Caroline (5/5): Our stay could have been perfect if it wasn’t for the above issues. - Very clean and modern. Very comfortable and spacious. Jacuzzi was not working for 10 days. Parking space allocated to the property was incredibly inconvenient and caused a lot of stress. Not enough sun beds for the complex, this caused the apartment owners to dictate to guests on how many sun beds they could use and how long they could leave their sun beds for. On two occasions the apartment had a power cut because the circuit board was wired correctly to allow usage of several appliances running at once. Communal bins located at the front of the complex, lots of dumped rubbish left all the time and it was not cleared up. No cleaning products or start up supplies given. Not enough towels. Only one set of keys given at check in. Check in was done via a lock box at an alternative site which turned out to be a broken lock box. This delayed the check in procedure.

Michael (8/5): Problem on arrival soon remedied did not spoil the holiday. - Comfortable and bright Very disappointed that the apartment had not been cleaned since the last people had stayed. Quickly resolved after a few phone calls.
Eric (3/5): Poor - The apartment itself was nice, clean and comfortable. The Internet connection was not working which is essential for the work I am doing. I reported this several times, but the problem was not fixed. I had to find another place to work and could hardly enjoy the apartment during my stay.
