• Edwards (6/5): Not an ideal stay and we were very disappointed considering the price we had paid !!!! - The location was great , absolute beachfron at Broadbeach as well as swimming pools at the property It was difficult to get in and out of the car parking area , 3 floors down and the key that Coast Holiday Management gave us did not work . The apartment also had blinds on all windows and 2 of them in the master bedroom fell down during the night , so was not a quiet retreat we were after !! We notified the Coast Management and reported the incident , they said they would send a maintenance person to fix the blinds but no one came or even called us back to let us know what was happening , so it was very disappointing !!!
• Ann (10/5): Want to stay here again and will recommend to anyone staying in the area. - Loved the location and layout of the apartment. The view was phenomenal. The amenities perfect. Overall fantastic and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Coming from international, it would've been better to get communications sooner about a few things. It wouldn't have wasted our time if we knew initially that the wifi instructions in the apartment were not actually the proper instructions. Since we didn't have wifi we couldn't communicate with the manager. If they had sent the instructions sooner before we arrived into the country, we would've received that in a timely manner and avoided the frustration of having to figure it out ourselves. Additionally, we were not informed that the beach towels that matched the towels at the pool were not exchangeable since we didn't have the hotel pass.. That was also not explained. So we turned towels in at the end of the first day, but weren't entitled to replace them for the subsequent days.
• Debbie (7/5): Overall a lovely stay - Modern unit with beautiful views easy access to pool, beach and dinning. A fantastic location! Check in at 3pm is too late. It was 3:30 by the time we picked up keys and arrived at unit door. Pillows were terrible. Flat and lumpy. Ended up with a very sore neck. Dog wee smell in the outdoor area.
• Karen (6/5): not a luxury stay but big and great views - that it’s joined to the langham. the views and room size Horrible pillows had to buy our own. very basic linen and towels, broken blinds that weren’t fixed and we had to use cushions to try to keep light out and sleep. not a luxurious feeling stay. super windy so can’t make use of the pools and no access to inside pool or gym

• Louise (7/5): Good but need improve basic amenities for the price - Location, parking Pool out of order (we were not advised) and empty, no beach towels and not enough bathroom towels, insufficient basic kitchen amenities like salt and pepper and spray and wipe. Not enough crockery and cutlery.
• Reine (6/5): bad enough that I had a bad start, the facilities are limited, - the position and location mainly. The whole pick up keys system was inconvenient and frustrating for me. I arrived before 11:30 to GC, the property manager rang me to come in to their offices to pay the bond, I had to catch a cab to their offices then fouhd out the room is not ready and the key will not be accessed until 2:45 and it was quite a distance between office and the jewel residence, dragging luggage , my back was in pain come back to the office again dragging my luggage again to get the key from the key box which was next to the office but still 20 minutes walk from the Jewel residence, it cost me more in cabs and was such an inconvenience , I was suppose to be on holiday and this process made it frustrating. the admistration office were not considered or polite,I will never stay at the Jewels again. the apartment facilities contradict the list on booking.com (no coffee machine, old tea bags, dry instant coffee. we asked for a coffee machine and they were going to bring one, until today I am still waiting for one. my point is when you have a facility list they have to make sure to meet the requirements, this is one of the issues.
• Ruth (7/5): Lovely view - Location and view Limited cutlery, crockery, utensils, towels. Only one sharp knife.
• Amber (4/5): Disappointing - Nice view and good location For the price we found the finishes to be sub-par. Pillows were uncomfortable. Shower leaked. Car park swipe didn’t work so we had to catch Ubers everywhere. Didn’t quite meet our expectations.

• Dave (8/5): Pretty good, lovely view, big room - Location is superb Pool and pool service good Car parking good As a jewel remnant I felt like we were a nuisance to Langham The Gold Coast hotel management could not fix a bath plug that didn’t work in a whole week. So no bath, talk about stink. The only meal we had in the empty restaurant on a stormy night, the wind whistling and doors leaking, plus Restraunt cool, they probably should have charged 50% for that average meal.

• Adelene (9/5): It was amazingly relaxing. Loved the location! - Being so close to the beach and the views where supurb. Apartment was stylish, new and spacious. It was just BEAUTIFUL!! Restaurant close by, pool was gorgeous, loved the bar right by the pool. Secure lock up garage was great, pretty close to shops and restaurants and small drive to theme parks. It was in a central location to everything!! There was other people's clothes found in washing machine, bit smelly in the washer and dryer. Not enough toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, towels. For cooking; there wasnt enough plates and bowls, glasses and there was no pasta bowls or salad bowls.
