• Mui Chin (6/5): A large villa with family-friendly activities, with potential for better upkeep and cleanliness. - The villa offers generous space and a good range of activities, - pool table, karaoke room, mahjong table, swimming pool and BBQ pit, making it suitable for larger groups. The property management team is quite prompt in their response via WhatsApp days prior and after check-in (however it took a while for them to respond via booking.com’s enquiry chat). The property is older in style, and cleanliness standards may not meet everyone’s expectations as we found some hairs in a few places when we checked in. The fixtures and furnishings would benefit from an update given the price charged.

• Piqa (9/5): Superb - The pool is amazing. Room at the back for both floors maybe can refurbished. I'm not sure, maybe the painting or floors that make it looks old and damp.
• Johnsuresh (10/5): Exceptional - The place was very beautiful and well kept.. My friends and I had a great time there.. There were more than enough rooms and beds to fit 20pax.. Will definitely book again.. It's just a suggestion.. Maybe can build a bigger pool..

Pool with slides and lots of floats to use Though pool is at the owner's vicinity. It is easy to access. Provided extra pool towels. 2. Ktv 3. Pool table 4. Bbq pit Snacks 1. Water Purifier for cold and hot water 2. Free coffee, tea, packet drink and milo 3. Biscuits Service 1. Prompt to provide support via WhatsApp with the team Ample parking space. Abt 5 cars. Wish there are more additional trash bags :p
• Hiten (10/5): Makes me want to stay here again - Host was friendly and accommodating. Facilities were amazing. Had a really comfortable and great stay here. 10/10 would recommend! I don’t think there was anything lacking here. Everything was provided and comfortable.

• Eva (2/5): no fun at all - toilet in every room swimming pool is sharing with the owner, we only can use from 8am to 7pm only. no cooking equipment. checkout timing 11am but in booking.com at 12pm
• Suhaneedah (6/5): Pleasant stay - Spacious house with many rooms & beds and ensuite toilets. Each room is equipped with air cond too. We enjoyed the karaoke set & pool table. The swimming pool is large, but it is actually shared ( in the owner’s house compound, hence less privacy ). Parking space is big. Suitable for huge group. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, stove, microwave etc but no cooking oil, salt, sugar provided. We need to buy the basic necessities from Grab.
