• Kam (7/5): New apartment but description not fully accurate - Nice and clean apartment, recently refurbished, spacious bathroom, in a secure building. The host is very kind. The description says "Featuring a balcony with garden views" - there is only a street view, definitely no garden view. No microwave or toaster. Pillows were tough; we found two softer pillows in the wardrobe, but unfortunately, they had been used, and the sheets hadn't been changed. There were ants and some of them ended up in our bed. I was under the impression that there'd be another bed for our daughter since the listing says "two beds" but on arrival we just found the double bed and the single bed folded in the wardrobe and mattress put away + no bedsheets. There was also no towel for our daughter. The apartment faces a tram parking/station so it gets quite loud at night. Blinders must be down the whole day, otherwise the tram parking workers are looking straight into your balcony doors when they're on a break.

• Nubia (10/5): The apartment was fantastic. - The apartment was fantastic and had excellent public transport connections. It was modern, clean, and relatively new. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful.
• Jarman (1/5): Lots of issues and improvement areas - Location was great, apartment ok The appartment is located outside a tram station (not a stop) multiple times during the night the trams are coming in for shift change which makes a fair bit of noise (until 2am). Highly recommend bringing ear plugs. Wet tissue in my ear got me through the remainder of the holiday. I spoke to the owner of the apartment and it was agreed it should be clearly written into the advertisement as an improvement area. Need to have curtains shut at all times on floor 1 as tram staff can see straight through. City views - not sure this is true, a view of the tram station is not the city view you would expect to see. Blaconey cleanliness - cigarettes to be removed, not great. No bowls for cereal to be used with the spoons which are there. No kettle, kettle preference as not everyone likes coffee. 1 spare pillow only so 3 in total, should be two spare pillows. I could continue the management of the property is very poor. The owner of the property offered compensation then did not honor and deliver upon what we spoke about on the phone. Nightmare stay from start to finish. People travel from all over the world and this is the experience..

• Catherine (8/5): Very good - The apartment is nice, quiet. Also quite well situated and Lorenzo is nice Description on the site was not corresponding to the apartment. It is only one room with 2 beds with view on the garage for the trams. So disappointed as we needed one room separate since travelling with an ado. Also, the price was very high for this apartment... good it was discounted by half.

• Todd (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, and overall the accommodation was good. - The property itself is very nice, and the host was also great! Also, the security is fantastic, so the building is VERY secure. After all of the accommodations in Europe having Nespresso machines I had to order one for our house while we were waiting for our plane to deliver us back home. The location is directly across the street from the metro garage where the trolley cars are parked at night. We are pretty light sleepers, and they were pretty loud. Other than that, the place was quite comfortable. Also, adding more dishes would be a plus.
