Guest Reviews

- Harry (10/5): Our host was most gracious and accessible. A friendly village full of friendly people would recommend Eleni’s place any - The property was comfortably cosy. Everything was there in the kitchen bathroom bedroom. Lounge was comfortable and there was no skimping on anything. Nothing
- Uri (10/5): Perfect quiet spot in the hills. - Lovely, roomy and peaceful. There is nothing to dislike about this place. It’s out of the way - but if you are looking in Pachna that’s what you wanted. Perfect if you are looking for some rest.
The cottage is very well maintained, clean and stocked with pretty much everything you can ask for. There is a small supermarket about 0.5 km from the cottage that has all the essentials.
We didn’t need anything from the owners but they were available by text and urged us to let them know if we did need anything.
Even the hoards of cats outside are quiet and well behaved. Nothing

- Lia (10/5): 10/10 Highly recommended!! A Perfect Hidden Gem in Cyprus – Tranquil, Spotless, and Heartwarmingly Welcoming. - We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful village home! Tucked away in a peaceful traditional village, this place is a true heaven for anyone looking to disconnect, unwind, and immerse themselves in nature.
From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how immaculately clean and wellkept the home was - every corner sparkled, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The decor was charming and cosy, perfectly blending rustic village charm with modern comfort.
The location is absolutely ideal for all travellers - nestled between the mountains and the sea, we were perfectly positioned to explore both. Whether we were hiking scenic mountain trails or taking a short drive down to the coast for a swim, it was all wonderfully accessible. Yet, despite being so close to everything, the home felt like a peaceful retreat, surrounded by birdsong, fresh air, and the calming sounds of nature.
And we can’t say enough good things about our host Eleni - warm, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering great local tips and making us feel truly cared for.
If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing escape that still gives you access to the best of what Cyprus has to offer, this is the place! We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of our return!!
- Oren (9/5): - The house is very clean, and fernitured nicely. Traditional authentic Cyprus stone house with thick walls.. There is a nice garden shaded most of the day and free parking just near the house.
The kitchen is well equiped.. the area is very quiet. The bed matress is comfortable and of high quality. I would add airconditioning ( currently there is cieling fan at every room. At some hot days i think better have airconditioning.
- Maria (10/5): -
- Piotr (10/5): A lovely house, with all amenities, v good contact with English speaking owner - V good localization, very good access (by car) to the coast and the beautiful countryside. Everything was OK
- אורי (5/5): Passable - The room is nice, comfortable and well furnished.
The kitchen is nice and was well equipped. Out of three days of stay, two days we didn't have any hot water!!!
The hot water system didn't work at all.
- Rosario (10/5): Exceptional - The property it’s super clean and in really good conditions. The decoration and the smell of the place was nice. We were cooking at the property and we find the kitchen perfectly equipped. It’s a really quiet area and that is what we were looking for.
We stayed one week and we didn’t want to leave the place! The backyard is super clean and well maintained, really cosy with the trees and chairs. My boyfriend is a pianist so he was able to practice there, the sound insolation was really good.
I never experienced such an amazing host as Eleni, she was replying to our messages super fast, awaiting our arrival. She left some bread and things to eat, thing we really appreciate it because we arrived 1am. Nothing!
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Igor (10/5): Traditional Cypriot village experience - This house is an experience itself. Built and decorated in traditional Cypriot style in quiet neighborhood this property allow you to relax and enjoy the being. Among the expected amenities I have to notice a lot of provided beverages which made me feel welcomed. There are a lot of small details and this place is VERY clean. Although thick brick walls allow you to enjoy natural temperature regime, this is unbelievable there can be apartments without AC nowadays. Ceiling fans are doing their job, although when there is a loud wedding till 1am you want to close windows, but you can't. Disappointing :(
- Evaldas (9/5): Quiet stay in a remote village in a cosy house. - Really cosy house with everything you need, starting from a coffee machine to electrical adapters for european plugs. And the complimentary food in the fridge saved us from starvation when we just arrived empty handed from the airport :) Everything was great!
- Sergii (10/5): Great quit place to stay and daily drive to different places at the coast - It's a perfect place to spend some time. The friendly hostess is always ready to help and introduce you to the whole village - and these people are always ready to help.
The place has everything needed, clear and cozy. The small garden with trees around creates shadow, and it is not too hot in the apartments.
Additionally, here are some points to consider when selecting this place - just to help make the right selection. It is
located in a small village about 700 meters above sea level. So few people are around - you may meet no one for a day or two. There is a single shop and single tavern in the village. However, everyone speaks English more or less well. You may like it or not. It is about 15 minutes to drive to the nearest sea beach and about 30 min to the Limassol center(without traffic jams). There is a bus stop in the center, but I guess it would take much more time to get somewhere by bus. Please be careful with feeding cats around - they become extremely impudent in just a couple of days :)
- Maciej (10/5): Perfect place to visit main Cyprus attractions still being close to the seaside. -
- Vaida (10/5): A great place for real relaxation to escape from the noise of the city and enjoy tea in the garden . - Great, quiet, unique place in a small town in the mountains, interior with authentic furniture and an old family tree in the garden. Very nice, communicative and friendly owners, thank you for the grapes :). Everything is perfect
- Gebina (9/5): I will come back 👍😀 - Cosy-nice living room and very clean.there were eggs in the fridge, grapes and water as well coffee and tea.the best is to sit under this huge tree in the garden and enjoying the breeze and the shade. It’s quiet and perfect for a relaxing time
