• Anita (6/5): Nice apartment disappointing management - The property was very clean, nicely presented and spacious, 20mins walk to Malaga city centre. We booked the property specifically because of the rooftop pool which was highlighted as a feature of the apartment and shown on the second photo. When we got there we were told that the pool was closed and wouldn’t reopen until May. We asked about this with Stay-U-unique who said that it was shown on photo 62 of the apartment listing, that the pool was currently closed. Once I highlighted that booking.com only uploaded 40 photos all correspondence ceased and I never got a reply. So I would not recommend booking with Stay U-nique

• Tobias (1/5): Horrible host, really unprofessional and scammy attidude, stay away from stay-unique! - The view from the apartment was nice. Stay-Unique was horrible from beginning to end. They forced me to sign an additional contract for a deposit and a mid stay clean, which was not listed on booking.com. Then I was constantly contacted by various people, e.g. they wanted to fix a broken window in the apartment. They also tried to charge me for things that were already broken and untouched by me, I can only recommend to enjoy the beautiful city of Malaga with another provider. Hugely disappointed by these scammers. End to end horrible stay.

• Yvonne (9/5): Convenient location and good facilities within apartment - Very close to bus stop outside Mercadona 5mins away. Bus about €1.40 into down so it's convenient. Good facilities at apartment with washing machine and clothes horse to dry the clothes. Host made sure to supply 3 gel wash for doin laundry and plenty of dish washing tablets and bin bag. Mop and hoover also available for a bit of light cleaning. Roof top pool was freezing ad heating turned off at this time of the year I'm guessing in October. €50 late check in fee better for guests if it was self lock check in.

C’est un logement pour deux et non pour trois il est impossible de dormir sur le canapé qui n’est pas convertible ! Il y a des remontées d’odeurs provenant des toilettes. Il manque des ustensiles très basiques dans la cuisine.

• Daniel (7/5): Hotel bien situer et apprécier malgré la saga des clés, qui a été rectifier après quelques appels et - Non applicable Il est sur que nous sommes arriver en avance, alors nous étions compréhensible à l'attente. Se n'était pas un problème, par contre lorsque nous avons recu qu'un set de clé, nous étions très décu car nous étions 2 couples et normalement il y a toujours 2 passes ou sets de clés.
• Nadzeya (10/5): - Our stay was wonderful! Rami welcomed us at check-in, showed us around the apartment, explained everything clearly and gave us great tips about the city. He was very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and well-maintained - we enjoyed it a lot. The view from the 23rd floor was absolutely stunning, especially in the evening at sunset. Overall, we had a great experience and were very happy with our stay!
• Michelle (8/5): - Fab apartment with sofa bed for child to sleep on. Nice walk in wardrobe with drawers, hangers, ironing board and good size bathroom. It was nice that there were a few toiletries, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and coffee available. The apartment lacked cooking utensils like spatulas and serving spoons which would have been helpful for a self catering apartment. The swimming pool was great but there was only one sun bed and a few chairs which wasn't enough for the amount of users using the pool. We had to lie on the concrete floor which was a bit uncomfortable.

Rami who handed the keys over was amazing - polite, friendly and gave us recommendations of where to eat and drink in the local area! Only one point, some sunbeds for the pool would have been great rather than using towels on the floor.
• Carla (9/5): Un apartamento de lujo con vistas privilegiadas - Lo mejor son las vistas, super bonitas 360° de la ciudad de Málaga desde las torres más altas de toda la ciudad, concretamente un edificio de 30 plantas con una piscina en la parte superior. Super agusto! Los 3 ascensores se mueve muy rápido y llegas enseguida a tu planta. Tiene gimnasio, rincón de descanso... De todo. Cuando arreglen el río de Málaga las vistas serán perfectas. En nuestro apartamento solo faltó que limpiarán más a menudo los cristales para que se vea mejor, estaban algo sucios. El agua en la ducha también era fácil que saliera, por lo que una fregona también nos habría ido bien. Por lo demás, ideal.

• MAGDALENA (9/5): Repetiría sin duda - El apartamento era perfecto, todo nuevo, muy luminoso, sin ruidos, limpio y la ubicación inmejorable. Nos dejaron una botella de agua y café, lo cual se agradece. Además la piscina está muy bien. La hora de salida me parece demasiado pronto (11am). Podrían dejar al menos que puedas disfrutar de la piscina por la mañana una vez dejas la habitación. Por otro lado, echamos de menos alguna toalla más en el apartamento para secarnos las manos y el pelo y alguna hamaca más en la zona de la piscina, pues tienes que sentarte en el suelo.
