The location is amazing—very close to the beach and the city center, and everything is within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with every detail thoughtfully arranged, especially in the kitchen where you can find everything you need. The overall condition of the house was excellent and all the facilities were great. The host was very welcoming and understanding—he kindly arranged a late check-out for us since our flight was late, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again! Nothing at all, everything was excellent.

• Yaroslava (9/5): - It is a small, budget-friendly apartment located right in the city center, which makes it extremely convenient for exploring the area on foot. The apartment is compact but well-equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The instructions provided by the host were exceptionally clear and detailed, which made the check-in process smooth. Throughout the stay, there was a reassuring sense of attentiveness and care, as if everything had been carefully organized to ensure guests feel supported. Overall, this apartment is an excellent option for budget-conscious travelers looking for a practical and centrally located place to stay.
• Timothy (10/5): Great location for a short stay ideally located between city, beach and harbour. - It’s the second time we have stayed there, it’s the perfect location between city, harbour and beach and good value for money. The facilities are good and there’s always someone to answer any questions regarding check-in etc. The dividing curtains between the second bedroom and living room could be better. The aircon was a little tricky to get at a good level.

• Diane (7/5): We enjoyed our stay the apartment in great location had everything we needed altho needs some upgrad - Communication by the host/company very good. Location excellent close to harbour/beach and old town which is why I booked. The flat was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Bed comfortable. Think flat needs some repair and tlc. Lounge area dark suggest a lamp, cushions to make more homely. Bathroom sink has crack and tiles would benefit from fresh gout.
• Kaleigh (8/5): Spacious apartment close to everything - I liked the location & ease in accessing restaurants, grocery stores & more. The kitchen had the bare essentials, but was spacious. The instructions to access the apartment were very clear, which is important as the apartment does feel a little tucked away. There are two full bathrooms which is nice. The walls were very thin & you can hear the neighbors or people outside very clearly.

Grout not really clean, curtain does not cover the window, minimum bathroom amenities for a week stay, no towel bars in bathroom or TP holder, a roll of kitchen towels would be nice. Apartment with very cold Christmas week was freezing cold.

• David (4/5): Irrepetible - La entrada a la habitación fue un desastre y una mala impresión entrar por un callejón muy estrecho y encima donde estaba lleno de meadas. Cuando vas en familia te esperas otra cosa y no se cumplió con las espectativas, las fotos del apartamento engañan mucho con la realidad. La verdad que no repito ni aunque me salga gratis. Y encima nada barato el día. Por internet te ubicaba en un sitio más cerca de la calle Larios y cuando hicimos el chekin nos dieron la ubicación exacta y nada que ver.
• Astrid (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt, die Lage des Appartements hat die mühsame Suche zu Beginn auf jeden Fall mehrfach ausgeglichen. - Die Lage ist absolut spitze :-) direkt in der Stadt und am Meer. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig. Für Probleme oder Anfragen gab es immer eine sofortige Rückmeldung, das war sehr hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist schwer zu finden. Im 2. Schlafzimmer gibt es leider keine direkte Belüftung (Fenster), im Appartement gibt es wenig Tageslicht. Wenn man sich nicht viel im Quartier aufhält, stört es aber nicht sonderlich.

• Ariane (7/5): Grosszügige, aber sehr dunkle Wohnung an guter Lage - Zentral, 2 Badezimmer, sehr gross, Codes anstatt Schlüssel, immer erreichbar via KI Chat, Seife, Duschmittel, etc vorhanden, grosser Kühlschrank, Lage zum Strand und zur Stadt, Klimaanlage sehr dunkel, ein Schlafzimmer ohne Tür und Fenster, Patio wirkt auf Fotos schöner, es ist einfach ein kleiner Innenschacht

• Miguel Angel (7/5): perfecto sin lujos - sin desayuno, la ubicación lo mejor, excepto el ingreso por un pequeño callejon de 20 metros pero nada grave, dificil de encontrar el primer día, igual tiene otra entrada, pero se complica el ingreso con valijas al primer piso para llegar al ascensor. el ingreso por la puerta principal y la ubicación esta como escondida, para el que llega por primera vez no es facil encontrar la calle (solo 100 metros) y menos el callejon (1 metro de ancho)

