• Mia Alisha (1/5): Absolutely not worth it, DO NOT BOOK! - If you’re able to overlook the horrible service and room, you can say the kitchen was well maintained and the location is semi close to the main attractions. Deceiving listing, unresponsive and impolite hosts, if you stay on the second floor “room” (attic turned into bedroom) be prepared to go up the narrowest and unsafest staircase. The steps are so steep you will genuinely risk hurting yourself & the door won’t fit your height if you are above 5’5. The door is also not even wide enough to fit a standard large luggage… see my photo. Don’t even ask how I got that luggage up I could’ve badly hurt myself and/ or damaged the bag. I specifically requested them for a ground floor room and they lied saying it was on the ground floor. There is no window in the room, meaning 0 ventilation, meaning if you use the toilet, for your entire stay your room will smell like the toilet. If you’re in one or the shared bathroom rooms, be prepared to use 1 toilet/ shower with up to 8 people. You’re better off at a hostel at that point. There is no insulation either so have fun hearing every single sound being made by the other housemates. Speaking of which, the listing states nowhere (at least at the time of my booking) that this is a SHARED accommodation; 1 apartment, 1 bathroom shared amongst 4 rooms & 1 private room with its own bathroom upstairs but main facilities are SHARED. The hosts are notorious for leaving people stranded during check in, I called and messaged 20+ times because I had been waiting for so long outside due to the lockbox not working, they responded 2 hours later with NO apology. The next day, I saw a couple going through the same issue except they weren’t even provided with check-in instructions. FYI; if you end up booking this nightmare of a place, make sure to message in advance for check in instructions. They will text them to you on Whatsapp as if they are texting a friend. Horribly unprofessional & not worth what they charge.

• Ahmet Said (10/5): Everything was perfect. - I stayed here in Seville and had a really great experience. The location was perfect, with lots of nice bars, restaurants, and places to explore nearby. The room was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe. There is also a shared kitchen area which was very well-equipped and useful. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend staying here. Overall, all the furniture and facilities were modern and beautifully designed. The atmosphere of the place was really stylish and comfortable. If I visit Seville again, I will definitely stay here again. Nothing.

• Siham (10/5): - He pasado una estancia maravillosa aquí. El lugar era precioso, limpio y muy cómodo. La habitación era elegante, estaba bien equipada y exactamente como se describía. La ubicación era perfecta para descubrir Sevilla, con todo cerca. Aprecié especialmente el ambiente tranquilo y la atención a los detalles. El anfitrión fue amable, atento e hizo que todo fuera muy fácil. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente a cualquiera que visite la ciudad.

Als ze bijvoorbeeld het licht aan stoppen, komen de stralen langs de houten planken. Er waren minstens 4 kamers voor 1 mini badkamer (met douche en wc). Ik zou er niet opnieuw logeren, zelfs niet indien het gratis zou zijn.

Han habilitado una bohardilla a una habitación, literalmente. Se escucha TODO. Me tocó una habitación arriba y la escalera tiene unos escalones minúsculos para caerse rodando. Cuando me desperté, al bajar para tomarme un café estaba todo mojado con un charco de agua desde la escalera hasta la cocina. La habitación estaba húmeda y sin ventana.

• Irina (5/5): - The place is passable for short stays (2 days maximum) but for more trips it is uncomfortable. The location is good for being out of the center and therefore quieter, reachable with different lines you can go to the bus station and Sevilla S.J. station. However, there are some things that need to be improved: first of all, each guest should have personal bathroom items and not shared with everyone (and in the bathroom who knows for how long). Have 1 complete set of towels, like 1 large, medium, small. Instead I received only one large for the entire stay, without replacement (did it have to be requested?). The room has no light, no air passage (only for a window that gives to an internal closed space), and you can smell the damp smell due to the lack of light. The room is on the ground floor and if there are guests in the room above (made as a mezzanine) you can hear every noise and who is talking, also if the room above turns on the light at night it lights up all the way down to the booked room and the room does not have a curtain. The bathroom is almost always dirty, with a fairly old shower, doors that do not work, and open and worn toilet rolls who knows how long ago. The bathroom rugs are dirty and should be cleaned/changed more frequently. Little air flow, no curtains, 24h air conditioning in the hall and it is dangerous because it is too cold, bathroom not in great condition, little respect for privacy/silence, no change of towels or room cleaning in 5 days...

