• Aleksandra (6/5): Ocena byłaby znacznie lepsza gdyby pokój był czysty i pachnący. - Bliski night market w którym można było zjeść smaczne jedzonko. Do okolic Petronas Towers czy Menara Tower chodziliśmy piechotką. Widok z okna na góry w których ukryta jest Batu Cave. Konieczna do poprawy jest czystość i zapach. Smród który leciał z rur naprawdę przeszkadzał w wypoczynku.
• Guest (8/5): - Pokoj/ byt je ve velice dobrém stavu, má lednici, pračku, fén. Postel byla pohodlná. Komunikace se správcem přes mobil kdykoliv. Jen je nutné mít na zaplacení hotovost, kartu nepřijímají. Mírný zápach v koupelně. Bazén na střeše- krásné výhledy, ale lehátka plná a u žen je nutné mít ,,správné” plavky a pan security to hlídal. Je to vzhledem k náboženství pochopitelné, ale mohla by u tu o tom být zmínka.
• Barbara (6/5): - La amabilidad y disposición de la persona encargada del check-in. La lavadora que tenía detergente. Las vistas de la piscina aunque nunca había sitio para ubicarse, resbala el suelo q es muy peligroso y siempre estaba llena de gente y niños. Para disfrutarla solo a las horas de comer o rezar, hay unas 10 tumbonas para 37 plantas jajajaja. Encima no se puede beber,ni fumar ni ir en bikini. Solo para hacerte las fotos te vale con un día. No la disfrutas en verdad La limpieza, no estaba limpio, se notaba que era un lavado rápido de cara. La habitación y el baño olían mal, el sofá era lo mismo que sentarte en el suelo de duro, la terraza, ni mesas ni sillas ni nada como sale en la foto, la TV no tiene enchufe pq es europea y los enchufes de 3 ( solo había un enchufe para todo q supongo q alguien se olvidó). No te limpian ni hay nada para hacerlo tú ( ni escoba, ni fregona y la bayeta y el estropajo dan asco). Por ese precio, seguro q hay hoteles mucho mejores pero atraen las fotos de la piscina. Nada más.

Персонал очень доброжелательный и всегда тебе улыбаются, когда встречают тебя. Особенно хотелось отметить работу службы безопасности. Ребята, вы супер! Огромное спасибо за помощь в парковке. Номер маленький, но уютный и чистый. Номер открывается электронным замком (пароль от замка и wi-fi написаны на брелке, так что не забудешь). Есть небольшой балкончик, где стоит стиралка и можно сушить вещи. Есть все необходимое, поэтому мы ни в чем не нуждались и по пустякам не беспокоили. В ванной комнате была и горячая, и холодная вода, и кстати, напор воды был отличным. Холодильник, микроволновка, электрический чайник, фен, утюг, кондиционер и вентилятор всё работало бесперебойно. Вид с бассейна особенно впечатляет. Здесь сложно подобрать слова, чтоб описать свои эмоции. Это нужно видеть! Спасибо менеджеру за помощь в распечатке наших документов перед отъездом. Расселение: все просто и без лишних заморочек. Я бы снова сюда приехала однозначно!

• PETR (9/5): - Отличное расположение, шикарный вид из окна на город. Хорошие и просторные апартаменты, в номере все неодходимое есть в наличие. Чайник, приборы, утюг и фен. Бесценно наличие в путешествие стиральной машины прямо в номере.

• Guillermo (1/5): Nos cancelaron la reserva - La ubicación, el gym y la pileta El.anfitrion cancelo la reserva, nosotros avisamos que llegábamos un dia despues. Llegamos a las 22 hs. Hable con el anfitrión por teléfono, pero solo nos daba la opción de pagar en efectivo. Además, como el edificio es una "gran pajarera" , hay cientos de habitaciones para contratar y en la plata baja hay personas que te ofrecen habitaciones pero solo en efectivo Eso no nos dio seguridad, además de que no se entiende bien las condiciones de contratación, asi que encontramos, para esa misma noche por Airbnb, un cuarto en el mismo lugar a la mitad de precio de lo que nos ofrecían pagar en efectivo. En la entrada del bloque A hay una oficina que te rentan a través de aplicación y podes pagar con tarjeta . La ponderación de la habitación y la puntuación del lugar se lo voy a dejar en Airbnb a la empresa que nos rento las noches , que dicho sea de paso , nos salvaron ese dia. En cuanto al lugar en general, esta bien ubicado , la pileta esta buena y las vistas desde la azotea muy buenas
• Alison (7/5): Good budget stay for solo travellers - Great little studio, perfect for solo travellers. Good facilities, spacious and a great city view. Amazing view from the pool. Staff were friendly and welcoming and very responsive over WhatsApp. There was an intense damp smell to the property that didn’t reduce with the windows open to air the place out. It was quite overwhelming. The towel in the bathroom was also still damp and looked old. Same for the bath mat. Definitely needs a little refresh and the windows need a good clean.

• Tomasz (3/5): Zostałem oscamowany na apartament 30m2. Zamiast tego dostałem 5m2. - Basen bardzo ładny, budynek czysty zadbany Zostałem oszukany, dostalem 5m2 pokój zamiast 30m2 apartamentu, dodatkowo śmierdziało toaletą przez cały pobyt. Nie dostałem faktury, została mi odmówiona!

• Markus (10/5): Nice view and responsive staff. - Nicely priced, very good view, locals and cheap markets for food around the hotel - not too central but an very okay compromise for the price. Nice rooftop with a cool infinity-pool and view of the Petronas Towers from the water. Staff was very helpful with my needs during the stay. If anything does not work, just let them know and they are happy to help. Do not wait and complain at the end. They are very responsive. - Wifi-signal could be stronger. I had problems with a stable signal for my whole stay. May also be weather dependent. - I found the security a bit strict but I acknowledge that this might be a cultural thing. They were friendly though, just strikt with rules. One might also like this.

