Saleh (4/5): The price when i booked was exactly similar to 5 star hotel but Hometel Resedence isn’t. - The location is good. There was no reception and no room service. We stayed for 4 nights and you can imagine at least the need for trash to be taken out. No supply shampoo, body-wash, water, coffee, napkins, towels….nothing They mention that there is a quiet time from 11pm but there is a lot of noise from the other residents starting from 11pm. They take cash 500 riyal as guarantee. When checking out we asked to delay to 2pm and the way they refused and replied in unprofessional way.

abdulla (6/5): جيدة - الموقع ومساحة الصالة يفضل ان يكون هناك ارقام لاقرب البقالات والمطاعم والمغاسل تعاون صاحب الشقة عند الوصول تعاون الحارس وجود ازعاج في الشقق المجاورة وتم اعلام صاحب الشقة ارتفاع السعر مقارنة بالموقع والخدمات التنظيف اليومي يتطلب مبلغ 150 ريال عن كل مره عدم نظافة غرفة الغسيل وصيانه بعض الحمامات والتي تتطلب صيانه فنيه

The staff were excellent and immediately provided and set up a baby cot in the apartment. The apartment is spacious and is excellent to make it your home away from home. I did not enjoy the direction on maintaining cleaniness of the apartment. Daily the trash would pile up and I did not know what to do with it. Eventually I would contact staff to remove the trash but they are not easy to locate. I would've appreciated more clarity on this.

Noisy, management unprofessional, apartment destroyed and lacked maintenance. If you value your peace and sleep do not stay here, the construction right next door will make you believe peace does not exist.

Helpful host and staff. Functional kitchen for breakfast probably. No shops, restaurants or laundromat within reasonable walking distance. More kitchenware is needed for anyone planning to do serious cooking.
