Guest Reviews
- Sydney (8/5): A great, central location to stay at in central London especially as a small friend group or family. Would stay again! - We loved staying here! It’s a 10 minute walk to the Angel underground station. Feels very safe to walk to at night, and is easy to find. Comfortable beds and it was great to have a kitchen! There were parts of the apartment that could use a bit more of a deep clean (the bathroom), but that didn’t bother us much. Also be aware that the apartment is above a bar, and can be noisy especially if there’s a football game on. (Again, didn’t bother us) It is also very warm inside with the London heat with no AC, but again, that’s to be expected when visiting during the warmer months!
- Lim (8/5): - Nice place Can have more pot to cook
- amelie (7/5): -
- Aneta (10/5): - We were very happy with the accommodation, it had everything we needed. The location is amazing, close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. Cindy was very nice, she responded to messages very quickly. She was always asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We would definitely be happy to come back.
- Alexandre (6/5): - Excelente localização.
Perto de transportes e supermercados.
Temperatura interior da habitação.
- Graham (7/5): A good base for our weekend in London - The host was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was adequate for our one night stay. The apparent is 10min walk from the nearest underground station. The shower/toilet is accessed via one of the 2 bedrooms
- Op den Camp (6/5): Leuk verblijf in Londen op mooie locatie in redelijk comfortabel appartement. - Goede locatie, aardige hosts, duidelijk over inchecken.
- Marcos (10/5): -
- Arianna (8/5): -
- Sarah (7/5): good value for money for a 1 night stay - good coms from the host and key pad to access the keys - also able to drop bags off at 12pm which helped Location good - but on a main rd - so did get quite loud at night if in the front bedroom with police sirens and traffic - buts its london!
- Sarah (10/5): Fantastic stay & amazing hosts - It was in an excellent location and the host was amazing. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. It was a little bit noisy which I think was the pub downstairs. It didn’t cause much of a problem for us as we were exhausted from exploring London.

- stephen (7/5): Excellent value for money, and exceptional service from staff - Excellent for an overnight before catching Eurostar at King’s Cross, St Pancras. Located next door to an excellent Chinese Restaurant ( Lucky Skewers), which also does takeaway. The staff of the restaurant also manage (own?) the Cosy Apartment. They could not have been more helpful. Furnishings are rather sparse and outdated
- Martin (8/5): - Little apartment close by the bus station and metro station. Kitchen is well equipped. You can get great Chinese food from the restaurant on the ground floor.
There is small terrace leadings to the backyard (don’t expect any nice views 😅)
- Alexandra (3/5): - The location was the only good thing about this apartment. Such a disaster!
3/10 just for having a roof over our heads and being relatively close to the London zoo.
Mega tiny and claustrophobic, one of the "bedrooms" wouldn't even have space for my luggage to be opened. Definitely too small for a family of two adults and two kids.
Extremely noisy, both neighbors and noise from the street, even when the windows were closed. Mattresses and pillows- zero convenience, one of the two beds was leaning towards the floor so I had the constant feeling I was falling down throughout the night. Impossible to sleep, got up with back & neck pain and so did my both kids.
The balcony was situated just above the kitchen of the Chinese restaurant and the smell was unbearable. Depressing view.
The cutlery and kitchen utensils - stained and dirty, the washing machine was visibly unhygienic and had this unpleasant smell.
Lowest quality see-through one roll toilet paper and no extra roll.
I could go on but you got the picture...
Absolutely disappointing and NOT recommended!
- Kate (5/5): Passable - Beds very comfy. Close to tube. The place is very rundown and the kitchen is not well equipped and needs a renovation. No TV. Very noisy at night with pub downstairs, people shouting etc and traffic noise but that is to be expected in London and given the location. However family upstairs were very noisy with kids /footsteps running back and forth constantly until 1am. Bathroom is through one bedroom but no issues as family. Hole in door to terrace which isn't great.
- Simone F Sanches (10/5): - Fomos sempre prontamente atendidos. nada
- Lyndon (9/5): Superb - Location in general was great, but to near busy street and pub. Noise was a little to much at night for us as a family.
- Shankaran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shaun (10/5): Very comfortable stay in excellent flat well situation near Kings Cross - Really lovely apartment, with comfortable beds and a good space including a wonderful outside terrace. Fan provided and excellent kitchen and wifi. Very responsive host to a single problem we had that was quickly rectified. There is nothing negative to report for this property
- Rene (9/5): Superb - This is a very pleasant place to stay near King's Cross Station. Most of London's main landmarks are within walking distance, and the tube is also not far away. The two-bedroom apartment has a kitchen equipped with basic kitchenware. Only the bathroom is less spacious
- Pj_ones (5/5): Passable - Great location for King's Cross. A perfect little Italian restaurant is just around the corner. I wouldn't be in a rush to go back as a family of 3. Wouldn't recommend this for more than 2 people. The title of cosy is true to word. There is a small 2-person sofa in the front bedroom, and this is the only seating area unless you sit on the balcony next to the heating extractor fans. The front bedroom faces onto the main road, and the lack of double glazing makes it an extremely noisy room. The apartment sits above a small restaurant, and you hear all the noise from that, plus the noise of the traffic. There is a Police station local, so all the emergency Police cars are up and down continuously. The neighbours in the apartment above are extremely noisy, with young children jumping on the floor until the early hours. The bathroom is small but manageable, although it does need a deep clean in both the shower cubicle and toilet pan, both are badly stained. The kitchen is equipped, but the garlic smell from the fridge penetrates your food. Towels are provided, but I would recommend you bring your own as they are guest towels that are just big enough to wrap around a head. There are some wooden steps onto the balcony, but these are rotted, so be careful. The apartment says it has views, but this isn't true. The only views from the front are of buildings and a road, and the view from the back is of flat roofs. The full apartment could do with updating.
