• Ramona (7/5): - The air conditioning wasn't working properly and the hosts didn't do anything to fix it during or 10-days stay.
• Mayank (1/5): Avoid unless you enjoy stress on your vacation - I wish I could say anything positive about this property. Getting inside the property is an adventure in itself — and not in a good way. The check-in was frustrating, with no clear instructions, and the host was completely unresponsive. Tried calling multiple times, no answer. Felt like we were stranded outside. We had specifically booked this place mid-trip to do laundry — but surprise, the washing machine was broken. So was the WiFi, which meant the TV was also useless. When I reported it, the only response I got was, “We’ll refund you for those.” Honestly, what’s the point of a refund for basic things that should’ve been checked before anyone checked in? The location is also quite obscure and not easy to access. Overall, the experience was disappointing and left a sour taste in the middle of an otherwise good trip. Would not recommend.

• Hannah (8/5): Nice and tidy apartment slightly outside the city - A nice and smart looking apartment an hours walk from the main Milan station and central town. It was very tidy and nice looking and had mostly everything you’d need. I stayed with three others so there’s room for a family. Didn’t have a tea towel, enough washing up liquid or any sponges - had to buy those and also no extra toilet roll, we had to buy more. There’s a co op just down the road but still a bit annoying.

• Bogdan (4/5): Disappointing - Olmost nothing, I don't recomand thise apartment! The big TV dosent work, and they give us a TV that wose 20% size from the other one, they give us the room at 15:30 even if I ask them if they can give us sooner the room, the keys from the entrence and from the apartment work very very bad, we stay over 10 minutes every time we try to open them, there wose no soup and shampon in the bathroom, and after all thise I ask them if we can stay 30 minutes more after the check out and they say no, I am a 3 star client on booking, I travel a lot in thise world and never had thise proplems, so I recommend you neve to come to thise apartment!
• Tracey (9/5): We had a lovely stay in this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to return… especially if they could sort out the sofa bed! - Light bright and modern. The transport links were excellent and there were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby The sofabed wasn’t really suitable for two adults… we made it work by topping and tailing!! The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped to cook a meal in (no utensils or colander for the pasta!)
