It exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it! Also, the host was very friendly and helpful and that made the stay even more pleasant. Nothing to complain!

- Cindy (5/5): TBH - a bit disappointed with the label luxury. - The views were incredible. The communication with staff & host was prompt and helpful. There was a repetitive beeping noise that I had to ask about and we were answered quickly & we were able to fix. Our introductry tour was very friendly & thorough. I would not classify this as luxury due to the lack of cleanliness. The apartment had a stale smell upon arriving. The carpets are very dirty and there were crumbs in the grooves of the glass coffee table in living space. The bathroom sink is blocked as when I ran hot water and understandably have to wait for the heat to arrive - the sink has trouble draining & this is a bit gross. The windows to the balcony really need cleaning - they are filthy.

- Sally (10/5): Perfect city stay 🤩 - Location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and city activities. The pool facilities were fabulous, with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Great views from the apartment and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. No complaints at all.
- Chris (9/5): The unit was very well equipped and we had all we need to prepare meals, coffee etc. - The location is very good, close to tram lines and walking distance to many, many restaurants It was smaller than we anticipated. The dryer we replace during mid stay and it did not work very well.
- Matthew (10/5): Dom was very accommodating from the outset, check in to check out experience was a breeze - Location was perfect - central south bank walking distance to shops, bars, cafe and casino.
