- Manoel (10/5): - Prontidão na comunicação. Ótima localização, com várias opções de comércio. Lugar super organizado, limpeza impecável e completo em móveis, eletrodomésticos e utensílios. Único porém, o banheiro estreito, desconfortável para usar o vaso sanitário. Mas isso já era perceptível pelas fotos e outros comentários. Não fui surpreendido.
