• Stephen (9/5): Great location and value for money. - Self contained and a great location. I had to move some furniture to make it work for me but no big deal.
• Cliff (4/5): - Meh This absurd sediment from hotel staff. Making people feel like scum because they didn’t book in the hotel and used BnB. No service. BnB bookings is not worth it. Travel g people need baggage storage, quick resolves to issues. Not with BnB.

• Shae (8/5): - Great location, close the central station and other amenities Super clean Great and accommodating staff A little smaller than excepted but still a good spot for 1/2 people
• Michael (9/5): Perfect location and accommodation. Couldn't have been happier - The location was perfect for moving around Brisbane, as it couldn't have been more central. The accommodation fitout was perfect for a stay of 19 nights. I wasn't worried about street noise, with the twin glazing and air-conditioning. It was great having a supermarket downstairs, even if it bizarrely doesn't open on weekends! The Airtrain from the airport stops opposite!! Nothing really, as I was very happy there.

• Lisa (4/5): Disappointing - I stayed here for a week for a business trip The room had a very musty smell The air conditioning barely worked On a very very hot week I contacted the company who said they would have someone take a look No one came to check (they did come to fix the internet issue) I requested 1 night refund (stayed 7 nights) They said they would get back to me They didn’t even after quite a number of messages with no reply Very disappointing, I would of booked there on my return business trips but will definitely not now

• Karen (7/5): Pretty good overall. - Location was great as we had to catch a train to our next destination. Had trouble finding the property as it is called Cozy Studio but is part of the Adina complex so it took us awhile to find it. The air conditioning vent was quite dusty and affected my allergies. The shower water ran hot and cold and the shower stall leaked on the floor which made it very slippery.
• Andrew (6/5): Pleasant - The room was comfortable and met my expectations. It was very useful to have a washing machine/dryer in the room, as I was staying for a week. It was one of the most difficult check-in processes I have ever encountered to stay in hotel accommodation, even using a booking site. No one wanted to talk to me in person, I just got text messages and email updates. It was unsatisfactory.

• Jolynn (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! The apartment was cozy, comfortable bedding, very clean and the location was excellent! In the heart of the city and opposite Central Station. The Hosts were amazing and very communicative, always reaching out to see if we were ok or needed anything! Highly recommended! We will definitely be coming here again! No cooking facilities but we didn't need it as there was a supermarket next door that had affordable hot meals.

Excellent location - close to the Central Train Station and city centre. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes!

• Benjamin (1/5): Terrible Host, Collecting keys Extremely Difficult! - Nothing There are three reasons why you should not give even a slightest thought in renting this apartment: 1. There are hidden fees, which you must read carefully. The extra fees ( service fee of $84 and cleaning fee of $185) won't appear when you do the booking; however, you'll be surprised to see them in your payment invoice in addition to the apartment fees. I realised they just updated this when I complained. Very poor and pathetic! 2. If you decide to choose for the host to handle your payment when you arrive, they will go right away to deduct payment from your credit card and will not wait for you at the checkin time. 3. The host's communication and responses are just terrible. If you arrive late, or by misfortune you are not given access to the apartment, and would like to call them, you'll be just trying your luck with zero success. Even email and calls by Adina Apartment receptionist will not be answered by the host. All these reasons I'm speaking from experience and I wouldn't be wanting you to go through such nightmare . On the flipside, the location is good. In CBD area and if you would like to live in the heart of the city, with access to bus and metro, this is a option you might consider. But, wait! There are even other better places in Brisbane CBD with competitive rates than this place. Don't risk it is my advice. Good Luck!
• Holt (10/5): Cozy is the correct title - Location Broken window with a hole 30cm wide. We mentioned it to reception, who told us that they had reported it on several occasions, but nothing was being done about it.
