• Stancy (9/5): Clean two-bedroom apartment in great location. Nice host. - The apartment is several minutes on foot from the train station. There is a mini mart around the corner. The area is safe. The location cannot be beat. They let us check in early when they found out that we would arrive in town ahead of regular check-in time. Nothing in particular.

• VITALINA VOROPAEVA (10/5): - Прекрасная вместительная квартира рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом Санта-Мария-Новелла (5 минут пешком с чемоданами). Рядом продуктовый магазин Carrefour. Лифт на этаж, чистые апартаменты, две изолированные спальни + большая кухня-гостиная. В квартире есть все самое необходимое и даже больше.🙂 Отлично работают кондиционеры в каждой комнате, мы попали в жару 38 градусов, на улице еле выживали, бежали в квартиру за спасением.😁 Ночью тихо и комфортно. При заселении нас встретил Рикардо, очень ответственный и воспитанный молодой человек.👍 Приятным бонусом была бутылочка красного тосканского вина и холодная вода в холодильнике, за что отдельное спасибо!🙏 До всех достопримечательностей рукой подать, так что рекомендую эти апартаменты для семьи 3-4 человека смело, если вы не планируете воевать за душевую и туалет.😃 Отдельное спасибо за гостеприимство от нашей мини мальтийской болонки Шанель.❤️🤗

• Man Chi (10/5): 如果再到佛羅倫斯絕對會再選擇這所B&B。 - 這次旅行我們一家四口到了意大利住了共三間B&B，而這是我們最滿意的一間。房子地點只是離火車站5分鐘步程；升降機於地面直上位於二樓的房子（之前遇上另一所B&B 需要開兩個閘再爬幾級樓梯到地面的升降機，拿着大行李箱/ 有幼童同行會挺麻煩的！）；樓下轉角有一所超市，購買用品十分方便。到主要景點的步程通常20-30分鐘以內。 至於這間B&B，房屋狀態如圖片顯示，十分整潔。房間硬件提供：洗衣機丶雪櫃丶微波爐，使用狀態良好；亦有洗碗碟機、各式廚具、滴漏咖啡機、多士爐等等不常見於其他B&B。這所B&B更提供了一些基本生活用品：洗潔精、百潔布、洗碗碟機丸丶洗衣液等等方便旅客使用。 屋主Riccardo 親自交收鎖匙及講解房間丶電器使用方法，晚上近十時也迅速回覆我在WhatsApp’s對家電提問。 如果說缺點，這B&B因為近火車站，日間七八時會有一些車輛走過/響按，晚上休息時間還可。另外相比其他酒店，這B&B也離主要景點「遠一點」（到不同景點時感到「經常經過這幾間酒店」）- 由於我帶著大行李箱，所以傾向到近火車站的B&B 丶放下行李輕裝再走景點。這個大家比衡自己所需。
• Zoran (9/5): Excellent place in Florence near the train station, recommend to everyone! - We loved everything!! We loved everything, but perhaps a small minus is a bad smell in the hallway (not in the apartment).
• Lauren (9/5): Central to everything - Accommodation was a pictured, great to have a washing machine on hand. Was in a convenient location near a supermarket and many great restaurants as well as main train station. Host was very accommodating. Only downside but was easy to overcome was the smell on the main foyer but you didn’t smell this in room.

• Cha (9/5): Short distance to train station and Dumo. - The property is well maintained and clean. It’s about 8 mins walking to the train station. There is a carefour express. It’s really nice of the owner to give us a complimentary wine. We didn’t drink it as we already have some when dinning. Thank You to Mr. Riccardo. Close to the Street which can be noisy. After closing the widow, it’s better.
