• Gabriela (1/5): Horrendous. - Absolutely nothing, I refused to stay. Property was horrible. Terrible system to get inside the building, extremely bureaucratic and with zero communication from the administration company. Bed was stained, pull out was stained, curtains broken, bathroom looked like hasn’t been cleaned in years, toilet was lose, chaotic. I refused to stay and demanded a refund. If you’re looking for comfort that’s not the place to be.

• Ederson (6/5): O local é bom, mas a experiência foi ruim. - O apartamento é realmente pequeno, mas atende. É novo e limpo. Porém deveria ter fotos do apartamento no anúncio e não somente do prédio, já que tudo o que pode ser usado, precisa ser pago à parte (churrasqueira, por exemplo). Enviaram milhões de informações quando já estávamos em deslocamento, então não houve possibilidade de ler tudo. O atendimento pelo whatsapp além de demorar, tem 90% das mensagens automáticas e você nunca fala com uma pessoa só. Faltou pessoalidade no atendimento. Poderiam disponibilizar um cartão para acesso ao prédio, pois é muito ruim fazer todo o processo de identificação novamente depois de esquecer algo no carro, por exemplo. Não tem água e até um edredom eles cobram por fora. Tive azar do elevador quebrar em dois dos três dias. Não recebem entregas nem na portaria. Enfim, o local é bom, mas a experiência não foi.

• Kacper (1/5): Avoid at all cost - Horrible experience overall. First, there was nobody at the check in. Second, the property is old and the overall conditions are very bad. Third, the roads around the building are full of garbage.
