Jean-Christophe (3/5): Fraudsters alert! - The property is very well located. Connected to the autorail enables easy access to public transport. It also has good views. Even though I chose the property for its cheap price, it is VERY run down. No hot water in the bathroom, clean-ish only, everything worn out or barely functioning (the toilet clog so often that they included a plunger). But my biggest issue is that I think it's embezzlement. I finally found, very well hidden in the property details, the fact that the payment must be cash only. In my opinion, this needs to be more prominent on the booking page, because I would not have booked it if I had known, instead of discovering it upon arrival. The "staff" looks and acts like grumpy hustlers and give you no paperwork whatsoever. This is why I think it is embezzlement, or another kind of fraud. Cash-only with no receipts is not a normal or respectable way to do business in this day and age.
