The housekeeping staff are very discreet and efficient. Rooms are spotless. The breakfast is good. The first night we had a very small room, we asked to change in the morning and that was no problem. The tram runs alongside, but you can't hear it if the window is closed.

David, who works on the reception, tried his best to make a room ready for me for early check-in. I was offered a cup of tea, and it made me feel like at home right away. The room was perfectly clean. The hotel also has a spa, where you can relax after a busy day in the city. Receptionists take care of your transfer to the airport if you need so. I strongly recommend the place if you are planning your trip to Istanbul.

The staff was incredibly friendly—they even waited for us at 2 a.m. when we arrived late. Our penthouse suite with a huge rooftop terrace was a dream—so clean, modern, and with an incredible view. The location is perfect—just a few minutes from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the tram. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—we would definitely come back and highly recommend it! Nothing, it was perfekt! Maybe one side note: The terrace of our room was huge and it could easily accommodate two sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful sunset. 😎

El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia, especialmente con nuestra bebé de 1 año y medio. El desayuno también nos gustó mucho y resultó muy cómodo para empezar el día. Al estar en una habitación de la primera planta, se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la calle y del tráfico. Aun así, es algo entendible teniendo en cuenta que el hotel está en una zona muy céntrica y con mucha vida.

All facilities in the room worked good (conditioner, shower, ex.). Room was so nice: if you want you can close the door with the sofa and get separate room with separate entrance to terrace. Can’t say anything bad! It’s not 5* hotel, but (!) 10/10 during our stay!

• Sue Sue (7/5): You might be asked to write a review in front of the hotel staff when checking out - Very central convenient location. The corner room was bright with the good street view which we enjoyed. The bathroom was a bit stressful to use due to the small size and lack of hooks. The doors shut loudly and you hear door banging from other rooms constantly. The score is lower for the staff asking us to write a review for the hotel right in front of them when we were checking out. We felt some pressure to do so by being asked a few times even though we said no. No other hotel ever asked me to do that during the years of travelling all over the world.

The breakfast choice was not wide, and everyday they served the same. There was option to order fresh eggs (omelette, fried), but there was no information about it and we found out about it by accident on the last day.
