Frans (9/5): Prachtig uitzicht en oase van rust, ZALIG! - Heel vriendelijk ontvangst aan de receptie. Welkomstdrankje op het terras van het restaurant met héél vriendelijke bediening. Overal frisse geur. Ruime kamer met prachtig zicht op zee én het zwembad. Uitgebreid ontbijt met prachtig zicht! Oase van rust! Met trapjes kom je meteen op het strand, wat zalig is (trouwens leuk strandbarretje wat verder). Het zou nóg leuker zijn indien er wat zetels van het hotel op het strand aanwezig zijn en we echt de keuze hebben tussen het zwembad en het strand. De muziek van het hotel ernaast staat vrij luid en is storend als je aan het zwembad zit. Maar dan Hotel Palladium niets aan doen.

We were treated exceptionally well. The reception is exceptionally thoughtful. Pilar and the wonderful team have been more than helpful. The restaurant has delicious food, and the breakfast offers a variety that is amazing. Belen from the restaurant and the rest of the team are really fantastic. The cleaning ladies are friendly! The hotel was very clean! Beautiful place! We will come back again! Thank you all, wonderful people I met at the hotel, for your kind and attentive service.
John (7/5): A character hotel in an excellent location but with a few shortcomings. - Excellent hotel location overlooking a bay with a choice of indoor or outdoor choice of breakfast seating. Attentive and friendly staff. Nice pool area. No supply of complimentary water in the room, very unusual for a 5star hotel. The gym equipment was in need of updating, some items were not working. Oddly, our 2 bathroom suite had clearly had a shower removed despite being very large.

Yannick (10/5): The stay was the highlight of our honeymoon, and the staff made everything pleasant and easy. - The restaurant was honestly one of the best parts of the stay experience. The food was very fresh and well made. It was a little bit pricey, as to be expected with hotel dining, but not far off from the good restaurants in town by any stretch. We ate at the hotel restaurant at least once a day because of how good it was. The waterfront views were very romantic for our honeymoon meals as well. Staff was friendly and excellent.

Pero una isla tan turística y un hotel con una cocina fabulosa nos hicieron modificar nuestra costumbre aquí. Todo el personal estuvo siempre atento para hacer de nuestra estadía fabulosa. Nada para mencionar. No lo vimos en nuestro caso como un problema, solo mencionar que el estacionamiento no está contiguo al edificio del Hotel

This is not a 5 star rated hotel, it is 3 at best. - We liked that it wasn’t too big as we were looking for more of a boutique hotel Its location is almost the last property on the strip and requires a good 2km walk to get to the restaurants. Most of the hotels facilities are no longer functioning. The pool bar is a storage room and isn’t open. There is no seating left in the main bar. The dining/ breakfast room is hired out to private functions, which leaves residents with nowhere to go. You can’t eat or drink in the hotel when they have a function. In general the photos on booking.com of this hotel are old and now completely misrepresent this hotel. From the sun loungers to its facilities and food.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Particularly lovely and helpful waitress in the restaurant during breakfast. The dated interior gave it a slightly old-fashioned feel.
Darko (9/5): Comfortable, small hotel, good if you don't like crowds - The rooms are practical and comfortable, the staff is very friendly throughout the hotel, from the reception to the restaurant and the maids. The location is good, a very decent beach is in front of the hotel. And other beaches in the area are a short drive away. We recommend Cala Nova the most. The breakfast could be a bit better. Although it is very good now. The hotel could do some maintenance on the nearby beach, although it is not under their management. But the guy who works at the pool, for example, could clean the grass from the shore.

