• Sonja (7/5): Good - The location was great, there was enough space for six people, wifi worked without any problems and communication with the host was good. The apartment could have been cleaner. One of the showers didn`t work very well.
• Andrew (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to the tube. Lots of space. It was a bit shabby in places. There was a problem with a detacted shower head
• Kevin (5/5): reluctantly accepted it was perhaps fair given the transport links and location but never again! - location due to local amenities either left or right out of the building, shops & pubs. and outstanding transport links to Overground, 2 tube lines and trains. Apartment felt a bit ram-shackle. like a student flat with broken furniture, shower didn't work, fixtures and fittings old, tired and not that clean.
• Derek (7/5): Work required to bring the accommodation up to scratch - Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Very convenient for bus and Tube transport into central London. Neighbourhood felt safe. Good local facilities such as shops, restaurants and bars. Property obviously not let regularly. Several items of a personal nature ( PC, folders, paperwork lying around not belonging to any guest. Dirty blinds and window sills . Property needs a regular thorough clean before letting. Couldn't get any cold water to the bath/shower to make adjustments. Unable to use the shower as the water was scolding hot. Same for the bath and spa.. whilst the majority of the apartment was very comfortable temperature wise, the large dining room in the extension was freezing cold even though it had an extra large radiator. maybe some plumbing work required.
