Jochen (6/5): Schöner Stanort direkt am Meer. - Wir haben trotz Sprachbarriere bei unserer Ankunft die Anmeldung machen können. Senor Pedro hat geholfen, weil es mehrmals nicht funktionierte. Ohne die Anwesenheit von Senor Pedro wären wir nicht in unsere Ferienwohnung gekommen. Die Online Anmeldung hat nicht funktioniert. Auf dem Balkon lagen leere alte Wasserflaschen und der Schmutz von den Putzarbeiten wurde schlecht beseitigt. Die Unterkunft zeigt Gebrauchsspuren, es sind Reparaturarbeiten nötig. Das Glas der Balkontür hat mehrere Risse.

I booked for my friend, who happened to leave his (full) wallet at the property. The cleaning staff called us immediately and returned it. A big thank you for this!

Paky (1/5): EXPERIENCIA MUY DESAGRADABLE - El alojamiento precioso, pero la experiencia no recuerdo otra peor en mi vida. Nos dieron códigos de acceso incorrectos, llamábamos al personal y no lo cogían. Entramos y no teníamos luz, al subir los plomillos saltaba el termo, no tuvimos agua caliente hasta el último día de nuestra estancia. Nos dicen que nos van a rembolsar una noche por las molestias (no poder ducharnos con agua caliente en 2 días y medio de 3 )y nos reembolsan una cantidad irrisoria que nada tiene que ver con el precio de una noche. Y las llaves de la terraza tampoco estaban, todo eso llamando 20 veces y con los chicos respondiendo 8 de cada 9 veces por whatsap (ellos eran súper agradables, todo hay que decirlo, pero la experiencia ha sido fatal) Vergonzoso todo.

The Wi-Fi connection was disappointing, as the host was unable to provide access throughout our two-week stay. There is room for improvement in the standard of cleaning, and additional training for the housekeeping staff may be beneficial.

There is a bus to town just few steps from appartement. If I will go to Spain I would choose same accomodation again :)

Alessandra (10/5): Comfrort e cura dei dettagli a un passo dal mare. - Posizione della struttura: vicinissima al mare e situata in una zona tranquilla del litorale ma vicinissima al centro di Nerja. La vista dal balcone lascia senza fiato dall’alba al tramonto. Il check-in in autonomia è rapido e funzionale, l’appartamento è ben organizzato, curato e pulito. Unico inconveniente è stato lo scarico della doccia un pò otturato.

Carlos (6/5): Buen sitio para una escapada si cuidan los detalles - Las instalaciones y que estaba al lado de la playa.hay que coger el coche para todo No me gustó la limpieza pues la pared de la cocina estaba llena de chorreones desde la campana hacia abajo,los cuencos estaban sucios y tuvimos que lavarlos así como todo los utensilios de cocina que usamos.colchones y almohadas demasiado blandos y por lo tanto incómodos deberían cambiarlos.el wifi inexistente avise y no me lo solucionaron

Tinelly66 (8/5): Alojamiento recomendable - Es amplio con aparcamiento junto al alojamiento y dando un paseo de pocos minutos llegas al pueblo. Unos pequeños detalles como no había tostador y una almohada estaba manchada que se pudo sustituir porque en el armario hay varias.

Sofie (3/5): - Die Ausstattung hat leider nicht den Angaben bei der Buchung entsprochen. Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet, das Bettlaken vom Schlafsofa war nicht sauber und wir haben es selber gewaschen. Das WLAN hat den ganzen Aufenthalt über leider nicht existiert. Auf Nachfragen wurde dann leider nicht mehr geantwortet. Das scheint ja in vielen anderen Bewertungen auch der Fall zu sein und es wird sich offensichtlich nicht darum gekümmert. Wir hatten gehofft, den Pool am 1. März nutzen zu können, da bei der Buchung angezeigt wurde, dass dieser bis zum 28.02. geschlossen sei und am Schild am Pool steht, dass er ab März öffnet. Das ist aber nicht der Fall, weil damit ja noch kein Öffnungsdatum einhergehe, wie uns das Personal über WhatsApp mitgeteilt hat. An sich wäre das Missverstehen kein Problem, die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war aber leider nicht freundlich, es wurde sich in keiner Weise dafür entschuldigt, dass die Infos dazu missverständlich waren und schließlich wurde, wie offensichtlich üblich, einfach nicht mehr geantwortet. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt und werden nicht wiederkommen.

