Easy entry and building felt secure Adequate space inside Comfortable bed Broken fridge- ice completely filling ice box - interior of fridge dripping wet. Door did not shut properly. No tumbler size glasses at all Only one double socket in kitchen. No brush to sweep floor. No key left as we were told. Relied on keypad outside. Suction hook in bathroom fell off No instructions for tv , no channels Missing recycling instructions A welcome pack with all this would have been good.
