lots of space. Helpful staff
- Max545 (6/5): - Location is fantastic for proximity to the main street. Right on main road, so a little noisey, but still very good location Carpets were putrid. Massive water stain from secondry bathroom at some point in the past, and many other large stain on carpet. Outdoor deck filthy floor. Whole apartment was just a little plain and shabby.
- Marina (10/5): - Every thing was ver y comfortable - Could use a full length mirror.
- Tim (8/5): Will use apartment again. - Location was very good. Extra blanket would be good but that's just me.
- Keppel (8/5): Comfortable, spacious and tidy. - Well located within easy walk to the Main Street. Good size. Comfortable. The hosts have supplied simple helpful items like laundry powder, salad and pepper and oil and food wraps. A great, helpful addition. Not so much didn’t like but it is worth noting that the balcony overlooks the main highway. It wasn’t a bother for us but could be very annoying for others.
- Anne-Maree (9/5): Spacious apartment and close to facilities - Very spacious and great location The pillows weren’t comfortable so I had to buy a pillow
- Cameron (1/5): -
- Kim (8/5): Great sized apartment, great location . Everything you need for a stay - Location was good
Steak house across rd n also Dan Murphy’s, Main Street only a block away. Great sized property, everything we needed for our stay
- Matthew (9/5): Superb - Clean and tidy with a nice pool area.
- Johnson (10/5): Girls weekend - The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. A few things that need to be attended.
1. The switch in the end bedroom was a bit faulty
2. The basin in the general bathroom was draining very slowly. I had to open the plug and take out some gunky stuff
3. The wi-fi was very slow and kept dropping out. We weren't using the TV so it kept needing to be charged
4. Also need to have a Mop and broom for unexpected accidents
A suggestion would be to have some outdoor furniture on the balcony.
We didn't use the swimming pool because there was a bit of rubbish at the bottom paper's and dirt and stuff.
- Annemarie (7/5): Good - Locatiin Smell of sewage in room.
No pool furniture or chairs.
Dirty carpet especially with a toddler
- Jenny (9/5): Great family get together with home cooked meals - Good kitchen facilities Shower leak making carpet mouldy
- Jane (8/5): Excellent - Roomy, very clean and tidy. Owners were obliging. Central to CBD.
- Elliott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lee (10/5): Home away from home - The space , very homely comfortable beds would stay there again Location and private
- Anthony (10/5): Couldn’t have asked for better really. Fully equipped with everything we needed for the four of us, and to base an exten - Very clean and really did have everything we needed. Gate access was a bit irritating.
The electric vehicle gate was disabled and the manual clutch would occasionally re-engage itself requiring a reset from the inside (which wasn’t possible without jumping the fence if you were outside the property).
The pedestrian gate was unlocked when we arrived but got locked half way through our stay and we were not sure how this occurred. Coupled with the vehicle gate issue, this meant we had to jump the fence on one occasion to get back in.
The garden maintenance guys arrived at 7:30am. We were visiting from Perth, so that was 4:30am for our body clocks. We understood that the sometimes this is unavoidable with people in the house, but we would have loved a heads up.
- Julie (10/5): Great experience, really comfortable & spacious apartment - Great location, very roomy & comfortable apartment, easy access and allocated parking The communal pool was closed but I believe that we stayed out of season
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yongchao (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cindy (9/5): Superb - Very good location close to shops and places to eat also the aquatic centre around the corner value for money
- Deborah (7/5): Good -
- Leigh (8/5): Very good -

- Gordon (8/5): Great location, great apartment, will likely stay again. - Simple and as described
- Leigh (8/5): Very good -
- Genevieve (10/5): Awesome - Apartment was clean, modern near shops. There was nothing not to like
- Tia (9/5): Superb -
- Maureen (6/5): Really Disappointed that the Pool was not Operational because it was Unclean, Paid for Public Pool - Apartment was spacious Furniture on the Balcony Bathroom Repair from Leak flowing into Hallway If the Pool was OPERATIONAL even though it wasnt working there was NO FURNITURE to relax around it.