Manfred (8/5): Veraltet - PreisLeistung stimmt nicht - Gestank im Meer - Lage toll - Das Haus entspricht nicht mehr den angegebenen 5Sternen. Im internationalen Vergleich maximal 4 Stern minus. Die Zimmer und öffentlichen Räume sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Anstehende Renovierungen sind an allen Ecken zu finden. Einzig die Lage ist toll. Wenn da nicht der Gestank aus der Kanalisation im Meer wäre. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet. Zimmer hellhörig und am Balkon keine Abtrennung zum Nachbarn. Die Terrassentüre ist gerade mal 170 cm hoch. Liegebetten defekt, Sonnenschirme wackeln, keine Möglichkeit die nassen Badesachen zu trocknen. Handtücher im Bad stammen sicher noch vor Corona, Pooltücher mit Löchern aus dem vorigen Jahrhundert. Eintöniges Standard Frühstück. Das Servicepersonal bemüht, aber für 5* nicht ausgebildet.
Bollen (8/5): Heerlijke vakantie in kleinschalig hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. - Prachtige ligging. Kleinschalig hotel weg van de grote massa. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt is heel vers en kan je kan fijn buiten zitten met zicht op de zee. Zeer propere kamer met dank aan heel vriendelijk onderhoudspersoneel. Het strand voor het hotel is erg klein. Heel veel wier op het strand. Niet erg aangenaam om er te liggen. Ontbijt: enkel spiegelei als je ernaar vroeg, er worden geen warme zaken ter plaatse gemaakt zoals pannenkoeken…

Helen (10/5): As always, very reluctant to leave - Been coming here with friends for several years now and it remains our "special" holiday. The hotel exudes an old-school element of class and charm which is sadly vanishing from Ibiza. The staff are always amazingly welcoming and it feels a real treat to stay here every time. The only minor niggle I can think of is that cleaning staff always put the unwanted cushions back on the bed every day after I've moved them out of the way

Steven (9/5): Great Hotel. We will return. - Breakfast was superb. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The waiting staff in the restaurant were amazing. The cleaners did a superb job. Almost everything in the hotel was great. A bit disappointed that the steam rooms and sauna were not in operation, but that was only a minor thing. The noise from the neighbouring hotel is a bit annoying particularly the afternoon music booming out across what would be a very chilled out pool at the Palladium.
Cynthia (9/5): Goed hotel, perfecte service - Goed hotel met zeer fijn en vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goede service en uitstekend ontbijt met veel keus. Mooi terras met zeezicht. Meerdere keren thee besteld bij het ontbijt. Smaakte enigszins zout. Dus dan toch maar iets anders gedronken.

Pierre (8/5): Nice place, nice hotel, well done!! - The place was great, in a residential area, easy to go by walking in the center of the town. The hotel has been refreshed recently, it was nice!! Good conditions for staying!! We had a bag with some clothes which has been disappeared, mystery, no feed back from the hotel in this matter. We had some doubt about what’s happened because the bag was in our bedroom before leaving for the day this one…dommageable….

Oyinda (9/5): Great hotel in beautiful surroundings - Lovely hotel near Santa Eularia with good facilities and great indoor and outdoor pools. Nothing was too much for the reception staff, they work tirelessly to make their guests happy. There wasn't a great range of items for breakfast. For me, this was the only real downside. Restaurant staff were helpful and friendly, but they could have had a few more on hand to cater to guests. I was often looking for someone to attend to us.

Keiti (9/5): We stayed in Eulària area 2 nights, they have great parking nearby, fantastic staff, front desk super welcoming and gave - Good distance from promenade and beach. Loads of great local restaurants also nearby right around the corner Hotel seemed to recommend only promenade tourist places to eat, tho just around the corner local and way better places, kinda behind the hotel. Room service claimed we used minibar tho we didn’t.

Meia pensão fantástica; atenção e refeição primorosas do Chef. Vista fantástica no café e jantar. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Menção especial para a Andrea e Dino. Centrinho animado na zona da Marina, alguns minutos de caminhada por um trajecto simpático. Nada a mencionar relativamente ao hotel. Praia próxima ( em frente), pequena, com pedras e pouca areia, porém charmosa.

Thor (10/5): A truly wonderful and relaxing place to spend some time in Ibiza. - A fantastic small hotel. Very clean, wonderful staff, great facilities and a prime location, only minutes from the beach, good neighbourhood restaurants and only 15 min walk to the city centre along the beach promenade.
