- Guest (7/5): Wunderschöner Ort mit renovierungsbedürftigem Haus. - Die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig. Nicht alles im Haus hat funktioniert wie zum Beispiel Backofen,Licht und Klimaanlage. Ausstattung der Küche sehr mangelhaft. Drei Liegestühle für 5 Personen knapp, davon einer defekt. Bauarbeiten am Nachbarhaus führten zu lärmbelästigung. Pflege der Aussenanlage mangelhaft.
- Peter (8/5): Мы получили огромное удовольствие, если для вас важнее всего близость моря - тут вам будет хорошо. - Однозначно, самый большой плюс - это расположение на берегу моря с прекрасным пляжем. Ну и бассейн во дворе под навесом. Мы с супругой почти все время проводили на улице, в доме только спали. Наслаждались потрясающим видом и близостью к морю. Территория пляжа не закрытая, но его действительно можно считать частным пляжем, у всех соседей свои участки береговой линии перед домами. Для нас, такое расположение перевешивало все минусы проживания. Дом местами требует ремонта. Например, посудомойка перекошена, ее сложно открывать и закрывать. Часть ламелей деревянного жалюзи в одной их спален сломана, они лежат в шкафу, почему-то никто их не хочет приделать обратно. В одной из спален не работал кондиционер, но дочери он не был нужен, так что для нас не критично. В нашем санузле был неприятный запах, видимо недавно проживал кто-то с кошкой. Полотенцесушители в санузлах включают только на зиму. Ну и, конечно, дом нуждается в качественной генеральной уборке.

Could find better better than this at half the price - Location is excellent Lots of issues with electricity and maintenance. Property needs substantial works. The Air conditioner in bedrooms requires upgrading. The property suffers from serious cleaning issues and the jacuzzi as advertised is not connected to even mains. The shutters are broken and no curtains in bedrooms
