• Giorgia (4/5): - The house was big and near the tube. The main bathroom was not clean, there weren’t enough towels and they were dirty for the hosts. One bed was broken. We asked for early check in and paid 50 pounds more but we entered the house only one hour and half earlier.

• Marek (6/5): Good value - We stayed as a group of 8. Apartment has a great balance with cost/service. Location is great and close to Maryland station or even to Stratford. House is quite big with small terrace. Could be cleaner but still okay. Furniture etc. is a bit older. Main bathroom is okay but second one is a bit older as well. It is not really easy to find the house (I would propose to update the address at booking because in google maps, it shows the correct street but house is approx. 100 meters in the different direction). House was pretty cold. I would recommend a stay for someone who is on budget and looks for good value with good location. Also, for 8 people it is a bit smaller - especially beds are smaller. Otherwise, our stay was okay.

• Phillp (6/5): Would be a lot better with some new furniture and a bit of talc - The property was nice and big and warm in fact we had to turn the heating down The beds The single bed was very loose and when my daughter turned over she thought the bed was going to collapse Another bed dipped in the middle
• Alison (5/5): Fine for a short stay if the house is only being used as a base, cheaper price reflects quality of property - Property was in a good location, only a short walk to Maryland station and is a great size for a group. The property wasn’t as clean as we’d have hoped, didn’t look like it had been thoroughly cleaned at changeover. The house was very cold when we arrived as the heating wasn’t on and we had no hot water on the morning of our stay.
• Michael (6/5): - Location to Maryland station was ideal, just a short walk away. Stratford is also just a 20-25 minute walk away. Bed was comfortable. No heating, the house was very cold and not suitable for families if it doesn't get switched on.

• André (8/5): - Der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat auch spät am Abend bei der Ankunft gut geklappt ( der Pincode für den Schlüsselsafe aus der Email war falsch).Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut Bus und U-bahn sind fußläufig erreichbar. Für den kleinen Einkauf ist der kleine Kiosk 200 m entfernt, für den großen Einlauf gibt es den Morissons Supermarkt etwa 1,5 km entfernt. Das Spielzimmer ist ein netter Zusatz. Die Wohnung ist groß und biete genug Räumlichkeiten für sieben Leute. Der Eingangsbereich macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck.Leider ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt einen Bedarf an Reparaturen im Badezimmer ( die Amaturen der Dusche , die Verkleidung der Badewanne,Toilettensitz war mit Klebeband notdürftig repariert). Die Fenster schließen teilweise schwer und die Doppeltür im Essbereich ist undicht. Fliese im Essbereich ist gesprungen. Das zweite Bad liegt im Nebengebäude beim Spielzimmer und ist sehr beengt.

• Sharmine (10/5): a very lovely stay! would recommend it to friends and family - the location is close to the nearest tube (maryland station). the house is very huge and could fit every guests that i have as per the description. the house is also very clean and comfy there is a bit of an issue with the front door. it seems like the door is broken and we have issue in locking the door. however, the host is quick to fix the issue

• Jayne (8/5): We had a great stay, if the above jobs were done it would have been perfect. - The location, the size of the house. The whole place needs some minor repairs. The fridge didn’t close. The front door needs replacing, half the decking is rotten only half has been replaced. Loose wall sockets, tv remote didn’t work. Outside bathroom dirty. Shower curtain needs to be replaced with screen for hygiene.

• Imran (9/5): Home from home. Comfortable. Clean. Family home - Clean spacious property. Few nice touches like complementary bottled water and drinks for the kids. A nice home from home. Deserves to be respected as someone's home. Property was clean to a very good standard. Excellent communication with host. Very friendly and helpful host. Made me and my family feel comfortable even when we had some family over to visit us. Very understanding. Easy access and location is very good. Close to a train station and local shops. Excellent public transport links. No issues with any of the neighbours. Parking was good too. Plenty of parking near the property at a very reasonable cost. Loads of places to eat within a mile or two. Really comfortable stay overall. Some minor things require updating in the property. If done would be 10 out of 10 for me. • Khawaja (5/5): Passable - Great location, 5min walk from the Maryland station and not too far from Westfield. House was also a good size for a group of 3-4. Host was great and accommodating of an early check in time. She was responsive for the most part and pleasant to work with. The mattresses were uncomfortable - you could feel the springs on them when laying down. The floors were a little dirty - when not wearing shoes in the house our feet would get dirty very quickly. Lastly, there is only one bathroom - not sure why the listing says otherwise.

• Niki (10/5): Exceptional - The amount of accommodation and facilities available for the price. Clean and very pleasant decor. Convenient location close to Maryland Station. We were fine as there were 3 of us but accommodation could easily sleep 7 and then having only one bathroom might be less ideal.
• Irnyza (8/5): Spacious no frills home and good value for money. Service was excellent! - It’s spacious. The heater stopped working twice. But the proprietor was very responsive and both times, it was resolved quickly.
