• Kimberly (8/5): Ein zentral gelegenes Apartment mit traumhafter Aussicht und toller Terrasse - Die Lage war perfekt – alles war fußläufig erreichbar und direkt vor der Haustür befand sich eine Tram-Station. Besonders praktisch: direkt nebenan gibt es einen Supermarkt und den weltbesten Sandwichladen All’Antico! Jedes Zimmer hatte zudem ein eigenes Bad. Außerdem standen zwei Küchen zur Verfügung; wir haben vor allem die obere genutzt, um direkt auf die Terrasse zu gelangen. Die Terrasse war für uns das absolute Highlight: ein traumhafter Blick auf den Dom – einfach wunderschön! Wie auch in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ist die Terrasse sehr klein. Wir waren zu fünft dort, allerdings gab es nur vier Stühle, und insgesamt war es recht eng. In den Schlafzimmern roch es etwas feucht, teilweise auch nach Essig. Außerdem gibt es hier und da Stellen, die man ausbessern könnte. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock, was viele steile Treppen bedeutet. Für uns war das kein Problem, aber es ist durchaus anstrengend und sollte erwähnt werden. Die Aussicht von oben macht die Mühe allerdings wieder wett.

• Eric (6/5): Amazing location and unit... with a few issues. - The location is awesome. Very walkable, and there is a tram right around the corner which connects directly to the main train station. The place was clean, the terrace was pretty cool. Wifi worked well. 2 of the 3 rooms were spacious with well-apppointed ensuites. A/c is strong Stairs up to the unit were expected. What was not expected was how uneven and small they were. A bit of a hazard. By far the biggest issue about the property is the water and shower situation. At times during our stay, hot water would run out, despite no one showering for 20 minutes prior. Honestly not too mad about that, hot water runs out sometimes, but the real issue is that there were times, in the middle of showering, there was no cold water. Within seconds, the water would go from warm, as set, to burning hot. You could play around with the settings, but you'd either be left with no water if you turned it all the way to cold, or burning hot water anywhere else. When I say hot, I mean, you could cook protein in it hot. This would last for about 5 minutes. Then still soapy, you'd check back to see if the water normalised. It did. For perhaps 2 minutes, then it'd do it again. This was mighty unpleasant and a rather terrible way to end a long day travelling, especially when combined with the size and layout of the upstairs bathroom. Small is an understatement. No ventilation other than a small high window. Which doesn't work in summer when it's blazing hot and the bugs just flood in with the lights on. Overall, it seems the bulk of the issues were specific to the 3 people upstairs with the bathroom situation, small rooms and a sofa bed that was more a sofa that could be used as a bed. People living downstairs seemed to have a much more pleasant stay.

Pas de rideau occultant ds le salon pour y dormir. Logement au top pour 6 !
• Sara (3/5): Difícil acceso sin ascensor - La ubicación lo único que estaba bien Llegamos con maletas a las doce y media y no pudimos entrar hasta las cuatro OJO es un 5 piso sin ascensor horrible para subir maletas aparte que a las 10 de la mañana tienes que abandonar el alojamiento y tanto a la hora de entrar como de salida te ves en la calle con maletas a 39 graditos en agosto jajaja no lo recomendaría la verdad si vas con niños o con equipaje.

• Chris (10/5): Exceptional - Wow, what a place! This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated, with tonnes of space in each of the bedrooms. Each bed is either a good-sized double or a king. Two of the bedroons are en suite, with a great shower. There is also a living room with a sofa bed that is pretty comfy. There are also two kitchens, so if your party prefers to cook and do things separately, you can do this easily. The best thing, however, is the roof terrace. Stunning view of the Duomo and great views across the city. Its small but perfectly formed. The apartment is great value. If you aren't a fan of stairs or have something that stops you using them, then its not for you - its on the 4th floor with no lift. Rucksacks are ideal for this place 😉 One tip on getting there. The tram stop San Marco University is about 45 seconds from the front door, so look at this option if you are flying in. Also if you are driving you can park outside the ZTL at the car park "Parcheggio Parterre" and get the tram from the stop right by it to San Marco University. It'll save you probably €15 a day on parking. Nothing at all! This place is a cracker.
• John (6/5): Great location, but the stairs could be a deal breaker. - Location and size of the apartment. The stairs to the 4th floor are cumbersome and narrow. Very difficult to negotiate with luggage. There’s no landing in front of the door, just straight to steps. I bumped the top of my head in the staircase. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom/shower are tiny, but the living space and lit barn up there are good. Apartment only serviced for extra fee.

• William (10/5): Perfect location, next to David - Wonderful location next to Davis. Walking distance to everything. Bus station next door. 3 flights of stairs. But, worth it for the terrace views.
• Lee (6/5): Great location, and modern apartment, needs some attention to detail - Beautiful views from the small rooftop patio. The property is very central. Comfortable beds and spacious for our family of 4. One big problem was the largest bedroom had extensive water damage along one wall. & it was spotted with mould. The apartment smelled mouldy because of this. As well the showers had no shelves or shower caddy for any toiletries. The front bathroom shower was missing a shower curtain which made the shower cold and allowed water all over the room. Also the kitchen provided no drying rack or dish towels to dry dishes. When I asked about this, I was told it was for hygienic reasons, but I found that unacceptable given that it is unhygienic do not have a way to dry dishes. We have stayed in several locations in Italy and all have provided dish towels

• Anna (9/5): Group stay - Very convenient location and excellent place to fit 6 persons! The veranta has an amazing view of the church and florence sunsets The apartment is at the top floor and there is no elevator which means that there are a lot of stairs to carry your luggage
• Jade (10/5): This property is so well put together, so clean so modern. The 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens are such a positive when shari - The property was immaculate and modern. So well located. Bed linen mattresses were comfortable with lots of pillows. Steps away from tram. Only 1.70 euros Great hosts Nothing😊there are many many steps to the top floor and the another set once inside up to top bedroom and lounge, but this makes for the most amazing views and being away from the street. Washing up liquid and cloth would be great.
• Dimitra (10/5): Comfortable stay at a great location - Excellent location, clean and comfortable with a bathroom for each of the 3 rooms. No dish drainer or towel in the kitchen
• Celeste (9/5): Superb - We found the space really nice. The views were incredible on the platform and some of the rooms were generous. Everything was clean and well appointed. The shower in the bedroom facing the road is poorly building and the entire bathroom floods when you shower. Also the upstairs double bedroom is like a closet with an open window into the kitchen upstairs with only a curtain over it so you can hear everything going on upstairs even with the bedroom door closed.

The apartment is situated right at the top with no lift okay for us but it would be a challenge for some. also maybe a few more pillows would be nice we only had one each.

• Denise (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great, very close to sites we were visiting. There was no traffic allowed on the street but very convenient to meet drivers right at the corner. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. The natural light in the entry way is amazing. Very nice to sit out on the small terrace and overlook the city. Place was perfect for us but just note that it is a walkup.
• Sally (9/5): Excellent location and beautiful apartment that is well appointed - Most everything Newly refurbished and modern. Excellent location. It’s beautiful. No hot shower and no effort made to come check when repeatedly asked. Also the flat is at the very top of steep 4 floors and no lifts. if you have luggage or an elderly/sickly person then definitely not ideal
