• bernardi (8/5): Buen alojamiento con excelente ubicacion , a mejorar servicios - Excelente ubicación. Los ambientes son amplios y cómodos El apartamento está justo al lado de la escalera y de las puertas, por lo que se escucha mucho ruido dentro del alojamiento del edificio . Las sábanas eran muy malas y el colchón era regular

• Nikolay (8/5): - Добро и комуникативно място. Чисто и удобно. Имахме проблем с отоплението. Първоначално беше трудна беше комункацията с домакина. На телефона за връзка намахме отговор. Комуникацията беше само през booking платформата. В крайна сметка на втория ден получихме отоплителен уред.

• Jodie (9/5): Fabulous apartment for a short Prague break - The apartment was absolutely spotless! Great location, lovely host - all round amazing value for money. Would definitely recommend for a couple days trip to Prague! There are numerous doors to get through to reach the apartment - the locks are also quite stiff so it took a bit of getting used to - but we got used to it by the end of our trip! A long standing mirror would have been great within the apartment also!

• Sara (8/5): - Era abbastanza pulito e accogliente, ma soprattutto la posizione era perfetta! Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati non era stato preparato il divano letto per il terzo posto (eravamo in 3), ma comunque c'era tutto e ce lo siamo fatti da soli (nulla di grave).

• Santa (7/5): Good - A very cozy apartment! Easy check-in and check-out! We got our keys from the key box but also met the lovely lady working the front desk. Great location! The bathroom could've been cleaner

• Jennifer (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very close to transport , shops, restaurants and most attractions in the city centre. I checked in late and reception sent instructions to where retrieve the keys at a location nearby. The apartment was always warm and the shower water pressure was really good. They even left an umbrella that I didn't use but it can be handy to have,nice detail. There were extra towels and blankets to use. The coffee machine wasn't cleaned from previous guest. The pillows were very thin. I've had to pay 100€ deposit on check in that I wasn't made aware of beforehand.

• Basia (1/5): Bad - I don’t recommend this place. We booked a trip for 3 people but when we arrived we saw only two bed sheets. When we asked where is the third one the lady said that it’s here (and pointed on a sofa which wasn’t made). She said that we have to do it which wasn’t supposed to be like that since they knew there will be the three of us. Then in the evening we noticed that we don’t have hot water and that the radiators weren’t working. I phoned to the reception and he asked us about our address and then said that we have to wait 1-2hours and we will get hot water otherwise we should call him but when I did that after 2 hours because we still didn’t have hot water he wrote to me “only messages”. So I explained once again what was the problem. He said that we can regulate the radiators (because we didn’t came up with that alone) and that today he can’t do anything and he will call to the manager of the building tomorrow. He didn’t even apologise or explained what is happening. We couldn’t take a normal, warm shower after long trip. In the apartment was freezing since the radiators weren’t working.

• Valeriy (10/5): Exceptional - Very good communication. Lucie is in touch all the time. Great location of the apartment right in the old town but as the windows overlook the courtyard it was very quiet. Loved that there was a coffee machine and coffee capsules. There is a kitchen and crockery but we didn't use it. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The apartment is very cosy. Thank you for your hospitality! It's not critical at all, but a face towel could have been provided. It is not very convenient to use one bath towel. And a kitchen towel would be useful, especially if you use the kitchen.

• Georgiy (5/5): Passable - I liked location and apartment cleanliness. The apartment is described as one bedroom apartment which is usually as 1 living room + 1 bedroom, however apartment has ONLY 1 room which should be rather described as studio.

• Vincent (7/5): Great location and smooth check-in/check-out. It would be perfect if it was cleaner and quieter. - Perfect location! Very easy to retrieve the keys. Thank you to Lucie from the reception for the detailed messages and the valuable tips - both vegetarian/vegan restaurants were very good! Cleanliness - most teacups were really dirty. The floor was dirty too, with dust and some sticky stains. We also had some very loud works done in the flat next to ours, with heavy drilling from 7am. We appreciate that it is not the host's fault, but being woken up by very loud drilling at 7am on your holiday is not pleasant. In general, being located by the main door of the building meant we could hear everyone coming in and out from early till late hours.

• Toyly (7/5): Really good apartment for two people/one person, a bit crowded for three. - Kitchen and bathroom are really good. The livinig room/bedroom is slightly smaller than the impression the photo of it gives. The apartment in general is really good to stay for two people or one person, Three is slightly crowded, especially, when sleeping. The location is great. What makes it even better is that apartment is within an inner court of the building, so almost no noise. Washing machine didn't work.
• Virna (9/5): Superb - We were the 2ndor 3rd guest in the house. From the central bus station we need to walk but walking with luggages to there a bit hard but for exploring the city it's in a good location. The house was clean and all the furnitures were new. Building not new but the house have renovated completely. There's a coffee machine and this was so nice. I recoment you to stay there. It was really cold at night and there's no air condition or heater at the house. There was a central system radiator but it was not working also they took off the valve. I tried to find some blankets but the blankeds are like paper, it wasn't thick. I think not having an air conditioner is a problem if the weather is summer too. There's just a window and that window looks to a wall. Also they don't have detergent in the washing mashine. If they solve these litte problems i'm sure it will be a 10* place to stay as a price/performance

• Jakub (10/5): Exceptional - The location is really lovely and comfortable with elegant design. The neighbourhood is amazing, you are in the center of old town. The apartment is new and modern and excellently furnished, I highly recommend!
