Falta de energia elétrica, trata de gato. Falta de água, trata de gato. Falta de banho quente, por tratar de gato, a energia cai, dificultando o banho quente. Falta de esgoto, a fossa aparentemente fica dentro do imóvel, com forte odor. A casa alaga, tivemos que deixar o imóvel antes do término do contrato, devido ao alagamento no imóvel.
