• Niko (7/5): - Easy parking on the street Privacy. Safe neighbourhood Relatively cheaper than most Brussels Toilet too small and has to use narrow stairs to get there. No sink to wash hands.. Needs repairs. Floor, walls, doors, kitchen. I knew the problems, otherwise score would be very low.

Too many key boxes that confusing you, we were about to leave the place because we couldn't get which box has the key. And last the second double room so small that u can not move if you have travel bags

• Marina (7/5): - L'appartement est facile d'accès. L'appartement est dans son jus. Bien pour dépanner une nuit mais le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de salle de bain est peu pratique (pas de lavabo, miroir petit). Il semblait pourtant y avoir une salle de bain sur les photos, tout comme la Senseo que nous n'avons pas trouvée.

• Batum (1/5): Do not recommend to anyone! - Upon our arrival, the house was extremely cold, and none of the radiators were turned on. We switched them all on ourselves; however, they did not begin to heat properly. We contacted the property owner and had to wait over an hour for the radiators to warm up. Due to dirt on the floor, we were unable to sleep in the smaller room. As a result, three of us chose to sleep in the larger room. Unfortunately, only a small radiator was functioning, while the larger one was not working at all. We contacted the property owner once again for assistance. He informed us that he would bring a heater and asked us to wait a little longer. However, the small radiator was clearly insufficient to warm the room. After approximately 45 minutes, he brought a small electric heater and warned us not to leave it on continuously due to fire risk. Because of the persistent cold, we were unable to sleep properly and had to sleep wearing our coats. The toilet was located downstairs and was not clean. After using it, we had to go upstairs to wash our hands in the kitchen sink, as there was no other sink available. The shower was also located in the kitchen, and there were spiderwebs on the ceiling. Additionally, the downstairs room had a strong smell of urine. Although a coffee maker was listed in the property description, there was only a rusty and extremely dirty French press. There was also someone else’s laundry in the private washing machine within our rental area, which prevented us from using it. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
• Jm (8/5): Goede plek en veilig. - Een goede omgeving en veilig, de host was vriendelijk en hij ging op tijd reageren en er waren ook veel parkeerplaatsen.
• Bálint (6/5): The apartment could be good, but unfortunately it's not. - Location was great , shops restaurant in the area easy to park with car etc etc .. If we write to the landlord he answer back fast ! The apartment I think need a big renovation ! It s look s nice in the pictures but i think they don t do anything with the apartment in the last years after renovation … And the badest thing is you can t regulate the heating for yourself! The apartment is really cold in this days !!!

• Finnema (5/5): Goed geslapen maar we komen niet terug... - De locatie en de bedden Waterkoker kapot. Geen koffie. Slaapkamerdeur kan niet dicht. Je kan niet op het toilet zitten! ( wanneer je langer dan 1.80 bent)Bovendien moet je dan eerst een trap af. Geen wastafel. Je moet dan bij de gootsteen staan...
• Saidi (5/5): - Le quartier est très calme et joli, le salon de l’appartement est spacieux avec plusieurs jeux de société à disposition. L’hôte est très réactif par message et s’est montré disponible en cas de besoin. Logement atypique, bien situé et propre. Le logement mérite un bon coup de neuf ! Aucun verrou ne fonctionne (problématique pour les WC ainsi que la douche), le sol est très dégradé et la salle de bain ne possède pas de lavabo. Il est très mal agencé et probablement mal isolé car même avec les radiateurs en fonction, nous avons eu froid tout au long du séjour.

• Christian (4/5): Für 1-2 Nächte aushaltbar - - Gute Instruktion zur Schlüsselübergabe - Lage ok - Parkplätze vorhanden - Guter Fernseher - ausführliche Informationsmappe in der Wohnung - Toilette sehr klein und auf einem extra Stockwerk und ohne Waschbecken. - Dusche nur über Küche erreichbar und schlecht zu lüften. - Kein Badezimmer; einziges Waschbecken in der Küche. - Boden teilweise uneben und kaputt. - Türen der Küchenschränke schlecht befestigt/wackelig. - Kopfkissen dick und hart. - Fluglärm auch nachts.

Parcheggio in strada gratuito Il WC molto piccolino nella stanza di sotto, un pò scomodo di notte. Inoltre di sopra non vi è un lavandino se non quello della cucina.

• Ronniej71 (6/5): We had a good stay for 1 night, but for longer than a couple of night, I would choose something else - The place is in a nice neighbourhood, quiet at night, and feels safe. Shopping is nearby. The top floor has a bit old/taddy carpets. It would be a real changer wit a new floor/carpet.

• Abdelrahman (5/5): Good for a day or too. - Easy location and parking, easy check in. Responsive host. Great heater and comfortable beds. Kids liked the books too. The WC is in a separate floor, so tiny and uncomfortable. No place to wash your hands besides the kitchen. Kitchen is empty, no coffee and no tea. And it was unclear where should we put the trash, until i found a pile trash bags behind the house.
• Dr (5/5): Nice host, clean and quiet. However, facility's layout not great. - Host was lovely and responsive. Very flexible and was ok to check in very late. The flat was clean and quiet. The property's structure is not ideal. Specifically, the toilet is downstairs and has no sink attached. The shower is a floor up and agin no sink . You end up having to use the kitchen sink, which was for us unpleasant. Heating was not working when we came in, but better in morning, so place felt cold in late December. Coffee/tea/sugar would have been nice to have.

• Asy (9/5): It was a nice short stay in Brussels, the apartment is neat and cozy, the owner is very helpful with us. I would recomme - The apartment was very cozy, and everything is provided. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it is close to the airport.
• Murat (10/5): We were relaxed with large beds and couches. Fast internet and netflix are also available. We found all the necessaries - Spacious and clean. Too many stairs. Toilet is downstairs and there is no washbasin on that floor. Toilet is too narrow.

• Rolandne (1/5): Bungle place - Avoid it!! - The location was good, nice street. The place is a joke, a bungle. There is no quality at all. It was everything, just not cosy. If we had another option, we wouldn't stay. The property was not clean, although they cleaned it in their way. The walls , the doors, chairs, etc. are dirty. Cobwebs is just above one of the beds. There is a disgusting downstairs toilet that was blocked and without a sink in a very narrow place. Less than 1/2 roll toilet paper. Afterwards, you can go upstairs to the kitchen to wash your hands at the kitchen sink ( which is also disgusting), as there is no normal bathroom where there is a sink. There is a shower opening from the kitchen. The electric system is another clumsy and incompetent job. Sockets without the safety covering frames, lamps with visible wires... The kitchen cupboards are rubbish, too, and the waving, clumsy PVC floors... I opened the wardrobe downstairs where the duvet covers are. It's a nightmare and tells everything... There were no booking.com's reviews just outside rating...
