• Mena (6/5): - Me encantó la ubicacion, y el cuarto de la cama principal. El baño es imposible. Para poder entrar en el inodoro tenes que dejar medio cuerpo en la ducha. Otra sugerencia es que cambien la contraseña del wifi por una mas sencilla.

• Annie (7/5): Très bel emplacement mais appartement très moyen - l'appartement est propre, l'emplacement extraordinaire et la literie bonne. Arrivées après minuit à cause du retard de notre avion, nous avons dû aller chercher les clés de l'appartement à une autre adresse située à 10 mn à pied de notre location ! Une fois dans le hall il y a bien un ascenseur mais après avoir monté 15 marches ! Le séjour-cuisine où se trouve un canapé a 2 fenêtres sans volet ni rideau ! Une prise électrique est enfoncée donc inutilisable et enfin le siège des wc est quasiment inutilisable tellement il est collé au mur et à la douche !
• Willy (4/5): - Prezzo totalmente inadeguato per l'appartamento. Bagno impresentabile (per usare il water o il bidet bisogna infilare le gambe nella doccia in diagonale. Televisione 12 pollici del 92. Pulizia appena passabile, di certo non si vedono i 92 euro di addebito di pulizie per una sola notte passata nella struttura.
• Kelly (5/5): Lovely location, clean apartment but overpriced for the facilities available. - The location was exceptional - right near the Duomo. Easy to find and get to from the train station. The rooms were fine and the beds were okay. The bathroom - lots of warning but the toilet was practically in the shower!! Unfortunately the bathroom sink leaked while we were there too. Also I ordered the Dyson hairdryer thinking the apartment didn’t come with a hairdryer - and when there was one in the bathroom, I felt a little exploited!

• Carla (7/5): - L'appartamento è in una zona centralissima, praticamente alle spalle della cattedrale di Firenze. La camere da letto e il salotto con cucina all'ingresso sono spazi molto ampi, e vivibili. Purtroppo il bagno è molto piccolo e inoltre c'è stato qualche disguido con il riscaldamento e le pulizie, che sono poi stati prontamente risolti.

Bine dotat,curat,paturi foarte confortabile,apartament extrem de linistit chiar daca era chiar langa Dom,se auzea doar orologiul care mi a placut mult! Apartamentul e foarte spatios,cladirea are si ascensor interesant! Toate locatiile,palatele,catedralele,raul Arno si tot ceea ce am vizitat,muzee,Gara ,pot fi vizitate,accesate doar pe jos,in plimbari minunate in Florenta de vis!! Apartamentul acesta a fost perfect pentru noi,chiar daca baia e mica si parca proiectata imperfect,pentru noi 4 maturi chiar a fost o mica imperfectiune Am stat doar 3 nopti si 4 zile!!!! As mai fi vrut!!! Check inul a fost cam complicat deoarece trebuie sa suni la un nr de telefon ceea ce iti da emotii cand cineva nu raspunde...daca se intreaba ora sosirii,cred ca ar trebui sa te astepte un angajat al acestei vestite Echipe Mano

• Rosimary (7/5): - Excelente localização Encontramos um abajur quebrado no apto. Como nós acreditamos que exista uma inspeção antes do novo hóspede, não vimos a necessidade de relatar. Quando saímos do apto, a administração do apto insinuou que nós tínhamos quebrado o abajur. Achei muito desagradável a forma como nos abordaram. Tivemos todo cuidado em deixar o apto em ordem, sem nada sujo, lixo coletado e fomos tratadas de maneira pouco respeitosa.
• Von (3/5): Was ok for one night in transit but would not recommend - The location was central and very close to restaurants and places of interest Had a terrible odor, so much so that there were air freshener plug ins with replacement cartridges on the table. The bathroom layout was very awkward as the shower door was right up against the toilet. The shower door had to be open and your feet in the shower in order to use the toilet. Housekeeping was late and the apartment was not ready by check in time.

• Mar (9/5): Perfecto para conocer Firenze - La situación justo al lado del Duomo y muy cerca de la Piazza della Signoria. Detalle de botellas de agua, sobres de café soluble, azúcar, té, sal y aceite. Nos gustó todo, lo único que resulta un poco incómodo es la situación del WC pegado a la mampara de la ducha, pero una vez que te acostumbras, lo ves normal.
• ANALIA (5/5): - La ubicación excelente EL baño. El inodoro está ubicado de manera tal, que para sentarte se deben colocar las piernas adentro de la ducha y por ende la salida de la ducha es bastante peligrosa, porque no hya espacio suficiente para salir, ya que se encuentra pegado el inodoro.

• Dave (10/5): Great Location, Lovely little flat perfect for exploring and escaping the heat if required - This apartment is superbly located a street accross from the Duomo, under 10 minutes walk to Palazzo Vechio/Uffizi, alongside other attractions. The beds are comfortable, the AC good and the facilities do well for a group of 4 (or a few more). The hosts were attentive when we needed a sheet which was great, and the building comes with a lift/elevator for those that need it. Overall a great stay, especially when two of my party had never been to Italy before. Grazie! The only minor inconvenience is the toilet positioning.

