Guest Reviews
- Erin (10/5): Cute, cozy and unique place to stay just outside of Tumbarumba. - Very cozy and warm despite travelling in July. Ray the owner lit the fireplace for us everyday so the cottage was never chilly! Absolutely lovely place to stay! Would have loved some curtains and a rug on the floor. But otherwise it was great!
- Nick (9/5): We'll be back :) - Location was great, out of town but not too far. Nice old cottage, loved the style. Great for a weekend away with your partner. The only thing that could have been better was maybe a bit more in cooking facilities, though with the BBQ it was OK.
- Shirley (10/5): A very special quiet hideaway. - Beautiful, quiet- perfect bush feel All great
- Debbie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Callista (9/5): Superb -
- Ann-elise (9/5): Superb -
- Janette (8/5): Very enjoyable and would recommend this cottage. - Loved the fire and the rustic charm. Was also lovely to be a little out of town. The host was very helpful. Only negative was there are no window dressings in living area but lots of glass. Main issue with this is the cold on a chilly night.
- Maree (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dino (7/5): Enjoyed exploring an area we had not visited before. - Quiet location, pretty countryside, clean cottage. Friendly, helpful host. The cottage lacked comfort items such as a rug for the hard cold floor and a more comfortable couch and bed. Some scatter cushions may have made couch more comfy but it was very small.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kylie (9/5): Superb - Beautiful cottage, excellent area. Everything was amazing
- Gilbert (8/5): Relaxing, warm and rustic with beautiful views and close to Tumbarumba town centre. - Warm and cosy fire was lit and space was v welcoming. No comment
- Liz (8/5): Very good -
- Eminasydney (8/5): Very good - Tumbarumba was our base for exploring Snowie Valleys, and this cottage has a perfect position. It's beautiful, freshly renovated and spotlessly clean. Owners, friendly and welcoming, responded very quickly to our enquiry. We enjoy our stay. It would be nice to have the outside seating.
- Stephen (6/5): Good cabin 10 kilometers out of town - Breakfast was included. Breakfast cereal with toast etc. Would prefer to have curtains on the windows in the living space to control morning light. Would like a cooktop. Darker curtains in the bedroom.
- Ash (10/5): Amazing, relaxing and romantic. - We loved our stay, was so cute and cosy. The breakfast was great and we had so much to choose from, we definitely didn’t expect that. The fireplace was such a feature of the cottage and made it so warm and cosy. It was great to relax and forget about day to day life for a second.
