jean (1/5): Unhappy - The villa is situated high up with lovely views over the mountains. The family responded quickly to try to resolve our problems. This villa only has Solar Energy which was not stated in the description. It is therefore only suitable for occupation in the summer months. We rented in March, after several cloudy days. On the first night there, we completely ran out of electricity, No lights and unable to use any of the electrical appliances. The only heating is from an open fire. We had to purchase wood at 40 euros. The wood smoked and filled the lounge with smoke . We had to open the doors to breathe. We were freezing cold. No heat or electricity so we had to leave.and find alternative accommodation. We were offered a partial refund but not enough to cover the alternative accommodation.
