Mona (9/5): For the short time all you need was available. - The furniture was mostly new and modern, the Beds are very comfortable. The Appartment was in the first floor, and there was a lift which was easy to get up with the luggage. Around the corner was the Supermarket and bakery. For a short stay was everything good. The entrance of the building was not clean, which gives a bad picture.

Sophie (1/5): Not what it seems - Nothing The pictures at booking are outdated. The building is old due to this you can hear everything from the other apartments f.e. steps, toilet, talking Our Apartment also had a really bad smell it was so bad that we weren’t able to stay in this facility for the whole duration. We stayed in this apartment for about 2-3 hours after we’ve arrived and decided to book a hotel because it was so disgusting. Of course we opened the windows but the smell stayed especially in the bathroom & toilet. Also reaching out to the owner is very difficult you have to call several times until someone picks up. After 1 month of talking to the owner we got a small refund back (better than nothing)
Eleni (1/5): Stressful, misleading and frustrating experience due to unclear directions, unresponsive support - We arrived in Vienna late at night, exhausted from our journey, and took a taxi to our accommodation. The confirmation email listed the location as: 📍 Leopoldstadt, 02. Leopoldstadt, 1020 Vienna, Austria. However, upon reaching the address, the taxi driver informed us that it was a general area, not the actual location of the accommodation. To resolve this, I attempted to call the accommodation’s call center, which was advertised as open until 23:00. We called twice—at 22:45 and 22:55—but received no answer. Another email we received said "Manage Booking" link. Clicking on it led to a page confirming our stay with an option to "Show Map." The map displayed one set of coordinates:📍 N 48° 12.553, E 16° 25.488. However, beneath it was a "Show Directions" button with a different set of coordinates:📍 Latitude 48.2092216466862, Longitude 16.4247925551187. Neither of these locations led to the actual apartment. Adding to our frustration, we had received another email confirmation for our stay from 02/01/2025 to 07/01/2025, which included a ''guest folder'' link with all necessary information: Guest Folder: This link NEVER worked—clicking on it displayed "Booking Engine not active." The email also stated that our access code would be available one day before arrival at this link: Check-in Instructions: (This link ALSO NEVER worked, showing the same "Booking Engine not active" error. With two exhausted children in the car, cold and rainy weather, and no clear directions, we spent 1.5 hours driving in circles, desperately searching for the accommodation. After multiple failed attempts, we stopped at various hotels and called nearby accommodations—but everything was fully booked. We even considered returning to the airport to wait until morning.
Daniil (9/5): Superb - The apartment was equipped with everything you need, it was clean and cozy. Really good option if you need a place to stay with friends. There was one broken window at the entrance, although it was covered by another, it was a bit unpleasant. The location is not the best, but the metro is nearby
Kateryna (2/5): Very poor - it wasn't completely cleaned up there are no glasses in the kitchen and a very dirty refrigerator, we moved into the apartment with children in winter, there was no heat, it was very cold, there were spiders in the bathroom

Serban (1/5): Bad - Nothing The apartment has nothing to do with what is shown in the presentation pictures. It is outdated, visible signs of degradation. There is no cleaning, I found blood stains on the bed linen, which I think had not been changed for some time. They finally came to change it. Holes and traces of dirt on the walls, dust on the floor. The bathroom door barely opens. the price paid is high for what it offers. Avoid!
