• 山田 (1/5): 史上最低、最悪の施設 - ロケーションは良かった 予約書を見せても、隣の施設に行くように言われ、そこでは違うので元の施設に行けと言われた。 宿泊施設は、キッチンの裏の資材が置かれた通路を通っては要らなければならない。 また、部屋には鍵がかからず、セキュリティが全くなっていない。 簡易なベッドがあるだけの、部屋なのに120ドルも取られ、全く施設に釣り合わない料金であった。 ラウンジにおいてある食事も質素なもので、また、トイレも男女共用と、こちらも信じられない施設であった。 他の人には、絶対に泊まるべきでないと、アドバイスしたい。
• Stott (7/5): OK for a brief visit - Good selection of foods. Drinks also. Cleaning staff very nice too. Kids dropping food on the floor and being noisy. The parents not keeping the kids behaved as they were on their phones. Don't like unisex toilet block!

It was incredibly noisy - dishes and trollies rattling, children running back and forth yelling with no restraint. Really bright lights. This was not good after being marketed as a quiet relaxing spot. It should make it clear it is a busy family lounge. Impossible to take a nap during a five hour stay even in one of the booths along the side.

Very expensive for five hours. We could've booked a hotel room instead. Meals were provided but it wasn't good. Extremely disappointed as we could've in the terminal area and could've bought a better meal else where.

The nap rooms just have a curtain instead of a door so no security, and open ceilings which meant that vacuuming and staff noise could be heard. The check in line was long as there are a lot of people coming to book casually as well as booked guests so it took ages to check in after a long flight.

• Sabine (7/5): Goede accomodatie maar vrij duur - Een welkome nap room met alle nodige faciliteiten, comfortabel bed, proper, vrij rustig, vriendelijk personeel, iets om te eten indien nodig. Het deed deugd tijdens een lange reis. Het is nogal duur voor een kamertje zonder deur en basic maaltijden op de luchthaven. Wat je vooral nodig hebt is een goed bed en rust. Dat laatste lukt niet zonder oordoppen maar het personeel doet er wel alles aan om het stil te houden.

• Elizabeth Anne (6/5): I was disappointed with the seating (no seats available with leg rests), crowding, ordinary food - The shower - clean, helpful staff and such a pleasure to shower after a long flight with another to follow. I was expecting comfortable chairs with footstools or leg raises, as it's recommended that passengers put their feet up after long-haul flights seated in small spaces. I hadn't seen a photo of the lounge when booking.
• Evelyn Maria (6/5): Valuable for shower and food. Adequate staff, higher walls, sound restrictions would ensure sleep. - The food was good. There was an array of Asian and Continental and there were no long queues or wait times. The bathrooms were very clean at all times. The sheets were clean. There was only one staff at the reception desk and she was inundated. She did whatever she could to deal with all the walk- ins and reservations but it was humanly impossible. As a result I got one less hour ( of sleep) than what I paid for. Secondly, there was no sound or light barrier. It is up to the staff to control guests who are on their phone or chatting or keeping lights on.

• Juan Antonio (7/5): Bona opció per descansar, dormir una mica i menjar alguna cosa. - Si has d'estar moltes hores a l'aeroport és una bona opció. Pots fer una dutxa, esmorzar i dinar. També te bona connectivitat wifi. Si contractes un llit pots tenir l'opció de dormir una mica. Si contractes un llit no és una habitació com es podria esperar, sinó una zona amb petites zones individuals que tenen una porta corredora que no es pot tancar amb clau. El sistema no dona excessiva seguretat, però com només tenen uns 6 d'aquests llits tampoc és molt concorregut i vam poder dormir tranquils unes hores.

• Rods (7/5): Amabassador t3 transit lounge - Easy access and right in the heart of T3 . Too noisy. For people transit wait more than 5hrs._ shud have a recling chair or some sofa chair to strech their leg.

Und die auch nur Unisex. Ein anderer Gast hat sich bei mir lautstark beschwert, dass ich im Herrenbereich sei - was nicht stimmte.

• catherine (8/5): Fabulous location with great facilities and professional staff - Location inside the terminal is the key benefit. Friendly, professional staff. Comfortable bed. Great shower and comfortable lounge with a good range of hot and cold food. There was some confusion about my booking so I wasn’t able to check in for a while. Beds are in cubicles which have open tops although I slept well without any noise disturbances. Quite expensive

• Jurgen (8/5): Prettige lounge op het vliegveld. - De Transit Lounge is een aangename plek om tot rust te komen na een vliegreis. Comfortabele lounge om te zitten.Wifi en tv zijn beschikbaar. Een ruime keuze aan eten en drinken staat tot je beschikking. En je kunt er lekker douchen. De verhouding prijs-kwaliteit is prima.

• MarieKate G (10/5): Quiet layover time and super convenient for overnight airport stays - Wonderful staff greeting us at the desk and were very helpful. Lounge food was delicious. Relaxing next to the see through glass butterfly garden which we could access and it felt like you were stepping into a tropical rainforest. A lovely oasis at Changi airport. Great that it was close to the departure gates within airport. We upgraded to the hotel next door to the lounge which was beautiful restful and well appointed for our 25 hour stopover. Would love to stay again for luxury experience and convenience Nothing to dislike.

Pokojow nie maja tylko jadalnie z fotelami i krzeslami. Jak jest wolne miejsce to jest gdzie usiasc. Na stronie rezerwacyjnej zaplacilismy za 3 pokoje na jedna dobe. Po dluzszym czekaniu dostalismy trzy fotele w jadalni i na trzy godziny. Spotkalismy innych ludzi ktorzy tez tak zostali oszukani, nie mieli gdzie spac to spali w kinie na lotnisku, mieli dwojke dzieci.

• Alex (10/5): Excellent service a big Thankyou to (angel ) - I was so happy to be at this transit lounge .. the staff was very helpful especially coming from a long journey… I suffering from swollen ankles cause from a long flight from Indian.. so a wonderful staff member of the transit her name was ( angel ) attended to me as she address my swollen and processed to take care of me which I call duty of care .. she managed to find ice and elevated my feet to allow the swelling to reduce .. this help me to feel very comfortable.. congratulations to the management to have special people in these positions .. again a big Thankyou to the staff ..from a very happy traveler Akex

• Mukund (7/5): Great place to rest for short transit time. - Great value for money, the showers are great. Food was good. It a great place to get cleaned up and get to you next flight. But for those who have a transit time of 5+ hours it really not suited to get some real nooze time. The “lounge” is more single seated office style couches - with little room to stretch one’s legs. They need to have upgrade there facility to have stretch lounge chairs, remove some of the smaller table and have fold out table (hidden in the lounge chairs) this would increase leg room and allow customers to have a nap and rest.

Second time I ate in the lounge I had cold option, salad etc didn’t want to risk any the other options.

• Thiago Ferreira Sa (7/5): - The showers are great and cleaned constantly. So are the toilets. The location is very handy. They give you water, ear plugs and sleepers. The rooms are open on the ceiling part so it makes it noisy and it doesn't feel private enough. The door don't lock from the outside either. The food offerings are ok, nothing special about it. The sitting area gets crowded with people sleeping, eating, drinking and taking more space than they need.
