• nuñez paniagua (5/5): - La ubicación muy céntrico para disfrutar de la Roma histórica, el tamaño y la distribución. Limpieza deficiente.Fuerte olor a humedad.Falta de productos de limpieza.Tuvimos que comprar hasta una fregona.Deberian poner más toallas y recambios de cama Nos tocó pedir juego de sábanas ya que estuvimos 13 días y vinieron sin los almohadones el recambio. Echamos de menos un microondas en la cocina y tampoco tiene televisión.

• Alexandre (8/5): - La localizzazione perfetta vicino a tutto. Struttura amplia per nostra famiglia. Niente, appena per chi viaggia con macchina trovare parcheggio è molto difficile in quella zona.

• Ana Paula (10/5): - The apartment is well located and easy to access, which made getting around the city very convenient. Our overall experience was affected by an unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, especially in the bathroom where there was a noticeable drain/sewage odor. In addition, we noticed stains on the bed sheets, which was disappointing and impacted our comfort. With better attention to cleanliness and addressing the odor issue, this place could offer a much more enjoyable experience.

• Anna (9/5): - Great and friendly service, well equipped and perfect location. There was a faint smell from the bathroom and a bit difficult to get rid of the humidity (probably the season).
• Asta (9/5): Very nice stay. - The location of the apartment was excellent-just a 6-minute walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Check-in was easy, and the space was both spacious, comfortable and spotless. The best part, however was the host, Sebastian. He was very thoughtful, considerate and very responsive. Since we were arriving quite late, he shared his phone number and told us to call if we needed anything. Even the next da, he checked in to make sure everything was OK and if we needed any help.
• cbressan (9/5): - Locatie is super en het is een fijn appartement, heerlijk rustig. De host heeft halverwege ons verblijf geïnformeerd of alles naar wens was, erg fijn. Alles is netjes en de binnenplaats vond ik een cadeautje om de dag af te sluiten. Bed was voor mij te hard, het mag iets zachter. Dit is heel goed met een topper op te oplossen en ik raad het aan. De slaapbank heeft zijn toegevoegde waarde laten zien!

• Guest (8/5): Séjour très agréable, à renouveler. - Bien situé dans le centre de Rome. De nombreux restaurants à proximité ainsi que de petits commerces. Manque de luminosité.

• VANESA (6/5): - Es muy fresquito y tranquilo y está muy cerca del Coloseo No tenía televisión ni microondas, a pesar de que aparece en la descripción del apartamento en Booking. Creo que es importante que la descripción coincida con la realidad, para que cada uno elija el tipo de alojamiento que realmente necesita.
• Andrea (8/5): Very enjoyable - Location and spaciousness of the accommodation Lack of a kettle to boil water for a cup of tea or coffee. Perhaps directions to reach the property from Roma Termini would be useful and what to do if arriving later than expected.
• Aundria (8/5): Great suite for single or couple. Minutes from everything - Great location, quiet and secure. Remote check in. Host responded quickly to inquiries after we arrived. Host should adjust listing to reflect accuracy. Listed is TV, microwave and safe which were not available. TV does not matter to me, I don’t travel to watch TV abroad, but I would like a microwave for rapid food prep and a safe for my travel documents. Minor details - yet I do check what is listed to make booking decisions.
• Rachel (10/5): Fabulous! - The apartment is in a perfect location. Sebastian communicated well with us and made our stay extremely comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars all the way!
• Mayra (8/5): Great location and host, but mold and humidity issues were a major drawback. - The location of the apartment is great, with easy access to everything and plenty of restaurants nearby, which was super convenient. The kitchen is relatively well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals without any issues. Additionally, communication with the host was excellent! He was extremely kind and attentive, letting us check in a bit earlier. He also provided a space for us to store our luggage after check-out. It was a very pleasant experience, and I definitely recommend this place! Unfortunately, our experience in the apartment was significantly affected by serious mold issues. There was a strong smell of humidity, especially in the bedroom and bathrooms, and during our stay, the mold in the bathroom seemed to worsen, which was quite concerning. This was the most bothersome and worrisome aspect of our stay.