Ilona (6/5): - Apartamento es bastante amplio, cocina bien equipada. En dos pasos de la playa. Empresa tiene varios apartamentos y a la hora de reservar no sabes con que vistas te va a tocar. No me gusto porque reserva fue con vistas que aparecen en booking y a la hora de llegar fue el apartamento con vistas diferentes. A parte que la entrada a la piscina desde este apartamento no es cómoda , hay que salir por la calle para entrar al territorio de urbanización. Al final no utilizamos la piscina. No obstante en fotos es otro apartamento que está al frente de la piscina.
Olga (2/5): - La ubicación El apartamento,sucio,con cosas rotas,el termo con un bote de plástico encima de la lavadora dentro del armario del baño que chorreaba agua y que nadie avisó que estaba ya que se sale el agua del termo ,la encimera de la cocina la parte del fregadero fatal y llena de hormigas ,las garrafas del a.c no se cambiaban hace meses y puse unas nuevas.La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia aunque bien que lo cobran,la goma del plato de ducha despegada y llena de moho incluía un hormiguero dentro,en general el apartamento que me dieron un desastre ,no se los demás pero para lo que cobran desde luego dejan mucho que desear. El menaje súper pobre ,4 vasos literal de nocilla y 4 copas ,4 cuchillos y 4 tenedores La ubicación fue lo único que mereció la pena

Other modern electronic lock stopped workding so we couldn´t lock our door for the night. Wifi connection didn´t work. One of the rooms was smelling very bad.

Por otra parte, cubertería, platos, etc… están bien, pero necesitan una renovación.

Diana (2/5): VERGONZOSO - La ubicación fue excelente... A un minuto como mucho de la playa y una buena zona de aparcamiento. Nada más llegar al apartamento nos encontramos que la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear ... Las sábanas de la cama y la bañera con pelos, vasos con suciedad incrustada, una cucaracha muerta debajo de las cortinas, la mesa y sillas de la terraza no se habían limpiado en meses, dejaron una fregona llena de suciedad y pelos justo en la entrada... Para dar la bienvenida supongo. Al avisar a los regentes de dichos inconvenientes la única solución que propusieron fue que darían un toque de atención a la empresa de limpieza... Sin poner ninguna solución a nuestra estancia. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas (excesivamente duras)... Nos levantamos con un dolor de cuello horroroso. Para colmo, las colchas y toallas olían a vinagre. En definitiva, un caos...

Clelia (8/5): - Few (literally!) steps away from a beautiful beach, two minutes drive from two main supermarkets make the location excellent. Well equipped and clean with a very nice terrace! No wi-fi for the whole stay. Asked many times to the host and we were told it was “a condominium problem” (almost all other reviews have same complaint in the past months… It looks nothing has been done to fix the problem).

Noisy place woken up several times from Road Noise, Garbage pickup at 5am and massive Vaccum sound at 6am. Had to leave windows open because of smell. The managers had double booked our apartment. Repeatedly sent emails and messages with wrong names to us. The checkin process took two hours as they have horrible online system that does not make it easy to checkin. There was nothing that made this place good. Horrible smell like living in Toilet. Noise all night. Horrible checkin process. Took two hours to fill and get the web page working. Too many questions that are not relevant for your stay. Never got proper message in our name for accommodation. All messages were sent with different people names on them. Our apartment was double booked. Booking.com contacted managers and no response. Don’t book or stay here

Alix (6/5): - Jolie petite résidence calme à deux pas de la mer. Piscine agréable. Appartement fonctionnel. Facile de se garer. Pas de wifi, donc pas de TV (malgré de nombreuses demandes). Pas de machine à café, de sèche cheveux, équipement de cuisine plus que minimaliste (pas de bol pour déjeuner, de couteau à pain). Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant 2 jours. Bref beaucoup de choses à améliorer.

Knives are not sharp. The windows to the road, noise from there and early morning from the house keeper.They apologies, but wasn't able to solve anything... The beds and sofa are not really good...