La ducha del baño compartido, ya que estaba sucia (tal vez por el uso de otros ) pero también estaba en mal estado ya que se tapaba al caer agua y esto hacia que se inundará todo el baño.

• Mariano Hector (10/5): - Lo principal es que el lugar está súper higiénico , cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar de paso , de vacaciones o en un viaje por trabajo , el acceso es rápido y fácil No hay nada que no me halla gustado , he leído reseñas anteriores y la gente se queja del ruido por la noche , ja , hola estás en el casco antiguo de la 3er ciudad más poblada de España , y también he leído algo respecto al agua en la ducha , y si es real , pero es solo un poco de agua !!! , la gente que comenta eso en una reseña es solo porque no tiene quejas reales

Desde el primer momento en que llegué, me sorprendió la calidez y la amabilidad con la que fui recibido, lo que generó una atmósfera de confianza y comodidad instantánea. El lugar superó todas mis expectativas: cada rincón estaba preparado con detalle, limpieza impecable y un cuidado evidente por ofrecer una experiencia acogedora y agradable. La ubicación resultó perfecta — accesible, tranquila y con todo lo necesario cerca —, lo que hizo que mis días fueran muy prácticos y relajados. Además, la estética y el ambiente del alojamiento hacían sentir como en casa: espacios armoniosos, decoración con gusto y un ambiente muy agradable para descansar y desconectar. Me encantó especialmente la atención a los detalles: desde la ropa de cama suave y cómoda hasta los pequeños toques de cortesía que marcan una gran diferencia. También quiero destacar la atención del anfitrión, siempre disponible para ayudar, responder preguntas o brindar recomendaciones locales que realmente enriquecieron mi experiencia. Es evidente que hay dedicación y verdadera pasión por ofrecer un servicio de calidad. En resumen, mi estancia aquí ha sido excepcional. • Radek (2/5): - Velmi stísněný prostor, který má stěny snad papíru. Celou dobu byl slyšitelný i krok sousedů z pokoje nade mnou nebo činnost kohokoliv v kuchyni. I přes to, že se jednalo o vlastní pokoj, neměl jsem tak jakéhokoliv soukromí. Matrace velmi proleželá a špinavá. Sprcha špinavá s nefunkčními vypadávajícími dvířky. Lednice smrdí starým jídlem.

• HaizeaGD (2/5): - Está bien ubicado. En total éramos 2 personas. Cuando llegamos, no se nos había facilitado el código de acceso. Se lo habían dado a otra persona. Tuvimos que esperar y, cuando entramos, la habitación no estaba hecha. Una habitación en la que casi no te puedes mover y sin ventanas, con el consiguiente olor a moho en el baño. Estuvimos solicitando un secador de pelo durante toda la estancia (en la descripción ponía que había) y se nos dió largas diciendo que se iba a traer y nunca apareció. ¿Qué decir de la limpieza? Creo que inexistente. Resumiendo, que para lo que ofrece, es carísimo. No se lo recomendamos a nadie.

