• Aimee (3/5): Never again - The keys were in a lock box a whole block away. ( had to cross a busy road) ….. Why….. Took us 1 hr to find them. The aircon didn’t work which made it so uncomfortable. Had to keep doors and windows open because it was so hot. The kitchen facilities were cheap and few of. The owner then made out the lounge was dirty and wouldn’t give the security deposit of $300. I showed them pictures of the lounge from when we got there because we noticed they were dirty. I showed them the photos but didn’t help. They obviously do this all the time and get away with it. Now they don’t respond to messages. Absolutely disgusting.

• Kathryn (8/5): Very good - Very handy to Southbank and the city. Would be ideal if catching a show at QPAC. Having to find the lock box.
• Adam (9/5): Overall satisfying and worth the money. Would recommend - The view, the cleanliness, the bed was comfy. Needed a small amount of milk for a coffee or tea, it was abit of a struggle to get the PIN code for the key box but was sorted eventually.
