Salón y cocina. La limpieza del baño. La mampara no se cerraba y la ducha estaba sucia.
Las ventanas sin persianas, dando a patios interiores en los que cada 2 x 3 se encienden luces molestas para dormir. Aparte de los ruidos. Invitaría a los propietarios a dormir un par de noches en el apartamento.
El apartamento estará reformado, pero los armarios de las alcobas, no.
Falta de perchero y paragüero en la entrada.

- Cristina (10/5): Very good - Good location, big apartment with very comfortable beds and very warm and clean The shower door didn't close properly but doesn't stop you for having a nice warm shower

- Michael (8/5): Zweckmäßig, sauber und vergleichsweise günstig. - Wohnung liegft in einem Neubaugebiet mit Wohnhochhäusern. Die gesamte Anlage ist jedoch gepflegt, ein Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan, verschiedene Bars, Cafés und Bäckereien liegen in direkter Nachbarschaft. In die Innenstadt läuft man ca. eine halbe Stunde. Die Wohnung ist komplett und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Allein der Blick aus dem Fenster ist nicht besonders schön, eben einer auf eine Wohnburgenlandschaft.

Communication was excellent. She was very approachable and helpful. Instructions to get in were excellent. Beds were comfortable, amenities such as 1.5 bathrooms were very convenient. We recommend this apartment!

- Don (10/5): Exceptional - Super modern apartment. Very comfortable beds, large accommodation with all facilities available. Easy bus route to the centre as well. That we couldn't stay longer. There is nothing to say bad about the accommodation .

- Julie (4/5): Disappointing stay in loud, no frills apartment. - Parking was available. The apartment was right above a supermarket. Several neighborhood restaurants, cafes, and bars line the street right outside the apartment door. The location description is accurate in that it's about a 25 minute walk to the beach/historic center. The apartment is furnished with the bare minimum. The sofa (the only piece of furniture) was pretty dirty. The kitchen table was cheap particle board with plastic chairs. It's really a low-maintenance rental for the owners and felt like as much. It's advertised as two bathrooms. It's really two toilets, one shower, and the bathrooms are both in the entry hall. None of the bedrooms have a bathroom attached.
There is no air conditioning, and we would have been okay if we could open the windows to have a breeze come in. However, the windows/balcony facing the inner courtyard are just feet away from neighboring balconies and windows. The person in the apartment of the balcony just feet away was a smoker and for non-smokers, it made it impossible for us to open windows to ventilate.
The apartment is located in a sea of apartments that surround a common center plaza. The plaza was pretty empty during the day, but at night it was the hangout for local teenagers. They were loud, drinking, urinating on the walls, in the stairwells, etc. Traveling with middle school age children, this isn't the cultural exposure we were looking for. The good news is it seems like there was a curfew enforced, and everyone cleared out at 11 pm.
The free parking and relatively lower price for a rental in San Sebastian are what lured us in, we wish we would have paid more and chosen something closer to the historic center/beach.

- Marc (9/5): A clean, quiet less-expensive option for staying in San Sebastian/Donostia. - A good value for San Sebastian with included underground parking. A quiet building south of the main tourist neighborhoods. Washer dryer included and 1.5 baths. Above and next door to an excellent grocery store. 2 blocks to the main bus line with frequent service. Fantastic support from the host when our navigation (apple maps) left us slightly short of the destination. Excellent communication before and after our stay. A car is not necessary or even needed once you are in San Sebastian. Getting in and out of the external, underground garage was a bit tricky. We ended up tailgating somebody to get into the parking and only exited once during our short stay. Finding the button to open the exit door took a little time, but was easily enough done. There are several 15 minute parking spaces in front of the building that were useful for loading and unloading, but as an unfamiliar driver not exactly obvious to me.