• Jose (1/5): Un desastre un fraude - Nada Todo un covacha de 4 apartamentos, si se los puede llamar asi. Están subdivididos en una casa antigua, con madera, pasando las luces de uno a otro. El baño de 1.5 x 1.5 Mar. De lado. La cocina un desastre con mugre por todos lados, se solicito a la persona que nos contestó que lo limpie y nada hizo. Para el che quin, nos tuvo esperando hasta la 17.30. . Creo que boking tendría que constatar mis expresiones, para confirmar mis dichos. T

• Karol (3/5): The location is acceptable, but the sanitary conditions are poor. - The location of the apartament is definitely a plus. It is practically in the centre, just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral. This means that parking is a big problem, but the apartament does not offer parking, so there can be no complaints. Considering its price, this apartament is not worth recommending. There is a mezzanine above the apartament, made of wooden boards, which means you can hear every step someone takes upstairs. This made it noisy and uncomfortable – it's hard to sleep in such conditions. The bathroom is in terrible condition - extremely dirty. Old rugs on the floor, dust and mould in the corners. Spartan conditions, but the price is like a hotel. I would not stay there again because I was disgusted to take a shower. Contact with the owner was awful. He/she does not reply to messages or answer phone calls. He/she limits himself to sending a few tips on how to find the room key, and that's it. You will not be able to get anything else from the owner. I do not recommend it.
• LUIS (1/5): No se puede ofertar ESTO en booking - No hay nada que me haya parecido minimamente satisfactorio. Quizá el silencio del entorno. Me he llevado una impresión lamentable de Sevilla. El alojamiento está muy por debajo de unos estándares mínimos para ser considerado apto para su función. No conseguí contaactar con el responsable hasta haber llamado en más de 20 ocasiones (adujo que mi teléfono desde el que estaba llamando lo hacía desde Tailandia). Dudo de la legalidad del apartamento como AT (no tiene ningún distintivo), Y el precio me ha parecido desmesurado para una instalación tan cutre, Quizá Sevilla del siglo XVII en su versión más pobre.

• Ines (8/5): Sevilla es una maravilla - La habitación de abajo,tuvo la atención de cambiarnos de habitación. El baño ,necesita un poco de reforma .la ducha. La zona es muy buena ,en el centro y el chico muy amable.

• PEDRO LUIZ (1/5): Cilada, transtorno e nervoso!! - De nada Péssima localização, sem estacionamento perto! Ridículo ter um alojamento desse tipo no booking.com. Quarto sufocante, banheiro encardido, cheio de bolor, visão plena de outo quarto!! Escada horrível pra chegar ao quarto, ( impossível uma pessoa mais velha, como eu ter acesso.. fiquei transtornado)além do barulho e uma luz que acendia e apagava sozinha a noite toda! Enfim, 165 € por isso!!! Um absurdo. Nunca mais!!! Tantos anos de booking.com, jamais tive tal experiência... vou começar a desconfiar do que vejo nessa plataforma!!

• Juan (10/5): EXCELENTE - El anfitrión fue muy atento con nosotros, un apartamento muy bien cuidado, impecable en limpieza y muy buena ubicación, tenía muy buena decoración aunque se escuchaba algunos ruidos debido a la estructura de madera pero todo lo demás muy bien, sin duda volvería a repetir, el trato fue inmejorable El ruido
• Antonio David (7/5): En el centro y tranquilidad - La ubicación es muy buena, en el centro, cerca de bares y restaurantes. Es muy tranquilo y el personal es amable. Es una casa donde las habitaciones se alquilan y compartes baño y cocina. El wifi es bueno. El colchón deben ir cambiándolo. Por lo demás está bien.

• Antonio (10/5): Excelente - viajé solo y desde que llegué al hostel me sentí muy bien recibido gracias al recepcionista Fue muy amable, siempre con buena actitud y dispuesto a ayudar. Me dio muy buenas recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en la ciudad, lugares para comer y cómo moverme fácilmente. Viajar solo a veces puede ser un poco abrumador, pero su atención me hizo sentir acompañado y cómodo desde el primer momento. Se nota que le importa que los huéspedes tengan una buena experiencia. Sin duda, su trato fue una de las cosas que más valoro de mi estadía. ¡Gracias por la buena onda! Todo bien
