• Geoff (4/5): Good location but would have been nice to know the facilities weren’t available - The view from the unit …. Staring at a brick wall less than 2 metres away wasn’t good Also the roof top pool area and spa we found out on arrival has been closed for renovations for more than a year Also tv in bedroom didn’t work

• Thu (9/5): Great location. 👍 - Beautiful & very clean apartment. The location is superb convenient. The tram line is right in front of the apartment. Short distance walk to Wynyard station & many tourist attractions around CBD. I'd love to stay back here again for my next trip adventure. The host is very well organised and responsive to your email very promptly. The only thing I'd refer for my next stay is a wider bed. I dont know how large the bed was, but after 2 nights, I felt uncomfortable because i couldn't toss and turn, too close to my husband's face. Btw, I'm just a tiny girl & my husband is quite slim, so if someone is bigger than us, there'll be a big problem. But other than that, we had a great time in Sydney. Thank you
• Melissa (7/5): - The location, although very noisy in the area we were in. The tv in the bedroom not working. The remote batteries were changed and still nothing. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The noise of being in a laneway. No view, not really advertised properly to see that.

• Guest (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And how reasonably priced the Apartment was, for the facilities offered - The location was awesome. Public transport and food court outside the door. Supermarket was a few minutes walk away. The Apartment was relatively quiet, in spite it being in the middle of the city. The block out curtains in Apartment were also an advantage. Having easy to use washing/dryer to use. We had clean clothes in our suitcase before our Cruise ship trip. After spending 3 nights in Sydney before our trip. We saw a show at the Opera house, and having the tram outside our door was brilliant. Our key card snapped, the very last time we used it. To go collect our suitcases on departure.
• Handmark (5/5): Gloomy, well-equipped, great location - Ideal location for exploring Sydney. Close to trams, ferries at Circular Quay, and several major sights and museums. Clean studio apartment set-up in secure building. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Quiet. 1) The flat, on the 4th floor or an 18 story building looks out onto a brick wall across a deep narrow alley so has no view and no daylight. Okay is you are only there to sleep, not so pleasant to hang out in. 2) The key card has to be retrieved from a lock box in the alley which is very poorly lit at night. Instructions vague about which of the dozen or so lock boxes is the correct one. Took two phone calls and fumbling around in the dark and the rain to finally get the key card. 3) Then, when we requested a second key so we could have separate itineraries, we were told that was not possible. There was only one. Created a lot of inconvenience for us to coordinate the key. 4) Finally (perhaps temporary), the pool and pool deck was closed for construction. We were not told this ahead of time and no explanation was offered. In addition, given how gloomy the light in the flat, it was not possible within the building to be somewhere with daylight and/or view.
• Edeliz (5/5): As a solo traveller it was a great location and place to stay, just having to worry about using cups and dishes due to c - Location Agree to leave the place clean but caveat on rubbish etc and charged if not thrown. Dishes almost can’t be used coz of the clean up charge. TV wasn’t working but am sure if I was staying longer that it would be fixed.
• Martin (1/5): Will not use booking dot com again as I don’t want to be fooled into booking an air b and b again. - Property was well maintained and nice It’s an air b and b. Lots of rules and no services if there is a problem. Had a major key issue that ruined our last night and dinner with family we flew half way around the world to see.
• Vishal (7/5): Good location - Good Location Check-in is strictly at 3 pm and they charge extra for early check-in. With a 10 am check-out, I expected a bit more flexibility, but was told to wait. If you arrive on an early flight, be ready to roam the city with your luggage.
• Herman (9/5): - Location, nice spacious studio (for one or two), comfy bed, clean. I would book again. Picking up the keys was a bit of a nightmare. Multiple lockboxes without clear indication which lockbox was for my key in a alleyway with no light. Hard to set the code due to lack of light.

• Michelle (9/5): Spacious apartment in a great location - The studio apartment was spacious, clean, stylish and well setup. It was great as a home away from home with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. It was situated in a great location close to many attractions and public transport options.