- Christopher (9/5): Superb -
- Miller (10/5): My family and I were visiting London for a few days, so this apartment was an ideal location and provided a good spot to - Great location and pleasant communication with the owner. I have no complaints!
- Wendy (7/5): Good - It was in a good position
- Sable (9/5): Great spot for a quick stay in London with a lovely responsive host - It was great when getting to the euro star The shower drain did not empty very well
- Jan (9/5): Felt like living in a real cozy London apartment in a real authentic London neighborhood. - A really great location in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment is really cozy and probably best to stay at during summer and spring when you can make use of the big balcony (otherwise, space for having breakfast and sitting together is limited). Communication with the host was very easy and comforting, really nice hosts!
- Kenechukwu (9/5): Superb -
- Joanna (7/5): Good - We really liked the location, close to buses, metro station, shops. Flat was equipped with everything what need. Easy and comfortable self check-in. Downstairs there is decent Chinese restaurant - highly recommend to eat there! Bathroom was cold, small rug on bathroom's floor would be needed. The door to the terrace has gaps. Entrance to bathroom is from one bedroom, so apratment is better for one family.
- Dohyoung (8/5): Very good - Location The door has some cracks on the bottom side.
- Zahirni (8/5): I would stay again next time if i come to London. - It was near to king cross st. Everything was complete. I like the apartment. Noisy from people partying at nearby pub and also from the road, from the siren, etc
- Andrea (10/5): Nice apartment with two bedrooms - The space was big and very nice and clean. The bathroom did not have a light above the mirror and there were not other mirrors to be ready before going out.. the bathroom did not have a socket for the hair dryer. But everything was extremely functional and very good anyways!! These little things do not affect in any way the nice stay we had
- Stephanie (6/5): A cosy flat if you only require 1 double bed - Great location for central London, felt cosy thanks to good heating and clean + fairly spacious for a little London flat. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything worked well. It was nice to have basic tea / coffee available. The bathroom had toiletries and a hairdryer - very handy as we were travelling light. The towels were crisp and clean, just like in a hotel. The host was great at communicating and it was easy to get into the property. The sash windows - despite double glazing - let all the noise in from quite a busy street. One of the beds was right next to them, which means us adults barely slept from so much noise (quite a lot of noise from upstairs flat too). People on the street screaming in the middle of the night, loud vehicles, even with white noise it was difficult to ignore and sleep well. The children were fine in the back room so I gather the front room was never intended to have a bed in it. The shower didn’t drain properly and it was rather stressful to worry whether it was going to overflow when using it.
- Kirby (8/5): Good, basic accommodation - Location good and as advertised with Tesco express nearby. Apartment was not that warm for us Kiwis arriving from summer. Radiators were lukewarm warm.
Beds comfy. Steep steps in entrance way. Radiators not hot.
- Ali (3/5): Unclean, draughty and noisy. - The beds where comfortable, The property was not as we envisaged. States it is a 2 bedroom Flat, and I suppose, when you put a bed into what was a living room, it is. You have to climb over your bed to get in, as it is squeezed in between 2walls. The windows were single glazing, didn’t keep the droughts out or the heat in.
The kitchen looked good in the photos, but they had been had painted a bright red colour with 1 of the cupboards nailed shut, it had no dish towels, sink plug missing, sinks themself where not clean.
2nd bedroom, was really hard to heat, with the damage to the bottom of the door, holes which led to your outside sitting area, letting the heat escape, the outside area, which we didn’t use, had two steps down to it, the steps looked rotten as well.
All in All, not what we had expected, some money spent wisely, may be re- arrangement of front bedroom, and add a tv, and a comfy sofa, it could enhance this rental.
- Rickson (9/5): Great option for Central London! - Host was amazing and very helpful. The place is great for family, and the bed was great. I highly recommend it! Nothing that I can complain about for the property. Our stay was terrific!
- Kerry (10/5): Very good would recommend ☺️👍 - Great communication with owner

- Claire-louise (8/5): Very good -
- Svetlana (9/5): Superb - Very easy check-in as we were met and greeted at the entrance
Great value for money and location of the apartment
Everything is there - very well equipped kitchen and bathroom with amenities
extra thank you for sweet greeting surprise :) small things - like pillows were quite thin and matrass in the master bedroom is a bit soft and goes in the bed opening the frame edges, but those are minor things
- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional -
- Timothy (10/5): Perfect, would definitely go back - Everything! Beds lovely, all clean, good location, good size it was brilliant Nothing
- Roisin (6/5): Pleasant - The location was very convenient and it was easy to check in. We hadn't realised that you had to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom, which was inconvenient.
- Lena (10/5): A brilliant stay for my friends 60th and a raucous night at the Lexington. Good food near by and easy transport. Will de - Cosy and clean and an outside area which was great. Everything you need plus complimentary tea coffee etc. The beds were so comfortable I asked where the mattress came from as I want one! The location is perfect for eating, pubs and Kings Cross.
- Heather (9/5): Superb - Convenient location very good value for money great for a family would definitely use again