• Andrej (9/5): Проживание в Colony Infinitum by KLCC — 6 ночей в Куала-Лумпуре - сентябрь 2025 - Провёл 6 ночей в Colony Infinitum и остался вполне доволен. Апартаменты современные, чистые (ну, почти ...), с продуманной планировкой и всем необходимым для проживания — от кухонной утвари до стиральной машинки. Особенно впечатлил вид с балкона: ночной город, башня KL Tower — просто великолепно. Расположение отличное: всего несколько минут пешком до KLCC, ресторанов и транспорта. В здании есть удобства, которые приятно удивили — инфинити-бассейн, тренажёрный зал. Всё организовано на нормальном уровне. Хозяин был на связи, отвечал оперативно, заселение прошло без проблем. Рекомендую это место как для деловой поездки, так и для отдыха. Обязательно вернусь! Горячая вода как-то текла уж очень слабо ... )))) Слабый напор. Бывает. Почти что самый верхний этаж.

I want to give special thanks to the host - kind and attentive personality. He managed my early check in within a short notice 🙏🏻
• Milana (6/5): - The apartment was clean. The host helped us with the adapters — this was super nice! There were hidden fees and we had to pay by cash when we arrived. It felt a bit like a scam since the price was not the same when booking the apartment. The pool area of the apartment was very crowded. The elevators of the apartment did not work well — needed to wait 10minutes to get down since the elevators going from floor to floor made no sense.

• Judit (9/5): Good experience in general - I stayed in two different flats. One in block A, very big, with kitchen, balcony and views of the Petronas, the flat is great. The second one in block B, smaller, without views of the Towers, but very high and with wonderful views as well. The location is very good, 20 min walk from Chinatown. The gym, swimming pool, sauna...all very correct and convenient. To highlight the excellent communication and professionalism of Saiful at all times, his treatment has been excellent, improving the overall score. The water in the pool is at room temperature, a bit cold, as are the jacuzzis. You cannot enter the pool in a bikini, you need to wear shorts. You have to pay for the flat booking in cash, please note

• Noelia (9/5): Piscina increíble - La piscina es increíble, vale la pena alojarse en este aparta hotel por las vistas. Además no está lejos de los sitios de interés (se puede ir andando), pero lejos del ruido acústico por el tráfico. En la piscina, no se puede bañar en bikini o bañador que no sea bastante tapado, no nos avisaron con antelación y me tuve que bañar con un top deportivo y mayas. Recomiendo ropa de baño propia para encajar con la cultura. Hay un bar en las instalaciones con unos precios desorbitados para malasia, recomiendo ir al Seven Leven de abajo y comprar más barato.

• Marion (6/5): Good.. but with opportunities for improvement - Exceptional great is the pool on the roof with a stunning view. The apartment was big, had great facilities and was very clean. You can find everything you need around the hotel. I didn't know where to check in. There is no usual reception where you can find somebody when you have a question. The room smelled badly from a chemical desiccant. The balcony was dirty, had no chair, small table or clothes rack.

• Richard (10/5): Nice appartment for a short stay - I arrived a bit later than expected, but the host was helpful and he waited for me. What I liked the most, there was a view directly to the Petronas Towers (that was my request). There was a kitchen and a washing machine so overall I had everything I needed. The air conditioner was over the bed, and during night I could not use it. Overall it was not a big issue.
• Haryana (9/5): stone throw away from klcc and kg baru. - the location is nearby klcc yet to in the congested area of klcc. nearby kampung baru and monorail station for easy commuting. superb view of all the towers of malaysia from the pool deck - kl tower, klcc, and kl sky line. The unit has washing machine and fridge. No TV and snail speed wifi. But it's okay. The aircond not that cool even at 16 degrees. As for the fan, i dont know why the air is not that cool. But this just small matter. Also suggest to have some hook to enable to hang cloth on hangers inside the unit (other than inside the wardrobe).

He met us personally, explained everything, answered any questions. Very decent and attentive!!! The apartment is super!!! Everything is as described. Clean, no problems with air conditioning, excellent bed, there is a washing machine and dryer, very convenient. There are enough dishes, we cooked for ourselves without problems. No problems with neighbors. The view from the balcony is just super!!! There is a swimming pool with the best panoramic view of the city in Kuala Lumpur. All the main buildings with views are at hand!!! I recommend it to everyone!!! We will definitely come back!!!

• Edijs (9/5): I will return here. - I liked that there are 4 elevators – quick access up and down. The gym was okay (can't complain about free equipment). The pool is large with a great panoramic view, though I haven’t tried swimming in it. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of cuisine. Local food is, of course, cheaper than Western cuisine. A popular sightseeing spot, the towers, is also located nearby. The room had a large fridge and a work desk, which is great. I think this place is well-suited for long-term stays. There’s also a big wardrobe for storage, and you can cook your own meals. There was a bit of an odor from the drains. You can hear the mosque prayers at 6:00 AM. I found a few hairs in the bathroom, and I couldn’t get the hot water to work – but honestly, that happens to me everywhere in Malaysia! 😄 On the plus side, no cockroaches or ants!

• Bourrut (8/5): Very good - Great condo, very clean and responsive host. Nice pool at the top of the building and 7-11 downstairs. Very convenient, would definitely stay again. No toilet paper, no shampoo, no shower gel which I think should be the minimum when you stay in a place, especially for a short stay. But when i asked the host he came and dropped toilet paper and shower gel at the end of the day so that was nice. The fridge did not work at all however... Which was quite frustrating because we specifically booked this one for the fridge and we could not refrigerate our groceries.. And also the lift is so slow.