• Irene (6/5): Tanto yo como mi amiga consideramos que la estancia no ha sido la mejor, ha habido muchas incomodidades y poco descanso, - La ubicación y el aire acondicionado. Cuando llegamos no estaba demasiado limpio, cabe mencionar que las patas de una cama no se sostenían y nada más apoyarte se rompió una. Estaban sostenidas con tuercas de mala manera, vino el técnico e hizo un “apaño” que duró poco. La única respuesta fue que lo cambiaran pero no seré la afortunada de poder verlo ya que no creo que vuelva a este lugar . Por la noche, se escuchaba a los vecinos, el ruido de la calle, de la verja del garaje( por la que se entra ya que el otro acceso da al monte) y el frigorífico hacía mucho ruido, he tenido que dormir con tapones para los oídos. La terraza no es como se ve en la imagen, es cero útil para tomar algo ya que hace mucho calor porque está la máquina del aire acondicionado. Cabe destacar que los dos sofás estaban sucios con manchas de a saber qué y el sofá cama sucio por dentro. El tendedero que hay en ella está roto también.

• Lynette (6/5): Location wasn’t bad. Host was reachable at all times. Shame about the dirty bed and cold showers - No breakfast provided. Location was near the port, about 10 minutes into the old town. First night the main bed was full of someone else’s hairs. Had to report it, but had no choice other than to sleep in it as I only noticed it at midnight. The host did change it on the second day, claiming that’s how it arrives from the laundry. That’s not an acceptable excuse. Both showers were running on very cold water only. The main bedroom was on a noisy rd, there was constant traffic, with lots of revving motorbikes. Bathroom door handle come off when I was inside it, so was stuck for a while. The walkway out onto the main rd, was constantly full of pools of urine. The stench was horrendous.
• Marília (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to the beach and the center (right in the middle). The place is excellent for 2 people, and the communication was fast and easy. There were no big issues. When we arrived, we missed some basic things, such as salt and shower gel. It would have been nice to have them.

• Małgorzata (6/5): Good location in the city center - Great location, everything was in the nearbay. The kitchen was optimally equipped and the bedroom had a comfortable bed. Short distance to the beach The room was cold (early April) and noisy - the bedroom was located above the parking gate. I miss small things such as: towel rack. The apartment is shaped like a wagon, with a mini living room next to the entrance door - that's why we didn't spend any time there. The terrace has no view - inside the tenement house
• Karla (8/5): Big appartment in a very good location - Very good location with easy access once you check in, confortable appartment for a family with 1yo baby. Clean bathrooms, clean bedding, the kitchen very well equipped and the staff was really helpfull and responsive. Hot water (boiler) and heating(A/C) more than enough in March. Would be good to provide some flip-flops since there are tiles everywhere and pretty cold to walk without shoes. Appreciate the easy check in and guidance for the pre-check in process. Deposit was released the same day we left the appartment, so very much appreciated. We also appreciated we had cleaning products, detergent for the washing machine, clean towels enough for 7 days. Floor should have been better cleaned and dust removed. Indeed the appartment is sometimes noisy especially in one of the bedrooms however generally málaga is a noisy city and the buildings are not soundproof, so noise is generally accepted.

• Richard (8/5): city centre spot with plenty of nightlife. - It could not be better placed. 5 min walk to the harbour and plenty of eateries. 5 min walk through the road tunnel to the old town and an over abundence of resturants,bars and the theater if attending a show or concert. small supermarkets nearby for provisions. The lack of views from the appt. Family upstairs on last night had a party until 4am, but overlooked for the location. Parking is limited and machines need to be constantly fed. On advice from the landlord i arranged with a hotel next door with underground parking. 60 euros for 4 days parking.

• Anonymous (8/5): The apartment had everything we needed and was the perfect location, a great base for our stay in Malaga. - Great location, less than 10 mins walking from the beach, city centre and port. The flat was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. We appreciated the courtyard area, it was nice to have some private outdoor space. There are not many windows in the property and no nice views. For the price and the location it was still excellent value for money but I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who wants a nice view. The bedroom over the garage door was sometimes noisy due to people coming and going outside, but the inside bedroom was very peaceful.
