• Silke (8/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen, sauber , bei Fragen jederzeit jemanden erreicht Bei booking konnte man ankreuzen das man einen Parkplatz braucht, es wurde aber nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man auf jeden Fall frühzeitig vorab am Hotel einen Parkplatz reservieren muss, da diese begrenzt sind.

• Paula (10/5): - Die Ausstattung der kleinen Küchenzeile ist super! Von Kochtöpfen über Nudelsieb und Messbecher bis hin zu Öl/Essig und Salz und Pfeffer war alles da. Das Zimmer war sehr schön hell und sauber, und modern eingerichtet. Es ist zwar keine Rezeption vor Ort, aber der telefonische Support hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, mir bei einem Problem zu helfen. Bei 5 Nächten wäre eine Zwischenreinigung nett gewesen.

Het app is voor 6 personen maar er stonden 5 eetkamer stoelen en 5 terras stoelen en 5 placemats. Dat is raar. In de beschrijving staat 2 badkamers maar er is 1 badkamer met douche wastafel en toilet en 1 los toilet.

• Suzanne (7/5): - Location. cleanliness. smooth check-in. Was too warm in the room, had to sleep with window open because it didn’t get cooler. That caused traffic noises. And the shower door leaked, so the bathroom floor gets soaked if you don’t adjust your shower position in a uncomfortable way.

Schönes Apartment, auch mit zwei kleinen Kindern genügend Platz. - Die Unterkunft hat gehalten, was sie versprochen hat.:) Super Lage, sauber und komfortabel!:) Einchecken war ganz bequem per Email. Alles sehr fortschrittlich, wir hatten niemanden zu Gesicht bekommen, aber es hat wunderbar geklappt. Allerdings sollte man immer genügend Akku haben, sonst könnte es schwierig werden in die Unterkunft zu gelangen.

Die Lage ist perfekt, ganz in der Nähe der Einkaufsstraßen und auch des Bahnhofs. Die Möbel sind hochwertig und alles war in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen!”

• Alfredo (9/5): Apartamento muy recomendable para conocer Bonn - Apartamento muy bien situado para conocer Bonn, muy cerca del centro, se puede ir perfectamente a pie. El apartamento es practico y espacioso, la entrada y el parking son de fácil acceso, a pesar de que no hay personal físico. La salida demasiado pronto a las 10.

• Lola (8/5): - Bon emplacement, bonne réactivité par whatsapp/mail suite au problème de check-in en ligne la veille du séjour. Chambre sympathique, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour un petit séjour. Le fait de ne pas avoir de staff sur place, et donc pas de consigne, fut un point négatif. Nous sommes arrivés le matin et avons dû attendre 16h pour pouvoir entrer (vu que nous n'avons pas payé pour l'early check-in). La salle de bain sentait très mauvais (odeur de fumée ? Produits de nettoyage ?), c'était fort dérangeant.

• Günter (8/5): Alles in allem hat mir der Aufenthalt im Hotel gefallen. - Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, dass man bei Problemen eine Telefonnummer hatte, bei der man anrufen konnte und an diesem Problem gearbeitet wurde. Auch waren die Personen bei der Telefonberatung immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und konnten helfen. Nicht gefallen hat mir der Frühstücksservice. Ich musste mich für ein Frühstück entscheiden, dieses wäre dann wohl zu einem bestimmten Termin gebracht worden. Da mir der Termin nicht passte, bin ich vom Frühstück zurückgetreten. Ich hätte lieber ein Frühstücksbuffet gehabt, bei dem ich mir vor Ort selber aussuchen kann, was und wieviel ich essen möchte. Allerdings muss ich auch sagen, dass der Preis für das Frühstück sehr günstig gewesen wäre und man diesen Preis bei einem Frühstücksbuffet nicht halten könnte. Da eine Bäckerei fußläufig zu erreichen war, in der man gut frühstücken konnte, war es allerdings nicht schlimm. Was ich auch nicht so gut fand war, dass das Zimmer bis 10:00 Uhr verlassen werden musste. Ich hätte mir eine Abreise bis 11:00 Uhr gewünscht.

