• Des (10/5): Excellent Apartment in a Great Location. - The apartment was excellent, it is of a very high standard and was exactly as described in previous reviews.It was spotlessly clean throughout and was very well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and living areas were perfect. The balcony had a lovely sea view and a fabulous view of the distant mountains. The pool area was spacious, it was very quiet and was very well maintained. The actual location of the apartment was perfect, providing easy access to the beach and many bars and restaurants. Our host Andrea was superb, and I cannot thank her enough for all she did in making our stay so enjoyable.. Andrea's communication was excellent, she was there to greet us on arrival and kindly arranged our taxi to the airport on our departure. She was a truly excellent host and I can now see why all the previous guests have spoken so highly of her. I would highly recommend this accommodation and intend returning in the near future. I could not fault this accommodation in any way. There were no issues whatsoever.

• Caroline (10/5): Perfect. Clean, beautiful, just as shown on the picture profile , nice pool. Great location. Wonderful host - Beautiful, extremely clean. Perfectly located in a quiet area within a short walking distance to the large beach, main shopping strip full of restaurants and bars. Also a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old town. Easy access to buses if you wish to visit other areas of the island. Andrea the host is wonderful. She met us at the apartment and brought us refreshments and sweets for my daughter. The apartment has towels, beach towels, washing facilities. Netflix!! We even had a kestrel nest in a tree next to our balcony which was an amazing daily watch. All perfect
• Stephen (10/5): A very relaxing holiday. Andrea could not have better - Location was perfect . Andrea (the host) was brilliant. She catered for everything you could possibly need . She gave us a gift of wine when we arrived and another gift when we left. She was a true gem !!
• Steve (9/5): Very enjoyable. - Very nice. Spotless. Pool facilities excellent and also spotless. Genuine 10 min walk down to the beginning of the strip. Taxi back just €3.50 many great shops and eateries/bars just 5 min walk away. The place is also very quiet. Everything was great.

Mais à priori l'hote n'avait pas été informé. Mais tout a été réglé sur place
• Ruud Scheerens (8/5): Great view, comfortable apartment at a great central location in Playa del Carmen and great host :). - The view from the balcony is amazing, the beds are comfortable and the couch, TV and dinner table made it feel really homely. The kitchen has many tools and appliances and a good size refrigerator. All in all a very comfortable apartment for a week's stay :)! The only thing which needs betterment is the shower, which doesn't have much pressure and after a while the warm water seems to be ended. That's just it for me personally.

We arrived late in the evening an - The apartment was perfect , it was spacious, modern , very clean , well equipped and in a great location.It was minutes away from the beach, restaurants ,shops & 5mins walk from the old town . We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic holiday apartment, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, spotless interiors, and thoughtful amenities. Towels, beach towels, toiletries, washing up liquid, sun cream, washing machine tablets, tea, coffee - basically home from home. The apartment was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy yet modern ambiance. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal, with stunning views and easy access to the beach and restaurants. Spar shop was just across the road. The Biosfera plaza shopping centre is a 5min walk away. Whether relaxing on the balcony with a morning coffee or exploring the nearby sights, every moment felt special. Andrea, our host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort truly stood out. We loved her home made Tiramisu!!! We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect holiday retreat. We can’t wait to return! I’d love if the pool was heated!

• Marie (10/5): Superb apartment, an ideal location with a great host! - Andrea our host was superb. She went above and vetoed for us and even purchased a Steriliser for us when I asked. She greeted us when we arrived and left and checked in during our week long stay to make sure we were ok nothing, keep up the great work!

• Anne (8/5): Lovely clean apartment with a very nice host! - Andrea the host met us at the apartment and was very helpful. She allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived, which was about 11.30am. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable, the couch was comfortable, and the balcony was big enough with a table and chairs and clothes line. The beach was a 10-15 minute walk, however it was down hill and my husband has a bad back so it was very difficult walking up the hill a few times a day. I'm sure this would not be a problem for most people but it is worth keeping in mind.

Bonus of beach towels supplied which saves us from having to bring additional towels. Host Andrea was so helpful and generous. We went for our anniversary and she made it so special. Thanks for the thoughtful gifts and wines. Will certainly stay here again when we visit Lanzarote next. Very nice pool area but insufficient beds. Despite notices of not putting towels on the beds to reserve beds. People still did it and would leave the beds unused for hours on end.. No management around so we were unable to get sun beds until late afternoon. Be aware that some people were up as early as 8am putting their towels on the beds! Seen a bloke doing it this morning as we were leaving

Andrea the host was terrific and met us in first day to hand over keys, talked to us about things to do, helped us set up room for the family. Great communication and really lovely, with some gifts to get us settled and gifts when we left, which was really generous. Location was great for accessing new town or old town, with shops and supermarkets close by for stocking up. Will be going again without a doubt.

• Dmytro (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location for a family holiday, right next to the supermarket, close to multiple restaurants & shopping mall, walking distance to 3 beautiful beaches, marina. The complex, where the apartment has 2 pools and a small playground, which had a protective fence, which makes it perfect for holiday with kids. The apartment itself was nicely decorated, clean, had all what you might need for longer stay, and faces a quiet street, has balcony with beautiful view towards Fuerteventura. The host, Andrea, was extremely friendly - warm welcome, very responsive, and made us feel as at home. We hope that we can return again & strongly recommend the apartment.