• Gerald (2/5): - There were two main issues with this apartment. 1- When we arrived, there were no sheets on the master bed. We told them about this as soon as we discovered it, which was around 4pm. They told us they'd send some sheets "this evening". However, it was after 11pm until they arrived. We have small children and we were all absolutely exhausted, and the lack of communication about when we might actually be able to go to bed was part of our frustration. 2- But the reason I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone was the comically small bathroom. I wish I could add pictures. The edge of the toilet was right up against the shower. You might have put your legs into the shower, except that was where the door is. So we had to sit at a 45 degree angle to use the bathroom. Otherwise I guess it was fine? Just don't expect it to look like the glamour shots in the listing. There are zero views outside, everything is equipment, buildings and rooflines. It's dark. The TV is maybe 14 inches big (seriously!). The couch (if you could call it that) was not anywhere near the TV. Ok maybe it wasn't fine. All in all, I would recommend staying elsewhere, and probably not with a Mamo Florence property.
• Cynthia (4/5): - We were half a block from the Piazza del Doumo! However the apartment is very sparse with a full bed in the small kitchen which was also the community space. There were plenty of dishes but no utensils. The bathroom was not well designed. You had to open the shower door and put your feet in the shower to use the commode.

• Yellowbowtie (7/5): Good - Love the location, next to duomo which is very friendly for families with kids to go around to visit main tourist attractions. Staffs were helpful through calls and texts. We get to dropped off luggage’s at their office on the day of checkout when we still have a whole day to staying in Florence. The toilet was in an awkward position, there’s no room to put the feet in a normal position, see the photo uploaded, if you’re bigger than 165cm/55kgs, that sitting position to put your legs in is pointless. Wish it was designed better. The electricity went off a couple of times when we turn on all AC and washing machine and cooking devices.

• Kent (8/5): The best location ever!! - Location, Location, Location. This is in the middle of everything but was also quiet inside. The host company was great. I made the mistake of booking for 1 person instead of 5 so there was only 1 towel when we arrived that night. They immediately brought us more. AC in every room which was rare for Italy. Elevator was another benefit. The only negative to this unit is the bathroom. When it was added or renovated there wasn't enough space for the shower, bidet and toilet. When sitting on the toilet your feet will be in the shower. If you are oversized or have long legs this will be an issue.

The check-in form was too detailed, you need to provide too much personal information including a selfie with your ID card.

Good value and easy communication with the host. Florence is amazing and this was a perfect space to explore it.

• Elizabeth (1/5): I wouldn't recommend Mamo Florence and wouldn't book at this property again. - The location of Mamo Florence is great! It is in the center of Florence and close to train station. The toilet and shower were so close together and very uncomfortable to use. The major problem for us was security. The night before our checkout, we came to our room and found our stuff everywhere. Cash and gold jewelry were stolen. We reported the matter to property manager, local police station in Florence and booking.com. I communicated with Mamo Florene and booking.com to increase security to ensure safety for future guests and requested refund; however I haven't heard response that addresses the matters.
• Anderson (10/5): A perfect place to stay when in Florence. - I have stayed in Florence many times. This Apartment is fabulous. It's centrally located , Everything is around it. As you leave the apartment on your right you can walk 3 minutes to a small grocery store. You can walk around the corner to a pharmacy if you need anything, Or as you leave the apartments make a right and a left and your 3 minutes away from the demo. With many restaurants right there. The apartment is large, everything that you need, WiFi, TV with English channels! Full kitchen. Large refrigerator... A large bathroom that was very comfortable. The bedrooms are large with lots of storage space, the beds are comfortable. Of bedding, Comfortable... The views out of both windows is so cool. A great value for the money. We like the apartment so much we had wanted to extend our time, but sadly someone was coming in as we were leaving. You will not regret staying here and as a solo traveler, you cannot do better. Very safe very serious Perfect location to wander around in any location and get the most wonderful photograph eat the most marvelous food or chat with locals Nothing disappointing.
• Joe (5/5): Great location, reasonable cleanliness and comfort (except for bathroom/WC). - Shower/WC was tiny and not in good condition. The toilet is jammed up against a wall on one side and a rickety shower screen at the front, making it impossible to sit on comfortably unless you're a child. As it happens, we were a group of men all over 6ft. The shower itself was OK, although the sliding plastic screens are partially broken and did not work easily.

• Geoff (3/5): Really disappointing and I would not stay again. - Location was excellent. Staff responsive. Good quality appliances. Quiet building. Smelled really really bad. Even after treating the drain. So bad we brushed our teeth in the kitchen and did not use shower at all. Toilet placement very difficult to use. You have to have two feet in the shower. Ridiculous. Lift is good but deceptive. You should disclose there are 15 steps before you get to the lift. We had one in our party who uses a walker. Cheap furniture and drably decorated.

• Diego (5/5): It was ok, only because the location was great. - The location of the property was excellent, with many restaurants to choose from and many shops to shop from. The property was ok, until you get to the bathroom, you can’t seat on the toilet unless you open a sliding wall/door to the shower which is right on the toilet and you could barely move in the shower. I would not be able to call that a bathroom.
• Dr. (10/5): Very convinient for a family trip. - We liked the location in the center near the Duomo with easy access to all touristic attraction. The positive think was that we were allowed early check in. The mattress and pillows were not the best. Otherwise everything was very good.
