• Kay (8/5): Great little Rome apartment - Location was excellent. Everything pretty much within walking distance. Great restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Great night vibe.

• Carrie (9/5): It was the perfect stay in trastevere. The host was helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again someday. - We loved the location, the light drenched kitchen, the cozy terrace, the cool air conditioning during a scorching June/July heat wave, the easy self check in, the simple but elegant decor, and it was only up one flight of stairs. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked. Dish towels would be a good addition to the kitchen. The bed was difficult to get in and out of, but I like the concept.

Sometimes it cools just fine, others it would just work like a fan without cooling. The loft bed is quite tricky, specially if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

May be noisy with bass between 8pm and midnight due to a bar or night club very close. Inadequate for ppl demanding long quiet night sleep. Pleasant balcony for outdoor diners !
• Colleen (9/5): Beautiful apartment, great location. - Very nice apartment, great bathroom, kitchen and terrace. The neighborhood is loud at night but the apartment is very quiet. Great location. Would definitely stay again. The loft bed is a little inconvenient, but it was comfortable, and it was nice to have the extra space in the bedroom as a wardrobe.

• Olivia (9/5): Heart of Trastevere - It’s a lovely apartment with great light. The bed was really cozy and I loved having all that wardrobe space. Location is totally uneatable. Plus the staff are amazing and quite literally saved my life when I stupidly locked myself on the balcony. Washing machine needs repairing, sinks drain slow, but these kinds of issues I have also experienced in many other rental apartments in the middle of big European cities. The buildings are old and sometimes organising maintenance can be a challenge, so I get it and am happy to pay that small price for such a wonderful location.
• Scott (7/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt that apartment offered decent value. - The Cozy Nest was very spacious with a beautiful terrace and a large usable kitchen. The location is great and the heat pumps kept the place toasty warm. Comfortable living room with nice smart TV. A very large closet under the bed made for easy unpacking and storage. Not to noisy considering its location in the heart of Trastevere. Only one sink drain worked properly. The shower drain also drained very slowly. Shower hot water was a bit finicky. It would be working then suddenly go cold, then it would start working again. All the other hot water worked fine which seemed a little strange. Although the kitchen was large and had a nice gas stove and a microwave, it was lacking any large salad bowl, the coffee maker didn't work and even if it did it was a pod coffee maker. There were also very few utensils. The washing machine worked initially but then started to stop and give an error code mid-wash. It also seemed to drain directly onto the terrace. In general the bedding was not great quality.
• Kirsten (8/5): Stylish loft in the heart of the action was perfect for us. - The location is amazing! The apartment was really nice especially the double bathroom layout and the large spaces. The loft bed was not the best. It was very comfortable but it’s not fun having to navigate the steps down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

• Garbe (9/5): Great! Would stay again. - Location is great, air b and b is comfortable and clean with a great patio and kitchen. The area got super busy Saturday night, and so we had drunk people buzzing the apartment at around 1am several times until around 2am which was annoying. Especially if you’ve got little ones.
• Selena (10/5): Sun filled apartment in a beautiful location in Trastevere. - It was the perfect size for 2 people. Very roomy. The sun room let in lots of light. It was an incredible kitchen and terrace. Location is ideal, less than a block from Piazza Trilussa.
• Carol (10/5): Pleasant and fulfilled - A pleasant and modern looking home! The balcony offers a nice breathing space. It’s quite close to a bus stop and taxi stand, so it’s easy for moving around. The staff supports quickly when trouble happens. There are many restaurants and interesting places nearby too, and the area around via del Moro is worth walking around and see. It’s a really nice stay! The location can get very loud at night, and in the morning the road in front are not exactly very clean. But the sound proof is quite good so it can block the noise well enough, so we still have some peace sleeping at night.
