• Ramona (8/5): Busy Spanish charm- best for a couple - Great location, helpful host- and we had most of the amenities that we needed. We loved the neighborhood charm and the Juliette balcony. Shower was great, hot and good water pressure. The AC did not work and the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. The location was wonderful during the day, but the street noise in the evening kept us all up, the price you pay for city center.

• Nancy (9/5): Highly recommend. Beautiful views. Not noisy. - Location was fantastic. We were a family two adults, two kids and I found it very kid friendly. We were there for new year eve and we were surprised on how quiet the streets were even in late night hours. I think that if you happen to complain about noise levels you must avoid Spain overall. I know some cultures have dinner at 6 and in bed by 9pm. You best wake early and come up with multiple activities bc in Spain the night life is real. And it’s beautiful. So please don’t follow those that complain about noise. My kids had zero problems with going to bed and never complained. Elevator is awesome I was the only member who loved the stairs since our room was on the second floor. You have a super market around the corner. The gran via with fast paced steps is like a wonderful 15 minute walk. The restroom good size, kitchen good size and the living room. In Madrid a place like this is perfect because you only use it to rest, shower, wash and sleep. Location is ideal especially for first time in town. So I can’t really think about what I didnt like because everything we booked for was accurate by the owners description.

• Danny (7/5): Prime location to explore Madrid - Central location, the host was flexible with our arrival time. A bit smaller than I imagined, quite noisy outside in the street.

The owner prepared the welcoming card for our wedding anniversary trip and sweet candies. 2. The room is very clean and well designed with all the necessary equipment. The owner explained in details upon our arrival and provided the helpful information about local sites. 3. The room use keys not password which is preferred from our point. The owner quickly arrived with keys upon our arrival. 4. Love the balcony able to see the street view. The apartment has the elevator too. 5. The location is great and can walk to the most of the sightseeing points. The metro near by is very convenient too. Worth recommending to the friends. Will come again if back to Madrid next time. nothing

• Jay (10/5): Best stay in Madrid! - We liked everything! 1. The owner- Mr Luis is really nice and accommodating. He made sure that everything is in order and that we will have a comfortable stay. We really appreciate that he considered our requests. 2. The room- it is very clean and compact. All the things you need is there. 3. The location- it is very near to plaza mayor, Sobrino de Botin and metro. I thought that the place will be noisy, but I was wrong. It was very quiet. You can hear the ambulance/ police once in a while, but most of the time its peaceful and quiet. Our baby was able to sleep properly. We will definitely book this again if we come back. Nothing.
