• Catherine (9/5): Très agréable - L’emplacement, le cadre qualitatif, la literie très confortable, la propreté, le calme. Les ustensiles de cuisine insuffisants. La cafetière ne fonctionnant pas avec les quelques dosettes à disposition ( 4, c’est vraiment peu)

• Inke Herms (9/5): Mit Dachterrasse mitten in Sevilla - Wir haben uns in dieser sehr schönen, großzügigen Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Daher war es abends/nachts etwas lauter, andererseits hat man viele Läden und Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuß erreicht. Auf der tollen Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool kann man sich gut vom Trubel und Sightseeing entspannen.

• RashadKarimov (10/5): Amazing experience, totally worth for money! - Step by step: 1. Staff: nice and smooth communication, helpful 2. Access: smooth access without complications 3. Location: city center, everything is around (shops, restaurants, sightseeings) 4. Apartment: I would say its even bigger than in pictures, very spacious living room with kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 wc (1 with shower). Also there is ELEVATOR (its not so much common in Spanish buildings) 5. Facilities: basic but essential kitchen, bathroom and bedroom facilities /amenities 6. Pool: its a rooftop pool, right over the top of the bedroom, clean with umbrellas and sunbeds Overall: Totally worth of money, very spacious and fine accommodation Few points to emphasize (and explanation): 1. Outside noise: unless you will open the windows, its bearable noise, considering its city center 2. Pool / neighbor noises: you might hear pool's pump, AC's outside box noises because its right on top of the floor, but again bearable. Also, again if windows are open you might hear neighbors from next building because street is narrow. For us it wasnt the problem at all 3. No taxi zone: this one keep in mind, as its a city center, there is no vehicle access BUT its literally 2 mins walk from road 4. • Samuel (10/5): This apartment just added to our overall joy we had with Sevilla. - Location was perfect. Rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. Rooftop view was cool. Too cold to use the pool, but it was enticing. All appliances and necessary items were available, clean, in great condition. The place is nicely decorated. The instructions were clear and help was readily available. We loved the place and would be happy to use it again. Not one thing.
• Annika Sarah (8/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Super Lage, direkt mittendrin, aber leise, wenn Fenster zu. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Tolle Dachterrasse Es schien feucht in der Wohnung, Die Bettdecke war immer klamm. Ich wurde nicht nur über booking, sondern auch über what’s App vom Vermieter angeschrieben, was ich komisch fand. Auf meine Nachricht wiederum wurde nicht geantwortet.

• Shu ping (9/5): - Location was excellent. Walking distance to most of the sites you need to visit when you're staying in Seville. Perfect size for a family or a group of friends. We had a comfortable stay. Shower. Weird shower head holder.

• Megan (6/5): Cockroaches in Apartment - Good location, nice pool area. -There were huge cockroaches in the bathroom during the stay. When we contacted the host they said it wasn’t a known problem, yet we found cockroach spray in the kitchen. I believe they have an infestation problem. -shower was hand held. No place to fix it onto the wall to shower normally. Very irritating for a week long stay. Bathroom stayed very humid as the fan barely worked. -no shade on the pool deck as the umbrellas are in the wrong place and you aren’t allowed to move them. You can hear people moving furniture and the water from swimming from the bedrooms

• Valérie (9/5): Confortable et situation parfaite pour visiter! - La situation parfaite pour visiter la vieille ville en marchant. Boutiques, cafés, etc, juste aux pieds de l’immeuble. Chambre spacieuses et literies confortables. Air climatisé fonctionnel. Il faut savoir que c’est un quartier piétonnier, donc la voiture ne se rend pas, même pas pour déposer rapidement nos valises. Mais ça se fait bien si vous voyagez avec de petits bagages. Un taxi peut nous emmener à proximité (3-4 minutes de marche).

Después de patear la cuidad se agradece un bañito. En el baño principal, la ducha y el suelo son de gresite. Deberían revisar la pendiente del suelo para evacuación de agua cuando uno se ducha. El gresite del suelo necesita un arreglo y limpieza.

• Jenna (9/5): Gorgeous central rental with only minor issues. Recommend! - Absolutely beautiful apartment. Designer and thoughtful finishes. Perfect central location. Tons of shopping and eating close by. Easy to grab a cab. Very spacious and thoughtful details like black out curtains, hot shower, two toilets. Rooftop top deck and pool and very small but very nice. Since it’s only shared between 3 apartments it wasn’t a problem. So so spotlessly clean! I would recommend and stay again. Very comfortable. We traveled as a family of 3. Not enough bath towels were provided. €6/person for extra towels. We stayed a week and towels were only changed once and we also had to use them for the pool, too. A roll of paper towels would have been helpful also. Some street noise during the late night and early morning, definitely recommend a sound machine. Biggest complaint was the bed in the large room was VERY squeaky. So much that I had to move to the double room because my husband and I would wake each other up with every move. Bed frame should be replaced to a less squeaky bed. I mentioned this to the owner. Some noise transfers between units as expected in these types of rentals but just a note. We had a few issues with internet and the door code and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond which we really appreciated

Very luxurious - In the middle of the centre, location is perfect - You share the swimming pool with just 2 other appartments so it is never really crowded. - Shower was very humid and began to stink really easy. Opening a window didn't help. A mosaic tile came loose during a shower. The shower didn't stop water from going out so there was a lot of water. Also you can't hang the shower above your head so you have to hold it all the time. - There was still laundry in the washingmachine. We found out a day after our arrival. It stank really hard and that made the washing machine also stink after that.

• Ryshel (9/5): We had the best time! - It is right in the centre of Seville and it is so easy to walk everywhere from it! Lots of shops, authentic restaurants and sites were nearby and we loved that there was a pool at the top of the building we could use when we wanted to relax. We also loved having a kitchen space to make our own breakfast and lunches, and also there was a very handy list given by the owners of local places to try too. This isn’t something that could be changed but we did find some evenings it was very noisy outside at 1/2 AM (it sounded like garbage collections were happening).

The air conditioning was great and made the apartment very comfortable. Recommendations were left for us so we could make sure to go to nice restaurants. The terrace with pool was so lovely and we enjoyed spending time there in the afternoons/evenings. 10/10 stay and would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Sevilla! Nothing, this apartment has everything you need! Great location too.