• Modularex (9/5): Určitě se rádi vrátíme - Jednoduchý online check-in. Stačí jen údaje toho, kdo objednával. Kod ke dveřím dojde rychle. Pokud máte osobní auto, bezplatné parkoviště. Kvalitní matrace, kuchyňský koutek, silný proud ve sprše. V rozkládací pohovce nachystáno vše, od prostěradla, peřiny až k ručníkům. Kdybychom neměli dodávkové auto a měli jistotu, že zaparkujeme, určitě bychom zůstali i déle. V den check outu došla automaticky na mail i faktura za ubytovani. Super Parkoviště do výšky 2,3 metru, nevejde se dodávkové auto. Špatná wi-fi, ač máme data, vyzkoušeli jsme a zklamání. Mělo by být nějaké upozornění, že check-in je online.
• Diego Muñoz (2/5): Very bad experience - The apartment was filthy upon arrival, so much so that there was a t-shirt and a sock left by previous guests; clearly, they hadn't cleaned properly. The pillow had a terrible smell, and when we asked for a replacement, the service was awful. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. When they went to change the pillow, the cleaning lady refused, yelling that she wouldn't change it. The whole experience was terrible. A very bad experience.
• Shrey (8/5): Clean and Cozy place - The room was nice, clean and had all basic things. The access was also easy. The area is also quiet yet well connected to public transport. The river is closeby. Overall everything was very nice and comfortable. The help line was also easy to reach and helpful. The communication was good. The regular check in time was at 16:00, but it’s possible to check in early with a fee. The check out time is 10:00 which was a bit early for us, but we did not check this while booking. The cooking top is close to the fire alarm and there were so many notices that if a fire alarm is triggered there will be fine of 1500 eur. This made us very concerned while cooking anything. There was no wipes to clean the kitchen surface, just paper towel. It would have been helpful if this was there.

• Stephanie (9/5): - Die Übermittlung der Informationen waren mir zu kompliziert. Gästemappe etc. Kurzer Text mit allen Infos finde ich wesentlich einfacher, so musste ich mehrfach telefonieren. Das 3. Bett war nicht bezogen und die Bettwäsche im Sofa verstaut, was nicht erkennbar war. Die Schranke öffnet beim Rausfahren erst, wenn man mit der Motorhaube unter der Schranke steht. Das alles nervt, wenn man spät und müde an- und abreist. Beim zweiten Besuch klappt dann alles sofort ;)

• Sigune (9/5): Konzept geht auf, angenehm unkompliziert in guter Lage, im Notfall ist Hilfe zur Stelle: top! - Sehr zentral gelegen, gut erreichbar, eher günstig, und sehr hilfreiches und nettes Personal, als etwas verloren ging. Wasserkocher war klasse im Zimmer; Tee kochen ist immer ein Wohlfühlfaktor! -

• Katerina (8/5): - Sauberes Zimmer, tolle Lage und Preis-Leistung stimmt! Die Beleuchtung am Tisch und in der Küchenzeile hat gefehlt.
• Simone (6/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut angebunden. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und mit allem was man benötigt. Der Schlüsselcode ist praktisch. Das Appartement war im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug. Das wurde allerdings vom Gastgeber im Vorfeld kommuniziert. Das Appartement war im dritten Stock und somit direkt unter dem Dach. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, somit mussten durchgehend die Fenster geöffnet werden. Der Abflussstopfen in der Küche war kaputt. Das Appartement war nicht gut geputzt. Unter dem Waschbecken im Bad war eine tote Stechmücke und sonstiger Dreck zu finden. Hier wurde nicht ordentlich gewischt. Das Kochfeld in der Küche war schmierig abgewischt, in der Spüle war es dreckig und der Kühlschrank hätte auch mal wieder durchgewischt werden können. Die zwei Kaffeetassen waren voll mit verkrusteten Kaffeeflecken. Auf dem Bett fand ich ein fremdes Haar.

Chambre très petite où il est difficile de se déplacer correctement, matelas peu comfortable, chambre mal isolée des voisins, pas de petit déjeuner et une seule capsule de café pour deux jours, service peu cordial et peu accommodant. Rapport qualité-prix très moyen en somme et un service décevant.