- Mel (3/5): Don’t stay here! Noisy, dirty, staff just didn’t respond to us - New-ish apartment Noisy - it’s on a highway
Wifi didn’t work & kept dropping out
Dirty - dirt & cobwebs inside & out
External gate buzzer didn’t work. We got stuck twice in one day, cousins get in or out
Staff unresponsive to all issues after the initial contact
- Michael (1/5): I will not stay there again or recommend to anyone. - The traffic noise was virtually non stop during the day and night. Sound proofing is obviously poor as it caused broken sleep and at the end of my holiday I was exhausted due to lack of sleep caused by this. When raised the response was that they didn't think the builders did a good job sound proofing - which didn't help me or my family at all.
- Paula (7/5): Easy access, great location central to Bayliss St - Easy access, great location central to Bayliss St. and secure parking. Clean and comfortable. Wear and tear and stains on carpets, living room furniture and walls, but it was clean. Could do with a spruce up.
- Robin (8/5): Would recommend to friends - Quite central, clean Nil
- Lisa (7/5): Our stay was overall good. - The apartment was nice , spacious and reasonably new with on-site parking.
The apartment was close to the main street and conveniently located.
The master bedroom was large with a large walk in closet and a huge bathroom with big bathtub. The hot water was plentiful and water pressure was good.
Both other bedrooms were a good size and all had balcony access.
The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need.
The lounge was comfy. The apartment walls have large unsightly cracks and the carpets were very marked, especially by the main bathroom where there was a large brown stain (water leak?) There was also what appeared to be a blob of toothpaste? On the wall by the main bathroom.
Being right on the main road it was quite noisy all night. There was also some sort of repairs/construction happening with loud power tools (starting at 8am one morning).
- Cathie (2/5): Unable to sit comfortably outside on veranda or open bedroom doors at night due to traffic noise, - The room was extremely noisy, with power tools being used in the apartment block close to our room. It was quieter on the verandah with noisy highway traffic than it was in the room.
Unable to enjoy outside verandah due to traffic noise, unable to have bedroom doors open at night due to traffic noise.
No Wi-Fi even though it was advertised as available. Dropped out 4 hours after arrival. Advised to restart dongle, but still did not activate. Nobody available to attend site to advise further re fixing the problem. I travelled partly for work so this was an absolute necessity for me. Carpet stained; walls stained. Toilet roll holder falling off.
Not a good position for residential short stay accommodation
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- Meaghan (8/5): Very good -
- Jason (8/5): Easy walk to main street - Large apartment, comfy beds, easy walk to the main street Previous guests have done a bit of damage... I feel sorry for the owner
- Kerri (9/5): Superb - Well appointed accommodation Nil
- Tamara (10/5): Perfect location to enjoy a weekend with family for March Out. - Large clean 3 bedroom apartment with large balcony. The 3 king size beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms had lovely hygiene products. The ensuite was amazing especially the large bath. Large very hot showers with great water pressure. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Location was perfect- right near the main shopping and eating locations. Very minor- while the carpet was clean it did have stains and a patch of water damage near bathroom. This did not affect our stay.
- Phil (9/5): Superb - Central location with main street in easy walking distance, very spacious modern clean unit.
- Beth (10/5): Great place to stay, would definitely stay there again! Hosts are very helpful - Lots of space, great location, and great bathroom facilities! The only thing was that there was no vacuum/broom to tidy up, which we would have liked to do as the floor gets a bit dusty
- Alana (8/5): If they changed the mattresses/beds, I would absolutely stay here again. Great apartment for an amazing price. - The property was located close to Baylis Street. The layout and space in the apartment was fantastic. The secure car parking and the pool. The staff (although absent) were very attentive and helpful when needed. All in all it was fantastic value for money. The bed was so uncomfortable (my chiropractor is going to have a field day when I see her for an emergency appointment this week) and the noise from the Sturt Highway was not ideal - especially if you wanted to enjoy the balcony. The apartment could also do with a lot of TLC - cracks everywhere in the walls probably due to the trucks shaking the apartment when they drive by.
- Mark (7/5): Well furnished but some concerns - Apartment was clean, and well furnished. Coffee machine was broken, internet dongle did not work so could not access wifi for work. building actually shook everytime trucks drove past which made us question quality of construction of building.
- Georgia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (8/5): Very good - very comfortable for a group internet not working and took a while to
fix
car park gate did not always open
staff hard to contact - no onsite
- Melissa (9/5): Superb -
