• SALAH (1/5): تجريه سييئه مع اصحاب مكان نصابين - الإخوه المسافرين احذرو الموقع ليس رئيه مباشره علي البحر ولكن الرؤيه جانبيه وليست مباشره الناس اصحب المكان قمه في النصب أوضحت لهم اني استأجرت المغرفة حسب الموقع سي فيو وليس جانبي عملو نفسهم ميعرفوش إنجليزي ولا عربي ومفيش خد عاد بيرد وللأسف تواصلت مع الموقع بوكينج الشباب حاولوا يساعدوني ولكن للاسف مفيش اي استجابة مع اصحاب المكان انصح الناس بعدم الدفع إلا بعد دخول الشقة هي نظيفة ولكن ليست كما علي الموقع مباشره علي البحر ولكن البلكونه جانبيه عدم القدره علي التواصل مع اصحاب المكان وللأسف اخذو الفلوس ولم استلم الغرفة في انتظار رد فعل الموقع عليا
• Lampros (9/5): A very clean, comfortable and nice apartment located close to everything you might need. - The property is in a very good location and very close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, public transportation stops. Very clean apartment. Equipped with everything that we needed. In one of the bedrooms there is a sound coming from the electrical panel which is annoying.

De straat oversteken en je ligt op het strand met een mooie zonsondergang en de tram die stopt voor de deur waardoor je heel makkelijk met openbaar vervoer door heel Athene kunt. De host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden soms geen warm water

• Christos (10/5): Excellent location and perfect for four adults. - Excellent location. It had two bathrooms. Although the flat was not huge it was very well organised and thought through which meant that we were very comfortable. We were four adults. All good. The process of checking in could be more streamlined. Still good though as the hosts were able to help.

• Kristy (6/5): I wouldn’t stay here again. - The location was near the tram and beach. It wasn’t near the centre of Athens. There were people screaming and banging and one night at the building for over an hour and then the next morning. There was no security and we rang the number to communicate with people we got the lock box from but they didn’t understand English, so nothing happened to resolve this. I felt scared staying there and we left extra early the next day as we weren’t comfortable, felt unsettled. Not sure if this was a one off thing but you don’t want that on your holiday.

• Joseph (5/5): Nice place but electrical problems - The location was good, near the beach, grocery store and public transportation. When we arrived there was no electricity. The owner said they’d fix it but when the electric company came they said the bill hadn’t been paid. They were very slow to respond to messages and the electricity wasn’t fixed until the next day.

• Andras (9/5): Superb - The location was great. Rigth next to the Edem Beach which is a pretty nice beach. Also, shop and restaurants around closeby as well as the Tram 6 and 7 as well as B1 and B2 bus station is rigth there which is allowing you to get to the center easily in a 30 min trip. The apt was kind of new with 2 bedroom, 2 shower, good sea view balcony with decent kitchen. There were washer and drier was great with plenty of towels and facilites. We had some misunderstanding at the key collection at the arrival with the host, which could be easier to be followed by deeper communication. But it was okay also i had to let you know that we can get to the apt earlier which was great so no complain. Small handy works would be great. Nothing deep, just changing a couple of light bulbs, checking on the toilet flushings. As there is solar-powered hot water its not easy to get shower in the morning, but its possible with electric heat, you have to switch on with a fuse before your shower.

• Amit (8/5): Good location apartment with home feel. - Location of the apartment is very good. Just in front of Edem beach and supermarket nearby. Apartment side bacony is facing to beach and not the front facing. Front facing apartment are different in the same complex however beach was visible from corner.
• Michael (7/5): Good - We really loved the property, location, and neighbors of the property. The view is really nice (it is a small balcony). The restaurants in the local area are nice. The beach is great. The tram is right across the road. It was great and easy to use once we figured it out with the help of the locals.The grocery store is right down the street. The people in this area are very helpful and friendly. We also liked having an elevator. We called from the airport, as requested, to let Nikoleta know our approximate arrival time. She stated she would be there to let us in. Nikoleta never showed up to let us in. After waiting over an hour and numerous attempts to contact her, we were finally given a code to a lock box via telephone. The code was wrong. We needed to call again to get the correct code. Another family was also waiting and had the exact same issue. I ended up giving them the first code we were given, and their lock box opened.and we used their code they were given, and ours opened. Sunday morning, we wanted to make breakfast and found that the oven and stove top did not work. We called Nikoleta and had to leave a message. She did not return the call until Sunday night. She told us the breaker box. We couldn't find it. She told us her son would call us in 2 minutes. No one called us back. It would also be great if there was a fry pan. There was no book to give any explanation of the area. What to do, where to eat, how to buy a tram/bus ticket, what tram/bus to take to the different places of interest. Thankfully, there were dome extremely nice people who realized we were not from the area and helped us out with this information. The worst customer service I have had from all of the bookings.

• Kelly (10/5): We very much enjoyed our stay in Athens. - Roomy, clean, and comfy. We liked being able to walk to the train, beach, or grocery store. Wish there had been more restaurants close by, but we did fine walking. It’s a very peaceful area to walk around, once off the main road.

A small language barrier made it hard to know where to collect the keys from or how to return them when checking out. Cleaning services kicked us out of the room at 9am on day of departure - was expecting to check out closer to 12. Lots of noise from the busy road in the front bedroom.

The pocky apartment was a nightmare to find and was on a very busy traffic road which could be heard all night long. The Seaview was a small side veranda which also had no privacy with an awful side view of other flats.

• Marcin (10/5): In few words: I recommend - 1. Especially the apartment - HUGE! 2 separated rooms both with AC (with 2 own bathrooms) huge daily room with AC, kitchen and big fridge. 2. Nice sea view (also if a bit reduced by another palace close to this one). 3. Close to tram and bus 4. Clean 5. Good contact with owner (also if doesn't speak English well) she tried to do everything to make our stay really pleasant.

• John (6/5): Small but nicely updated apartment, in an old building. - Comfortable beds; quality bedsheets; updated bathrooms, closets, doors, and kitchen; good washing machine; large couch; good size kitchen table with comfortable chairs; good size TV with Netflix channel. Old building, with a dark and gloomy lobby, dark corridors with no air conditioning, and small elevators; also the air conditioning in the apartment was very poor, the balcony was small and did not face the sea as pictures suggested, bathrooms were small, and street parking was very hard to find.
